Very poorly run. Lost parts off my 4 wheeler. Would not answer my calls and even began to pick up and hang up rather than give me updates. Picked up my 4 wheeler after 4-5 weeks and it had not been repaired. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to halfway put it back together so I could pick it up. Missing lots of bolts, screws and gear shifter knob. 😞 carburetor was dripping gas.

Such contradictory comments.I am looking for a place to go to now that I have another bike. Guess Ill just see for myself. Hopefully since previous owner is not there. But want to be able to leave my bike and trust no one will do anything shady. Been down that road! Although my bike didnt cost 10grand, to me it did.Barely worth 5grand its mine, pretty and Paid for. Website says they are open at 8am and they dont open til 9am. No one answers the phone when you call. Goes to fax machine. Arrived at place again at 10:23 and nobody was there. Waited 45 mins with several other customers and they never showed back up. Recommend if you own a company and post the store hours you should be there. Dont shop at this place!!!

Not recommended. Unprofessional staff. Mechanics make too many excuses. Business phones dont work or arent answered. No way to call them and they wont call you to provide updates on your equipment. That was the case for me. Disorganized shop and showroom with parts, tools, other debris scattered around. Smoking is allowed inside the building. They had my motorcycle +3 months, didnt do anything. I paid just to retrieve my bike. Other customers I encountered were so angry/ upset at poor service, I knew I had to get my bike ASAP. I figured they probably wont be in business long if they didnt improve service. Didnt want to get a lawyer and have to go to court to retrieve my bike after their closure or bankruptcy.

My bike has been in this shop since Feb 23, 2020. Today is June 3, 2020. Still not ready. I call & call no answer. So I have to drive out just for an update. One of the guys broke the key in the gas cap with me standing there. I only had the 1 key.

They were very professional. Did a great job on my bike😁

NEVER AGAIN! After 6 months of excuses and lies I finally demanded my ATV back. All in pieces, even had to look for my fuel tank. Paid the lazy bum $100 in advance begging them to start. Hop[e they choke on it. AVOID, Avoid, AVOID. Need negative star ratings.

Kelly/Kelly are great people. Definitely recommend them. We spoke 3 weeks in advance about a Bad Boy zero turn. When it came time to buy they were very prepared and organized. Very good staff.

Everyone at Prattville Powersports was so nice and helpful! They all helped me pick out a go cart for my granddaughter and everyone was able to give me helpful advice!! Had my rear tire and brakes done here. First time coming here. Very good experience great staff, great prices. They are my bike shop from now on.

Had my bike for 5weeks charged me 500$ and didnt fix anything. And took it right back the next day and they wanted to charge me again... Never agian. And had the nerve to lie to me about the issue when all ya had to do with stop a leak and clean a carborator ... You all dont deserve any 🌟 if anything a negative ten 🌟 would be appropriate.

Almost a month now. All they will say is they are working on it. Dont bother calling, they never answer the phone.

Old man behind the computer is very rude & disrespectful. He got mad and upset that i didnt purchase anything because he didnt have my size tire or tire tube. Unbelievable how he treated me when he knew i wasnt making a purchase. Ill never waste my gas or time stopping there EVER again!

Kinda pricey but nice people

This used to be my go to for my badboy. They dont answer phones and their store is nasty tools and broken parts everywhere. And the two girls behind the desk RUDE. The last owner used to keep mowers on display in the front and kept the store as clean as he could organized never did i see tools or disassembled moters. Such a shame how this busines had gone down. I will now be going out of town and using a different brand.

Best service ever!

I brought in two motorcycles, one had a good motor and the other a blowed motor. I asked that he put the good motor on the good bike. We had a gentlemans agreement that I would pay more than a thousand dollars, and that would include two new tires. After looking closer at the tires I had I found that I had two good tires between the two bikes. I tried calling to check on the progress on my bike, but wasnt able to speak with anyone. Phill, the owner tells me, when I went in to check on my bike, that they got trash in my carbs. He had the carbs off my bike and was supposedly cleaning them. When he called me and told me my bike was ready I picked it up and only two cylinders was firing, the clutch was slipping, and the carbs were pouring gas. I took it back the same day under the 30 day warranty to have it properly fixed. When he called me that my bike was ready and I went to pick it up he tries to charge me another $350.00. I called the police out to try and get my bike, but they said they couldnt get invovled and I would have to pay the money or get an attorney. I didnt trust him to leave my bike any longer, so paid the money to get my bike. My bike is sitting in my yard with the carbs still flooding out. After more than $1,400 dollars spent and I still cant drive my bike. If you value your property, do not take it to Prattville power sports. Im getting an attorney and going to court.Today June 4, 2019, I had the pleasure of meeting the new owners of Prattville power sports. I had bought a new battery from phill when he done the work on my bike. Today I found out that the battery he put in my bike wasnt the same battery he said he put in. That it was a cheaper version, but he charges me for the more expensive battery. The new owner pulled out the old bills and showed me the difference and then gave me the battery that I was suppose to have from the beginning. I now believe and tmhave complete trust in the new owners and plan to do my business with them now that I know phill is gone. Thank you Prattville power sports.

Have had my honda for three weeks. Was cranking when I took it in and now wont crank. carburetor repaired now having to wait for them to try and figure out what caused it to not crank. Highly dissatisfied.
