After reading some of the reviews, I came to realize, you get what you pay for at times, I have paid high dollars for furniture, that did not even last a year, my mother liked farmers furniture,but so far what I purchased is doing great, dont how it will be a year from now, but the sale person was very helpful,understanding,, and refused to sale me just anything to make a buck, 10 cheers for Prattville, Al

Inferior products! My kids purchased me a sofa and love seat with the extended warranty. Sofa fell apart. Farmers refused to stand by their product even with the extended warranty purchased.

Was told that it absolutely goes on your credit they added a $600 insurance payment without telling us now I come to find out the credit only goes on every other month Ive made five payments and nothing has gone on my credit report

There again today. The company is finally taking steps to make what has been the worst furniture purchase I have made in my life! So after a 20 month long nightmare, the jury is still out; but hopefully a happy ending is on the way

Friendly and eager staff. They had a moderate sized selection and were quick to help us order other options from their website. Prices were about average for recliners.

BEWARE: THIS BUSINESS HAS A NO RETURN POLICY THAT IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE IN THE STORE! This place is a joke! Way overpriced and horrible quality! I bought a $1,000 Catnapper recliner and it was damaged. Now, a month later, I’m on my 3rd replacement recliner and it’s broken too. Someone (a contractor), is supposedly coming to fix it. This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had with a ‘business’.

Great furniture and prices. Bad customer service. They are racist against black people. They harass the customers. They are very unorganized. The management does not care about customers nor employees. Horrible place to shop and work
