I bought tires from them in March, and also bought an alignment. The pictures posted happened in the middle of August. My driver side tire literally popped as I was pulling in my driveway. Had it towed back to them to fix and they told me that the springs in the back were bad and needed to be replaced. I wasnt sure about it, so I took it to a mechanic that I trusted. Come to find out, my car doesnt even have springs in the back. And on top of it all, they charged me, albeit prorated, for 2 new tires in the back after they didnt align it. Beware of this place.

Great job to the mechanics who handled the vehicle. They found, diagnosed, and fixed other issues than the original problem it was brought in for. I highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive needs.

These guys went above and beyond with the tires on my truck. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt and he was the best of help. After talking with him yesterday about some tires he told me about the ones I have know. Everything he told me was accurate and precise. Awesome people! Everyone was nice and friendly. I was in and out Monday morning with a flat tire, which was patched quickly and efficiently. I was told I needed tires very soon, (I knew this already, but was pleased to see that they were concerned). They quoted a price, I came in on Friday at lunchtime and was in and out within an hour. Super happy with everything!

I needed tires for my truck that would handle my off road needs as well as offering a smooth ride on the highway. Matt hooked me up with a set of Nitto Ridge runners and leveled my truck 2.5 inches. Matt was dead on, they ride, handle and look great with hardly any road noise. The service was great and the price was less than I expected. Thanks Matt I left very pleased with everything.

Great service. Steven was friendly, very helpful, and spot on with his quotes. I don’t know the name of the other employee, but it was nice talking to him about his time in the service and relating it to mine. The wait time was a little long but me and my wife enjoyed playing checkers, sitting on the comfortable couches, drinking some refreshing water, and watching tv in the “Dad’s garage” area to make the time pass quicker. Highly pleased with the quality of service, love the new tires, and glad they were able to replace some of my old lug nuts that were stripped out due to the prior tire change I had at a different shop. Overall great service and great experience. I would highly recommend anyone to look into this great local business anytime you need tires!

Needed tires for my daughter’s jeep wrangler. Billy knew the best tire for the road (what I want) and the best look (what she wanted). Tires were ordered and arrived quickly. I made an appointment for installation and drove down from Birmingham. Stephen and the shop got me off the rack and back on the road before I could check my email. Passing through from Birmingham to Eufala with my family, my dog, SUV full of luggage, a full back rack and a flat tire. We pulled up and they immediately checked on us and started looking for ways to get us back on the road. I have a weird tire size that wasn’t in stock. They offered to drive to Montgomery to pick one up, but I didn’t have quite that much time. They literally drove me to another location to buy a tire and bring back to put it on for me. I spent 16 years in retail and countless classes on customer service. Scott, Matt and the guys put on a customer service clinic! We are so thankful for their generosity. What could have put a damper on our vacation literally left us feeling so good about humanity and will be looked back on as a bright spot to our trip. Thanks guys!!

I called Matt to see if he could find a couple of hard to find tires. He had them in two day’s.Mounted and balanced them, did an agreed upon alignment. Drives like a new truck today.Great service, friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

Was told on Friday that Saturdays appointments were first come, first served. Was the first customer, getting there at 6:30am to ensure getting oil change, etc. While there, two other folks came in and their work was performed before my truck was touched, an hour after they opened. Take away that and the technician putting papers then an energy drink on top of the papers on the hood of my truck, the folks do good work. Ill go back but wont expect first come, first served. Ive had good results from there, thats why Ill go back.

Great service at fair prices. When my old vehicle service center closed a few years back, I asked friends where to get my vehicles serviced. Thats how I ended up being a customer, and Im glad I picked Auto Save. Ive dealt primarily with Dana for the last couple of years and you couldnt ask for a nicer guy. I had tires changed on my 2016 Expedition on Saturday, and Dana went thru various tire options with me to make sure I got the right fit for my driving habits. Im just really pleased with these folks and highly recommend them.

Went in for wheel alignment was told I needed new tires. I don’t need new tires lol told him I just wanted an alignment. Came back out 15 minutes later and said if I got a new one on the front it would probably fix the alignment lol back passenger tire is pushed out some and can be seen so obviously need an alignment. My guess I wouldn’t buy new tire from him so he didn’t want to do an alignment. People don’t have money to just throw away on new tires. My tires still have great tread. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Dropped off my truck for several sensor issues. When I picked it up the tech had made very detailed notes as to what was found and what was corrected. All sensors and warning lights were cleared and truck runs and feels much better. Great job! Great price!

I went to Save Tire this morning (Saturday) with a nail in my new car of less than two weeks.After my car dealer told me - that I needed to buy new tire. That he would order it and have it on Tuesday, and that he could put the spare on for a fee.Dana was honest and was able to patch the tire for me in a matter of minutes! And did not charge me!!I highly recommend Save Tire. We need to support our local businesses.

Went in to have them check my AC, was told to come back the next morning because of 1st come, first serve. Went back the next morning and was told to drop it off and it would be 3 or 4 days before they could look at it. Looks like the left hand isnt coordinated with the right hand. Got a response, but no thanks, lll take my business elsewhere.

While traveling to Florida from Michigan, we hit a pothole on i65 and blew a tire. We rolled in on our spare tire and these guys hooked us up with 2 new tires in good time for us to get back on the road. As I sat in the customer’s waiting area, I watch one of the employee get in my truck on the driver’s side and roll the window down. Another employee approached my truck as the first employee put his feet in my seat and crawled across my center console, swinging his dirty shoes over top of my drink in the cup holder. He sat in the passenger’s seat on top of $350.00 worth of medical equipment that I have to have for my job, as well as a sack of take out that I hadn’t finished. All they could say was “I’m sorry.” So, the work done to my truck was up to par. But, I would not drop my vehicle off nor let it leave my sight due to this employees behavior.

My service was fine, but I learned from a coworker after my visit that they were advertising an oil change plus tire rotation for $50 as a special for nurses and doctors, however I was charged over $70. I didn’t know about the special before I went, but it makes me mad that it wasn’t given to me even though I didn’t ask for it!

Fast and friendly service. They always get my car taken care of in a timely manner.

My wife arranged for a friend to pick her up at Auto Save since she assumed the oil change and tire rotation would take a while. It was less than 15 mins before they told her they were finished. They have good prices on specific tires however when I took my there for them to mount them and put them on the way over tighten the lug but to the point it stripped out some studs and broke a breaker bar and when I brought it to their attention they said I was using the wrong tool. How to you use the wrong tool if it’s a breaker bar for lug nuts?

I don’t know a lot about cars and I’m sure it’s evident when I smile and quickly agree to prices for repairs because quite honestly I just want to get the entire ordeal over with. I provided the FULL SYNTHETIC OIL for my Mustang GT and it was noted on the sticker to change it at 3000 miles. I believe that FULL SYNTHETIC OIL should be at least 6000 miles. Please let me know if I am wrong about that. Other than that the service was EXCELLENT.

Took my daughters car in for a self diagnosed bad wheel bearing. Got it checked out, changed out and new front tires, all of which I asked for. Done within a day and runs and rides great. Shop of choice for all 5 of my cars.
