Great experience! Had no hassle with warranty coverage and work was completed on time. Covers were used to protect my seats and floor mats. Itemized repair sheet showed that I got more done than “just the minimum” to correct my issue. Damien( hopefully spelled correctly) was easy to deal with and got me handled. Excellent experience from the beginning to taking delivery of my new truck. My salesman was Austin and he texted me shortly after submitting an inquiry online. ALL of our communication was done over text and let me tell you it’s so much easier than spending hours at a dealership. I completed everything I needed to do on my end online and since I live over an hour away requested that paperwork be ready when I arrived the following day. This may be a great car lot but Tyler is a terrible salesman. I am on the Mississippi gulf coast so I was dealing with him through videos and pictures of a dodge challlenger I wanted. As soon as they inspected it and cleaned it up we settled on a price, so I went to the bank, got approved and told him they were about to over night them the check so he could get it ready to be shipped, he then informs me that a lady was looking at it and that he couldn’t put it on hold. So that meant that I had a hard pull on my credit for nothing which dropped it 15 pts and also that he is a liar. I contacted another salesman and asked him if I found a vehicle on their lot could he hold it long enough for me to contact my bank and he said of course he can. So if you deal with Stivers don’t use Tyler .
