Terrible experience! After having breaks done mechanic did not tighten lug nuts when tires got put back on. I almost lost control of my vehicle because rear driver side tire almost fell of while driving due to the bolts snapping. Been dealing with Big O because this destroyed the rim. Weeks later after they told me they ordered a replacement rim to match my others we call to check in because we never heard back after they said 7-10 days. And now they cant find a matching one. Now my vehicle has a spare rim and they arent going to do anything to right the situation. Not only did this put my families safety at risk which makes me sick but the way they are handling their wrong is even more disgusting.

What a great shop, I was just in for a $30 oil change and they found my oil pan drain bolt was STRIPPED by the Mark Kia dealership in Phoenix!! I really appreciated their AWESOME service and approach as this will be a $1000 repair, all due to a BAD oil change! Bring your vehicles in here, they will give you good honest service

Every time I go this location, they are so nice and professional. The owner down to the guys doing the wrenching and tire fill ups. Always on point and willing to go above and beyond, every time. Just got all new Tires, alignment, nitrogen and oil change done there and I wont go anywhere else. They also have a great finance option that is super simple, for those not wanting to open a new credit card. Celina, James and Bob are Top Notch employees and Big O is lucky to have such knowledgeable professionals. Always Impressed. Thank You Big O Tires and Staff.

Female employee took my call and set my appointment. She greeted me apon arrival and gave me a time to mount new tires. Text me at the time promised and had me checked out very quickly! Yay!

Awful customer service. I booked an online appointment for new tire installation. When I cam in there were no cars in the bays, and no the tire techs were standing around doing nothing. When I approached the counter I was told because I used the web site to book my appointment I didnt actually have an appointment. Thats a pretty lame excuse. Worse, they didnt even ask me if they could make it right. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment. Unbelievably, it gets even worse. I went to the Big O website to leave a review and because I didnt have an order number (because I couldnt get them to sell me tires) I couldnt leave a review. Stay away from Big O tires in Prescott Valley.

I drove my car to big o to have an inspection and oil change. When they were finished my car was barely drivable. they quoted me for a map sensor disconnected it and sent me home. I waited a week for a new OEM map sensor to come in the mail and then replaced it myself. After that not fixing the problem I called them and they towed it back to the shop and they discovered that a hose had been jiggled or hit out of place during my inspection and oil change. And it only could have been them because I drove it in there and could barely drive it home after the oil change. I understand honest mistakes but I should never go in for an oil change and be given a car In worse shape than when I brought it in much less given back to me with a quote for the wrong part. I will not be a returning customer after this experience.

Knowledgeable staff helped me out even though the could not fit the tire needed. The manager recommended another store near by that carryed 12 inch utv tires. They gave me a discount just for mentioning the other store. Thanks for old fashion service BIG O.

They have great hustle yet they are still relaxed and friendly. When I went into Big O tires here I had my special needs child with me. Everyone was so nice to us!!! They told me it would take about an hour but it took only about 30 minutes! My husband had a coupon he was prepared to use but the cashier gave him a rebate form for $60 Visa card instead as she stated it was a better deal. When we got home we noticed it had expired 3 days earlier. I called her and she said she was told it was extended till 12.31.20 so I submitted the rebate online. Of course it was denied so I called the rebate center. They could not honor but let us know of another Visa card rebate of $50 available if I used our Big O card. I called cashier back to see if she could reverse charges from my credit card and reapply to the Big O card. She said she didn’t have the technology as their system was date driven. Seemed like a reasonable request since it was her mistake and we just spent over $600 on a brake job. She said she could call the owner but the outcome probably wouldn’t change.DisappointedUPDATE!!!!Russell called me and immediately took care of my concern.Thank you so much.

Very disappointing experience. Used the BigO site to order tires and make an appt at the PV store. Called the next day to confirm. Girl knew nothing. Ordered tires through her and made appt. Got to store and they knew nothing. Finally found my order and tires were put on. Tech came in and said to just swipe my card and the total was double what I had been quoted. I asked to see the bill before I paid and there were charges I never agreed to. I asked about the special Buy 3 get 1 free deal and was told oh, not on these tires. As a senior citizen on fixed income, this news was very disappointing - and expensive. If I had known beforehand, I would have picked another tire . Plus, the free oil change did not come with my choice of tires. Will not be using this store for any service in the future.

I cannot recommend Big O Tires enough. I was a loyal customer at a different shop for years & recently found out that they were trying to screw me over by trying to get me to put brand new discs and brakes on my car when it didn’t need it!! Mark went out of his way to show & explain to me in detail how everything works and why I didn’t need to do that. I ended up paying less than half of what I was being quoted at Sun Valley. THEY TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME & I am now a forever customer. Super grateful for Mark & his team at Big O!!

1st time here and had amazing service. Very helpful both on the phone and in person when I needed a flat tire changed. Was given an ETA of an allotted time only to have them finish sooner than expected. Answered all questions and left such a great 1st impression ended up booking a 2nd appointment for a few days later to get the rest of my tires done. Highly recommended and have told friends and family to come here.

Great service today! Went in because my tire pressure light was on. I had already check & filled the air in my tires & looked for nails. They were all fine. Lady up front said Id have to wait almost 2 hours for a flat repair. I asked if they could just look at it real quick. Aaron helped me. He added air, checked each pressure sensor and reset it. Told me to watch for the light, but he is pretty sure it is ok. It took him less than 5 minutes! And there was no charge. Very nice! Thank you Aaron!

I always go here for my cars needs. Im very picky with my car and Mark, the front staff as well as the service team have always taken excellent care of me. They have also taken excellent care of my car which I especially appreciate because she requires extra attention (at times) since she is a foreign car and needs special parts and extra time to do things etc.If you need a place you can trust and you love your vehicle as I do, then this is the place to go!

I have never had a bad experience coming to this Big O. They are friendly right as you want in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help. The mechanics are quick and efficient, and they dont try to throw in extra charges for unnecessary work. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to and I will continue to do so.Edit/update: they no longer accept walking. Not sure when that changed.

Took my car in for a flat repair and oil change, I wound up dropping it off an hour before my appointment and they got it in and took care of it right away, it was finished before my original appointment time. Not only thank but everyone that I dealt with was so friendly and helpful! Being a woman than knows nothing about cars finding a place like that is so nice!

I blew a tire a couple days before I went in and I am a new driver so I have never had to take my car into an auto repair before so I was pretty nervous. When I walked in, I did have to wait a couple minutes before someone could help me but as soon someone came up to me, we went out to look at my car immediately. They worked quick and weren’t as expensive as I thought. Again, this is the first time something has happened to my car and they took excellent care of me and my vehicle. They were able to get my car in for service the day after I called for an appointment. Everyone was nice and professional. They check my car and gave me an estimate. They confirmed everything I knew to be wrong and didnt try to upsell me or claim their was additional work needed. They did great work!

I recently had an oil change and an inspection on my car.The oil change wasnt done properly, and oil leaked all over my driveway.When I went back, they said when they replaced the oil plug with a new one (something they recommended I have done), there wasnt a gasket attached (something they should have realized).Now they wont pay for the damage thats done to my driveway from the oil leak that occurred because of the lack of a gasket.The inspection I paid for was a waste too, because when I brought it back in today, they saw all these coolant leaks on all my hoses. Seems like an inspection less than a week ago should have seen that.So I paid for an oil change that damaged my driveway (that they dont want to pay for to clean), and an inspection that clearly wasnt done. They quoted me $200 more for new tires than anywhere else too (basic tires).Im not sure HOW an oil change and check-up could go so badly, but at Big O in Prescott Valley, it can.

I brought my Ford f 250 in for a rattle in the front end. They said they had their best mechanic look it over but could not find anything loose. It cost me nothing but another big o found several loose parts and replaced them. All of my tire purchases and mounting experiences have been wonderful.

I’ll definitely be going back! The crew is friendly, fast, and services are affordable. Good job guys.

What a great experience, I normally go to the other national chain down the way but often have to wait a long time. I tried Big o today and I was there for less than an hour and had all my tires ready to go. They were courteous and quick and I really appreciate that.

I have used these guys for about two yrs now ( mostly oil changes ). I was satisfied until this most recent visit. The mechanic accidentally ( Im sure ) somehow scratched my leather steering wheel, I felt it immediately upon driving away. I turned around and went back and told them. The manager ( I assume ) looked at it, then brought out the lead mechanic ( again I assume ), he said that is the side of the steering wheel the sun hits and could be the cause. The manager took a pic, said he would talk to the owner then get back to me, he had my number. That was Mon. morning, it is now Sat evening, and I have not heard back from them. The damage to the wheel, which after driving the car now for a couple hundred miles has smoothed out a little. I have been happy with the service I received up until this visit. I did plan to buy 4 new tires and get an alignment, but due to the current situation, I will no longer do any business their. If the situation gets resolved, I will update this post/rating. This review had a photo with it to show the damage but for some reason it doesnt post when you finish the review.UPDATE 06/10/19 -- I heard from Brian today and they are going to fix the problem . All is good and they will continue to get my business.

Awesome service! Stopped in for a patch in my tire. They ended up patching and finding a bubble after and didnt charge me for the patch. Unfortunately they werent able to replace my tire (out of stock size) but were able to point me in the direction to get it fixed. Super kind service. Left a tip for the team anyways, they rock!

I came here for the first time and needed something immediately fixed on my car plus an oil change and despite having no open appointment availability, they got me in right away and were great to work with. They had great communication and finished my car 2 hours earlier than expected. Their oil changes are cheaper than anyone in town and they do a great job and are very thorough. Mark the manager was able to make the problem on my car affordable for me and was awesome to work with. I would recommend going here to anyone.

I purchased 4 tires separately and had my wheels aligned. The tires were not balanced and the wheel alignment was off. What I appreciated about Big O is that they were quick to fix the problem with no questions asked. They also replaced my two headlights quickly. That was good. I would recommend BIG O for car service.

I have had repairs done on my Avalanche at Big O Tires in Prescott Valley, Az. They are very professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with their work.

I blew my tire a couple months ago, down the street from Big O. I slowly drove there, and since I have a Subaru, I knew I would have to get 4 tires, especially since I was going to be needing them soon anyway. They gave me a good deal and I didnt have to wait long. They were friendly and efficient.

Had an appointment for 2 new tires. Took an hour and a half. My car sat outside for 30 minutes before I noticed it (no one told me it was done). I payed for it and walked out to my car and noticed they broke studs off. Went back and asked about it and they said it was the last shop that put the tires on crossthreaded them. But it was my shop and I put them on. Now whats more likely. Someone who works on custom very expensive cars for a living crossthreading his own lug nuts. Or a incompetent company not owning up to its mistakes. Very unprofessional. If you have to go pleaseeee take your wheels off and just give them your wheels. Or you might have to pay to replace studs. Like I have to

20 minutes before closing I get a flat on my RV. I managed to nurse it to this big o. Josh and Zane stayed after closing, got me fixed up, and then didnt charge me for the repair. I was just driving through town, these guys are heroes.

I came in to get an oil change and my tires rotated with warranty but I ended up needing brakes, they were metal to metal and cracked. Mark was able to take my unexpected brake job on last minute, I was very impressed! I also accidentally left my gun in my truck and I asked Mark to put it in up for me which he did. I was thankful for his honestly and I know I can trust the guys at Big O. Only disadvantage, the brakes were pricy but I have a big F350 Ford truck which is always on the road hauling so it was a good investment. Thank you Mark for all your help!

Great experience at Big O Tires.Stopped to have my trailer tire fixed. Customers were attended quickly, left happy & we had Internet, beverages & restrooms available.I was called to be shown a tiny hole in the wheel which could not be fixed. Then I was told that I owed nothing. There is quite a lot of work involved to get there and time is money so I was surprised and thankful.

Mark and his team was awesome. They was very helpful and went above their duties to take care of us. I refer my friend and family to go there for their needs.

While I waited a few days for my ordered tire to come in at another business, these guys kept my deflating tire going. My tire had a nail and a screw in it from the new construction area in Granville. Thank you guys for helping me 1-2 times a day! You are the best!

Woke up to a slow leaking tire. Come to find out, that 6 year old tire needed to be replaced. I did have to wait for a couple of hours as I just walked in with no appointment but got a new tire and a sorely needed front end alignment the same day.The customer service is phenomenal.Thank you Big O Tires!
