Love this location! Great store, awesome selection, and wonderful associates! Associates are friendly, fun and welcoming, and very informative on products and titles. Store has plenty to offer for any gamer or collector, certainly one of my favorites 😀

Was a great experience at this store. Employee was nice and very helpful. Was not that busy on a Monday night. Good Funko collection.

Nice lay out everything was clean neat and in its place.

1. GameStops website is non workable. 2. Their stores are too small with not enough consoles and I couldnt find a good selection of control freaks for Xbox. 3. At least the employees that I meet there are nice, but thats about it.

I hate going into video game stores because when I ask a question, I feel like the nerds are always trying to win an argument. Just like the kid that looks like if Jonah Hill and Seth Rogen had a baby at this store.

Dont ever call this gamestop in prattville. People who work at this gamestop are rude on the phone. I called 24 times in a 2 day period just to get someone to pick up. Lady answered with attitude on the phone. Company needs to fire these people. Better just go to Montgomery gamestop instead.

Gamestop has Gamestop prices. But the people have always been friendly and helpful at the store. I have no experience here during holiday rush times.

Doesnt EVER answer the phones why have a line if youre not willing to answer. Called for 2 hours sometines the ring would cut off after 2 to 3 rings. Super unhelpful. I had called montgomery store on ann street and they actually answered so i drove there to buy my sons switch and 3 hames at thir location since they know how to answer phones and provide great customer service. I reccommend Ann St locatiin super friendly super helpful super imformative. We even bought my son extra birthday presents therr they have everything and was so great.

I love GameStop because I love gaming. So pretty much any GameStop Im going to go into Im going to like whether the employees are nice or not. But yesterday I went into GameStop and I met a young woman named Samantha. She went out of her way to help me. I bought a game that I have played before call Dragon Age Inquisition and it was her copy that she had turned in but she had put a couple months free Xbox Live subscription in it for me. Which was really nice. She didnt have to do that but she did. She isnt just a good employee but a good person as well.

Great staff, the reason for a 3 is they do not give veterans a discount only active.

It usually a farely decent store to go in and the service is usually pretty fast. But during tax time they should really have more than 1 person working a register..

We bought 2 ps4s both quit within 1 week of having them . Took them back before the end of our 30 days and they said that they are not covered under our warranty. And it was not. Manufacturing problem. How is it not manufacturer problem. It quit after we only had it for 3 days. It would not cut back on at all.

One of the busier GS Ive been to, but the staff is quick and knowledgeable.

Theres a small TV in the northwest corner of the room that makes an awful whining sound, but unless you have ultrasensitive hearing like I do, its fine. Other than that, its great lol

I have been shopping at tbis Gamestop for an extremely long time. The employees are knowledgeable and enjoy game conversations with their customers. The store is usually clean and is a fun place to shop with the addition of ThinkGeek deals for fandom accessories.

Im not a gamer, but my husband is. The staff can take my scribbles and find the right thing every time. They also have a rewards program, trade ins, and gift cards.

The employees are always helpful and help me and my HFA son, age ten, find what he is looking for.

I had bought a number of games but when I returned home I noticed the woman working there did not put a game I had purchased in the bag (Dead Space 3), now I fear going back there because I feel they would think Im trying to get a free game and tell me to get out.

This is by far the worst Gamestop I have ever been. I tried to return a used game that I genuinely disliked and I was told, this is not a rental store. Yes, I know. Duh!? I am not rich, and if Gamestop did not want customers to exploit their policy on returns, then they should change it. Here is the thing: I took it to East Chase and no problem. I honestly think the reason this happened to me was based on race. I did not meet the employees standard of whiteness, which is typical of the south. No hard feelings. I filed a complaint to corporate, and they gave me a free game! The reason I had to file is because these employees really thought they were gamestop gangsters.I really hope that they get a lesson in diversity. Until then, I would avoid this Gamestop like the plaque. If you read the reviews, it is clear that the 5 stars are frivalous, and the lower stars are the honest answer.

Getting ready to get in line and the cashier came up and asked which games we were buying. Customer in line wanted one of the games we were planning to buy. The cashier took it from my husbands hand and rung up the other customer. Never going to come back to this one. We will stick to East Chase GameStop.

Staff not friendly, would not take a game back 30 minutes after I bought it that was defective, the cashier remembered me buying it, but because my son lost the receipt he would not swap it out .
