Sept 2021~Pratt. AL inside TARGET. Wished Id gotten the young barista girl. She was working alone, 3 people in line & she knew what she was doing! Helped me on decision on type of milk I wanted to use in my vanilla latte with whip cream. She had good personality, didnt seem rattled or nervous about the line & had my drink ready so fast. Who ever trained her did a A+ job, kudos to her parents for raising such a polite, friendly girl who smiled, greeted me & thanked me as I was leaving. Such a refreshing experience to have good customer service. Rare these days.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU CANT MEDICALLY WEAR A MASK THEY WILL NOT SERVE YOU!!! I was part of a group that went in on December 27th during a shopping trip to this location and was refused service as a paying customer due to not being able to medically wear a mask!!! The young lady was behind glass, and wearing a mask and yelled this at me in front of other customers!!! I was embarrassed and humiliated by how I was treated. I will never go to this establishment again, as I was treated very fairly at another location, and after explaining that I couldnt wear a mask for medical reasons I was given excellent service!

Stay away from here. Slow service. Waited 20 minutes then they said they were out of drink.

Can’t have a white mocha or a Carmel frapp. If you are planning on getting something that involves any ingredients do not bother to come here.

Just the best, excellent customer service, very efficient and super nice! My favorite barista is Essence, she is always kind and super cordial and friendly. I go there like 4 times per week and never had a bad experience with any of the baristas. Thanks for excellent customer service!!

Quick fast service love it. I bought a latte and as usual it was a win. I like the friendly service. I despise the tip jar when Im pulling up at the window. I personally still think that if youre waiting on me inside you get a tip but when I drive up and you give me my drink take my money its over with.

I dont drink coffee, but I go in with my daughter on a weekly basis. The staff has helped me come up with drinks, both hot in the summer and cold in the winter that I love. They made the suggestions, made me different drinks until they found MY DRINK! They are always helpful, nice and super friendly. Especially Essence! Great Job Starbucks!

The cashier ignored me and my dad to talk to another customer sitting at a table last Thursday. When she finally turned around to take our order, she said the target Starbucks didnt do happy hour. I thought that was strange as they had before. When asked, she changed her story to not knowing if the store did or not. Eventually I let it go, and she got one of my drink orders wrong. Definitely not going back anytime soon.

Probably will never go back to this Starbucks, the cashier was very impatient with me and acted like I was slow because I didnt know my order off hand. As I was trying to explain it to her, she was just no help. I always go to the Starbucks inside target at east chase and thats where Ill continue to go. Way better customer service for sure. Oh and my ice coffee sickness!

Love this Starbucks. We travel 30 minutes to get drinks from here. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Always nice service and very clean. The only problem is there is always just one person working every time i have been here and you wait forever in line and then you wait forever for your coffee. They literally have one person doing every thing.

Fast, friendly service, clean & well lit. Prices are high of course but its Starbucks. No complaints.

I prefer this Starbucks to the one up the road. The staff is so friendly and my orders are done right. Sometimes my drink is waiting for me as Im approaching the counter. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Its a bit inconvenient to fight traffic outside and have to go inside Target, but the worst part was the two ridiculously rude girls working. One rolled her eyes because my 10yr old didnt instantly know what snack she wanted. Then they discussed a girl they dont like, while we waited and watched, and while a line grew. Ill probably not go back for a while to avoid all that. The coffee was good, but not good enough.

THANK YOU! to everyone working at this Starbucks evening. We stopped on the way home for some coffee and my bank card got declined. Obviously I was concerned and upset. When I stepped out to call USAA about it (they had put a fraud alert on my account). My daughter comes walking out of Starbucks with all our drinks and treats! Thank you again that was incredibly sweet.(And for the record I went back and paid including tip!)

Were awful, service awful. Very very rude girls, wouldnt tell me either names. White girl with different color hair & black girl. Would not help me when I asked a question & sat my drink on the other side of the counter instead of handing it to. All I asked was what they just came out with bc Id only been to Starbucks once. And didnt want anything cold or bitter. My macchiato is so bitter. I paid $5.00 for bitter coffee & got the worst service & hateful girls. Wow.

Horrible Service. Always runs out of stuff or the barista just disappears like tonight. She said she would be back in a second. Never said where she was going. I contacted the manager and she told me where she went. why didnt she tell me in the first place? Additionally, they missed about 10 other customers. The manager offered me a discount. I dont want ur discount, fix ur store.

Are you kidding me. The best kept secret in Prattville. The batista knew the secret menu. She adapted to what we wanted. Most importantly she made the drinks picture perfect and they tasted perfect. I thought we were being punked. Keep it up and give the barista a raise she refused a tip.

There were two women working, and a random guy behind the counter distracting them. There were two people in front of us in line. It took 10 minutes for her to get to us to take our order. I ordered a grande frappuccino, and received a venti mocha. Since she took 10 minutes to make my drink, I accepted the mocha. Theyre always very slow at this Starbucks.

Just an ok Starbucks location. It is inside a Target, so its not like a full regular Starbucks. Service was less friendly than it could have been, but was timely and correct.

I went there this morning and yes this is the one by firehouse subs and chipotle.The employees act like its there store and the customers do not exist. They were very rude and I will not be back. 6/13/2017 @9:55 AM

This Starbucks is located in the Target store with a max of two employees, sometimes. Additionally, they regularly get your order incorrect causing further delay in already unacceptable service speed. Lastly, due to the location, you must go inside Target and stand in a massive line for at least 10-15+ minutes, with poor and slow service.

The Starbucks in Target is fine in a pinch. The staff is friendly, but slow to complete orders. Seating is good, but outlets for laptops are lacking. Now that theres a real Starbucks next to the interstate, theres no reason to visit the one in Target.The *real* Prattville bux is nice, has decent seating, friendly staff, fast service, and electrical outlets out the wazoo. AND they use Google for their internet service (rather than the more-common AT&T), which is easily 10x faster than any other bux Ive visited.

Rude employees, unprofessional service and they do not make drinks properly. The employees are too worried about one anothers relationship status to concentrte on drinks, then when i told them my drink was wrong i was told i had to ask for my white chocolate mocha to be stirred (go to a real starbucks and it is made properly stirred.) and i basically dont pay them to do it. Thats like going to mcdonalds and then telling you to make your own burger. Wasted 10$.
