We brought in our riding law mower for a simply tune up that was quoted at approximately $95 plus tax. When we recover our mower back, a bill was attached for $338. After speaking with management, I was advised that the technician wrote on the work order to get the mower running. Our mower was running when we brought it in; nevertheless, I was informed that they completed other work on the mower, without my consent. I was then informed that additional work was done; nevertheless the only thing that was obviously done was the over charging of the work that was done with our lawn mower. After paying and getting The lawn mower home; it was in worst shape than it was when we dropped it off. I will not be returning to this establishment ever, and after apprising management of the issue, he (manager) laughed at me or the situation. I informed them that I advised that they should call me if any additional work was needed. Management then advised that it was one of their tech who normally makes the the same error or mistakes, by not calling customers and writing misleading request(s) on the work order. He continued laughing and advised that it would be $338! We will not be returning here!

So far sooo good. I am writing a start to finish review on my experience. I have taken my mower to another repair shop and will not mention the name, but was treated so poorly I had them being my mower back after 2 weeks (in which time they hadnt even looked at my rig). So expect updates. Upon call I asked only two questions and thus far Im impressed with the honesty and genuine respect I have been shown. I will be taking my Toro zero turn to these guys and keep yall up to date.
