Walgreens is a great store. Not only do they have a pharmacy, but many of your over the counter drug store products, dental and eye care, beauty, and snack needs can be found here. Most of the employees are very friendly!A+ from me!Happy hunting!

I have been a pharmacy customer at this Walgreens’s location for a few years. Heidi the lead pharmacist is absolutely amazing. She knows my name as soon as she sees me. She really cares and is always willing to go the extra mile whenever needed. Today she really went out of her way to assist me with a really expensive medication I couldn’t afford. She ended up saving me a bundle. She’s also just the nicest person. My mom and dad go here too and they love her as well. I also like her staff.I was a CVS customer for a lot longer and no one ever remembered me and they were usually rude. Asking a question was just not ok. The stark contrast is unbelievable.I highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone thinking of changing.

Best walgreens I could find in my area, they answer the phone, they dont have lines that you wait in forever. they do their job. lol.

The pharmacy offers amazing service! They are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist even helped me use GoodRX to find a discount on some very pricey medications. They truly go above and beyond!

I just spoke with a person at the pharmacy who was rude and extremely unprofessional. The person didnt give me his name but I can promise you he wouldnt work for me long. I asked about a refill for my 83 year old Dad who attempted to get his refill today. I called the RX in last week and they said they would contact the DR for a refill. Walgreens didnt call him and tell him he had to make a DR appt before he could get his refill and they didnt tell him that when he went there today. He assumed he just couldnt get the pills anymore and called me. When I called the pharmacy the man on the phone acted as though I was an inconvenience and reluctantly looked up the info for my Dad on the computer at which time he said he wouldnt be able to refill it until he was seen by the DR. I asked him why he didnt tell my father that today and he said it was up to the DR to call and tell us that. I told him he surely was aware thats not how it works and he said ya I know. No offer of apology was made or any attempt to provide good customer service. This is the second time I have had poor customer service from this store and it will be the last. This young man best remember he too will grow old and rely on others to help him. I am furious at his rude behavior and plan on escalating this further up the chain with Walgreen headquarters. No customer should be spoken to in this manner. Walgreens had better realize good customer service is imperative in repeat business. There are lots of other pharmacys where customer service is important to their Management.

If Heidi is working the pharmacy there’s no better pharmacy in KC. She’ll go above and beyond whenever she can and makes this the most convenient pharmacy in the area. The only problem is when she’s not on her shift, the pharmacy becomes just as bad as CVS across the street.

Horrible customer service. The woman with short white hair was the rudest employee Ive ever met. I was patiently waiting for help in the printing department when she came over and asked if we needed help, and when we said we did she rolled her eyes and told us we needed to do it ourselves at the kiosk. When I told her I didnt know how (it was involving art Id never made copies of before) she rolled her eyes again, grunted at us and took the picture out of my hands very carelessly and said shed just do it herself which wasnt even done properly (apparently she didnt know how to either). I work customer service and understand how hard it can be, but from a customer who wasnt even being rude, her attitude was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I will never be coming back to this Walgreens.

Usually my experience at Walgreens is delightful, but today I received terrible and disrespectful service. The woman at the front desk did not have patience, or class. She would constantly try to correct, or disagree with my friend.

Pharmacy Department is the greatest! The family has been going there for quite a number of years.

Typically a Walgreens fan but due to the less than pleasant attitude of an employee here this morning Ill be choosing somewhere else when Im in the area. Too many options to deal with a bad attitude!

Hidie in the pharmacy was so kind, patient, and helpful. I have has little sleep and needed to get a refill on my prescription. After taking to my doctor, she gave me a recommendation for another perception that was not much different from my current one. She gave me a choice and I told her I wanted to stay with the same one. She accidentally put on the order for the new one and had to call back and fix it. Somehow I was still getting the wrong one. After talking with Hidie she was able to get it all fixed so I didnt have to keep calling my doctor and then the pharmacy several times. She also took the time to explaine to me the difference in price according to my insurance. Thank you!
