I Will NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN, Manager & Associates are horrible, they Lie and don’t try to work things out with you at all! & during the pandemic is worse, they call you through out the day more than 3 times. Over priced for broken bed frames and missing pieces, Charge you for it but wouldn’t fix it.

Staff is rude, talks to you like you are beneath them. I paid off my account, I still get stuff in the mail about renting something else, I’ve gotten calls from them about deals they had going on. But was told that I couldn’t rent with them again? It’s all over priced anyways. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Definitely won’t spend another $$ here! Wayne is so rude and lied TWICE. called me a liar and didn’t even offer to refund my money after i already payed for something I’m not even getting now. Speaking with corporate later today but don’t waste your time or money here! I also find it amusing that they call and harass you to death if your late on a payment but don’t call back when you’ve left 3 messages😂

They are good they have a 6 month same as cash plan but if you sick or something came up where you cant pay let them get their stuff because they will harass you to death
