I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The guys are always so friendly and professional without being pushy or demanding. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. They are always sending out coupons to help with the cost of the service. I plan on using them anytime I need basic service on my vehicle.

I have never been a fan of quick lubes but Im very thankful I was referred to American Lube Fast. William runs an honest business and is very knowledgeable about the automotive industry. I will continue to bring our vehicles here and refer others.

I went on yesterday and had the coolant flush and oil change which was early. When I arrived home I found a coupon in the mailbox for the same service. They refused to honor the coupons or offer coupons for future service. I just the service done so I would not have it done again within the time frame before coupons expire.

Overfilled my motor with oil, said added windshield washer fluid but did not. AVOID.

This place is my go to for oil changes and maintenance on my vehicle. These guys are absolutely the best!! Terry was super helpful and polite. Prices are fair, and they do great work. Theyre very fast but thorough. I definitely recommend you go here!! Youll love them as much as we do.

The staff here are great! They greet you and make you feel welcome. A inspection is perform by the team to make sure lights are working on your vehicle. You can remain in your vehicle while the fast service is being perform and they make suggestions about what need to be replace on your vehicle. I will continue to go back to this location!

Went in for a routine oil change - came out with a list of manufacturer recommended services totaling about $1000, including a price for manual transmission service when I have an automatic transmission. I dont get my auto repairs and service done here - its not my regular shop. Why not just ask if I want a list of recommended services instead of assuming I need them? Seems like a wannabe money grab to me.I will pay a little more for service at my regular shop - where I know I wont be ripped off.

Would be 5stars but been Ive been getting oil Changed here for last 2years and last visit they were updating new system so I gave them my info but not in system now and then I asked for Mobile One Full Synthetic but they used wrong OIL and had to drain it out. Some might not think its important but in my opinion Mobile One FS is best oil on market

Do not let your wife take your vehicle alone asking for only an oil change and outer tie-rod ends greased. Cost over $200.00 for differential service and a serpentine belt plus labor. For only a simple oil change. Scam artists at their finest. Too many reputable and honest businesses to ever return to1672 East Main Street in Prattville, Al. Almost forgot to mention tie-rod ends did not get greased, the only two grease fittings on the front end. Unqualified personnel taking the unsuspecting for an expensive unnecessary journey.

At one time i got my personal and work vehicle oil changed at this location but not anymore. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to get my oil changed and they put someone infront of me that had just pulled and then looked at me like i was in the wrong for leaving. Maybe one of then knew the red neck guy they put infront.

Ive been going to ALF for years. These guys are great. Kind of like having a big brother to go to knowing he will look out for you. I always receive great product and excellent customer service.

I just wanted to say a special Thanks to the team at the Prattville, Ala. location for their great customer service during a recent visit. I was about to go out of town on a business trip and I received a frantic call from my daughter advising that her service needed light had come on in her car. I had to turn around and had her meet me over at the American Lube service center where I always get my vehicles serviced. The technicians checked my daughter’s car and it did not need an oil change because they had just changed it just over a month ago and she had only driven less than 1000 miles. They could have easily just gone ahead and changed the oil and charged me for the service - instead they checked the air in her tires and then the mechanic on-duty checked the service light code and advised that the issue was common in the type of vehicle that my daughter has, and that everything was good to go!!! I really appreciate the customer service and true integrity shown in not just doing an oil change when it was not needed. Outstanding professionalism by the entire service team!!! My son got his oil changed and they got him to buy products he didnt need and charged him $66 FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! I called to find out why and the manager was not very nice. We will never go there again.

This whole honor God in all we do thing is bull. Theyre the most inhospitable & selfish company I have ever personally delt with. Will NOT recommend to anyone. These people are terrible!They take no responsibility!Do NOT know what they are doing and sure as hell dont care about customer service!My car has NEVER had any problems, take it to them and have my oil changed and in less than 45 minutes my car blows up n locks up! Now they are saying that it isnt there fault because they said were told by my husband to put a different kind of oil in it...Stupid! First of all he wouldnt say that, second even if he DID if it says it YOU say it can only have a certain type of oil and you know it will mess the car up or Im not taking responsibility for what will happen take it somewhereve else because it will screw the engine up...Yep...you say something ..But nope...Now Im having a hard time getting them to own up to it n fix it and the lying, thieving, irresponsible, people as of now refuse to fix my car, do not care of the inconvenience it has caused, only about covering their own butts!Dont, I repeat DONT EVER take your vehicle to American Lube Fast...take it to Billy Lynams Auto Save & Automotive! At least they give a crap!
