This is hands down the best Firestone location ever!! I would never entrust anyone else with my vehicle. The manager, Nathen and front line person, Jerry are absolutely amazing! Outstanding customer service. I’ve noticed some of the other reviews say this location is too busy. Well, In my opinion that’s because they are the best!!! Worth the wait. I’d give you more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much for all you do!!
Im not usually one to write reviews for places, good or bad, But this is by far the worst Firestone Ive ever worked with. Came in for a quick oil change, and the guy at the counter said there was a special for an inspection that they recommended because of my cars age and milage, It was only $10, so I agreed to it. They said that it would take about an hour for the oil change and inspection together, and about 2 hours later, he finally called me back up and went over the inspection results with me. There was a few minor problems, most of which I was already aware of, but as we got into the problems, he started talking to me about testing further for the issues, $30-50 here and there, but I wasnt really interested in any of it. Then he says I need a new timing cover gasket, and asks me if I want to get that taken care of, not even mentioning the cost or time involved. I declined, mostly because I didnt want to wait, but I later found out that it is a 5-6 hour job that costs upwards of $1000. after he finally gave me my invoice with the recommendations. So after I get done with all that, he says theyll finish up and have my car out shortly. Roughly 30 mins later, I finally pay, and get to leave. Im not that upset about them offering the repairs and tests, because after all, that is their job, and Ive had good experiences with Firestone when I lived on the East Coast, but I was also usually in and out in 30-45 mins. 2.5 hours for an oil change and a rudimentary inspection is insane, and just casually mentioning a $1000 repair to a customer that came in for an oil change without telling them whats involved is not the best practice in my opinion. I probably wont be doing business with this Firestone again anytime soon. After all, If I wanted overpriced repairs and tests to be pushed on me with slow, mediocre service, I would just go to the dealership.
Firestone is the place to get your tires. Quick, competent, and courteous. Thumbs up from me.
They were so very thorough. I went in for a flat repair and they did a complimentary bumper-to-bumper inspection and provided a list of the status of all the major functions of the vehicle. I need a wheel alignment but he suggested I wait til the next quarterly EPIC sale. I wound up having the cabin air filter changed (didn’t even know I had one!) and I immediately noticed better air flow the minute I started the car. Thank you, Firestone Sundog Ranch location! You’ll be my first stop for all future repair and maintenance needs.
I made an appointment for 2:00 on a sunday afternoon. I arrived for my appt at 1:50, and was informed they already had someone in the 2:00 slot, and the soonest they could get it done was 3 hours! The reason for this is they had other appointments. No apology offered or anything. If you are trying to manage your time well, I would go somewhere else. And they charge a fair amount more than most places.
I am back again to have more work done. An oil change and some other maintance.I am a customer for life! Jerry at the Prescott Valkey location is just a treasure.He answers all my questions and his advice is taking care of all my worries.
Great service and staff. Had stopped at Pep Boys first to get a quote on installing a set of lesser known brand tires and was told they were probably just cheap, off-brand tires which was inappropriate because they were high rated.When I came to Firestone, the representative was polite and helpful, providing me with options and the best deal on services like brakes and alignment. Which, by the way, were considerably less expensive then Pep Boys anyway. I highly recommend the Firestone here which is conveniently located by Hobby Lobby..

Pulled in and asked if there was any way they could just air up my tire, ran over a nail, just enough to get my two kids (3 and 1) home, and said they were too full, to take the 1 minute to fill up my tire. Never going here. And would suggest going some place else.
These guys were very unhelpful. Dont break down and look for help here. They simply didnt care i was traveling thru a needed help. They wanted to make me wait for days before they would even look at my truck.
These guys are the most honest repair business you will find, with their fix right policy. I went in for a suspension noise, and they inspected the entire car. they told me I needed wheel bearing work. they completed the work and I picked up the car. the next day I discovered I still had the problem. I complained in a survey, and Nathan called me and offered me a full refund, over $550! this goes to show they stand behind whatever they do!!
They were very professional and helpful. Came in to have a low pressure sensor checked on the rental car. They check all tires and had me back on the road fairly quick even though they were busy
Long wait just to get a battery. Wouldnt tell me the total cost of the battery until the very end. Tried to add on services. Got my battery and left.
I had to get my brakes and rotors done and Jerry and Nathen were so helpful and kind and gave us a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I wanted to share this. Having Covid and my daughters car in need of tires so she could go to work was not the ideal thing for me physically. The store manager Nathan saw the concern with me being sick and found a way to help me out. I masked up and drove down to Firestone and layer the tires in front of the store. We kept our distance while conversing over the phone the whole time. This is the very reason why I go back each time with my three cars to have Nathan take care of me. The guy is mature and calm. Very easy going. He has me as a solid customer from now on. If you know anything about me personally then youll know I take nothing less than proffesional service.

Since Firestone opened in PV, I had had hit and miss experiences. Sometimes I felt as if my business wasnt appreciated. Sometimes I felt the service was marginal. Not this time! There is new, better talent and a whole different feeling about the place. More confidence, humor, and professionalism. The service writer listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, called me with other findings, and had the work done all within an acceptable time period. I felt respected and valued as a customer and as a person. Well done!

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!! I have been going to Firestone for years at different locations. I will never go back to this one. I dropped my car off at 9:30am for an oil change and a new battery. They assured me this shouldnt take long, be done by 11am. I was called at 1pm saying my car was ready. They charged my card once I arrived not saying anything. Once I looked at the price of $60, I asked thats for an oil change and new battery?. The person behind the counter stated because of your model, we do not replace the battery on your car. So they just did the oil change and not my battery. I tried to start my car and the battery was dead, no surprise. The biggest shock was mechanics just worked on it. I had to walk back in and wait for them to be done talking. Yes they did jump my car but with no apology or explanation. Yes to point out my car is designed weird with a plastic plate over the battery. I heard them talking the labor would take over an hour and the charge would be $300 something dollars, then they said and thats why we dont do this. I guess my response is....what exactlydo you do? The next day I took my car to Ford, they fixed the battery in 40 minutes for $160. I guess my point is why not call me and inform me rather than to waste my time and 31/2hrs for an oil change? I couldve went somewhere else and had it done correctly . Update a month later my car broke down. The mechanic at ford said the engine needed to be rebuilt due to no oil in the engine. I asked if there was a leak, he said no. Thanks Firestone you didnt even put oil in after an oil change! I had to buy a new car or replace the engine!

Unfortunately my truck had a gash in one of the tires today and it went totally flat. Since all of them were getting to the point of replacement, Firestone hooked us up with some beefy new tires for my Colorado truck! Luckily the ones chosen were in stock and the wait time to get in was short. Jerry and Nathen, thank you for helping out.

We had used Firestone for YEARS in IL. Always went to the same shop, brought all 4 of our vehicles in for small and large jobs. We moved to Prescott a few months ago. Of all the switches and changes, we thought the cars would be a cinch, just change to a Firestone here. We had purchased the lifetime alignment package for our Jeep. Needing an oil change and noticing a pull to the right, we called over a week ago, making the appointment. Because we have a trip coming up and wanted the car checked. The morning of the appointment, we get a call, they cant do the alignment, they are double booked! Barely an HOUR before the appointment! We were just about to leave to drive to the shop! They said we could come in on Saturday, except were supposed to be on that trip! Not exactly conducive to starting out on a new working relationship! Really upset. Kind of left holding the bag here. What good is the lifetime alignment package when you cant get the service. Before ever even setting a foot into that shop, we already have a rather unfavorable impression, to say the least. Not getting that warm customer care feeling this morning!
Nathan was very helpful with helping on my Subaru he answered questions for me that even the dealer never told me about my car I will be back for all my services on all my cars!
My mind is blown here. Made appointment for service. Came in for oil and tire rotation was told 1.5. Planned the day around this appointment. 2 hours later we are now rushing to make other appointments. Not GOOD..!!! Service was not done in timely manner. Not coming back.
I’ve done business with Firestone all my life but l even bought tires from them several times in the past but the old manager was great and even sold me a lifetime alignment then they got new managers and they have no customer skills what so ever l will never do business with these guys again

On friday 3-6-20I took my new 2019 dodge charger in for a oil change only had 1400 miles on the motor. They change the oil and told me had a nail in my tire could not be fix so they order a. New tire. took my car home oil was leaking call them and they told me to drive it back to there shop I told them no so they called a tow truck after 2 hours finally got back they look at it and told me theres no problem with it and made me pay for the tow bill found out later they over filled the oil and it was leaking through the a filter. On Sunday when back for the tire they put the tire on . When home was looking at the tire they put it on backwards had to take it back. Never again

I was on road trip and my truck needed an oil change. It was Sunday morning and when I called the manager said they could take it right in. I should have known something was off when the guy told me it would be 1.5 hours. No other cars in the shop. So we left the truck, came back an hour later. Truck was still on the lift with a large pool of oil on the floor. In the mean time another disatisfied customer had come in to have a tire that had been installed backward corrected. I asked the supervisor what was going on with the truck. Said the filter had been installed over the old o-ring. Now Im getting very concerned. I went into the service bay and asked the tech when we would be on our way. He seemed quite overwhelmed. I said just get a new filter on, fill the oil and were done. I went back to the customer lounge and waited a little longer. Finaly I told the supervisor I had waited long enough and that he better make sure the oil and filter were correct. He was out talking to the tech for quite a while and no action. I went back in the shop. Truck was down off the hoist. Tech said it was ready to go. I told him I wanted to see the dip stick. He pulled it. Not a drop of oil on it. I called the supervisor over. Now Im very disgusted. 2.5 hours later I finally left the shop. Would not recommend this place ever.
They will not honor Firestone warranties without a fight.I have always been a fan of Firestone as a company but not this one! My husband had a part out in out of state and brought it to this store to be replaced under warranty. Well, they tried to charge him upwards of $50 in labor just to determine the problem was the warrantied part. After speaking to Firestones national customer service they did the work without charge and apologized for the misunderstanding. By the time we got home the part was already barely functional.

They are real fast to sell you a set of $1000 tires but the after sale service is horrible. My wife went in to get a tire repaired after the tire pressure warning alerted her to very low tire pressure in one tire. She drove 18 miles to the PV store that sold her the tires just to be told they were to busy and she would have to come back another time. By the time she got home the tire was almost completely flat. Now the car sits in the driveway with a completely flat tire. Dont waste your money at this store

They quoted my husband and gave an estimate of 3/4 hours so he waited at the location for tire replacements on his truck, an alignment and brake replacement. 6 hours later (!) they gave him a quote on the brakes and had not put on the tires. This is unacceptable and horrible service. They could not tell him how much longer and after being there since 10am to get everything taken care of they informed him they couldn’t complete the work that day. Firestone being a national business should be held to a higher standard of service.

BUYER BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH.I drove up to the store on a Friday noon to an empty parking lot and the four employees smoking and eating on the garage floor. Walked in and specifically stated, with the weekly ad in my hand, that I would like to do a FREE alignment check and no other services were necessary. The mechanic said that it would be 45 minutes and I sat myself down in the empty waiting room. An hour later, the same mechanic walked in and promptly told me that I needed new tie rods for the front and rear tires and that they were nearly done with the tire rotation and tire balancing. I IMMEDIATELY told him to stop that work as I did NOT approve it to be completed and that I had specifically requested the FREE alignment check and no more. 10 minutes later one of the other mechanics drove up to the front door with my car and handed me the keys. I was a little puzzled because I requested a FREE alignment check and did not receive a printout of the alignment to prove that it was even done or to see if the car needed an alignment. I was not given one by the head mechanic and I told him that I did not approve anyone to do the TLC Special in the weekly ad as I had specifically pointed to the FREE alignment check and made myself clear that I did not want any other services done to my car. I refused to pay for the $49.95 TLC Special and called them out on the bait and switch operation. I was completely disgusted after this ordeal and their customer service shows with the completely EMPTY parking lot. The car owners of the quad-city area are CLEARLY going elsewhere because of good reason.
If I could do a negative 10 I would! This store is absolutely horrid!! My husband and two children live out of town and stopped to get the front brakes replaced and they left us sitting for hours without telling us that they didnt have the parts and they were waiting for them to be delivered! We even had a scheduled appt for this. Then to make it up they said they would give us two free rotors. Well I just got those inspected at a different store and the rotors are warped and causing more issues and difficulty stopping!!
This shop went above and beyond to service my car. The front desk was knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable. This is the best place to get tires changed in the area.

Never dealt with a more incompetent auto company. Made an appointment for an oil change and was there for 2 1/2 hours and watched as my vehicle was stopped working on several times to help customers who came in after me and told it was an emergency? I was told it was due to an employee walking out and only having one guy. After watching 2 other customers express their disgust with them I can only assume the employee was frustrated with the incompetence too. Never going there again.
After having a rough day with some very rude mechanics at another business, I called Firestone. Immediately, they happily jumped at the chance to do everything I needed at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. They went above and beyond for me and I know they will do the same for you.

Wow, at first I thought that this place was good. But they dont even seem to be able to do a simple oil change without messing up something. My mom got her oil changed here and all the oil drain out of the car before she got home they didnt even tighten it! I got my oil changed here and it leaked all over my car and I had to take it to Walmart of all places to get it fixed right I would not trust this place
They blatantly lie and say you need more expensive oil i just called ford and they told me regular 5w30 is pefectly fine for my engine
Never going back, waited 5 hours for an alignment when I had an appointment at 9 a.m. wasnt even close to being done. Drained my battery saying I needed one. It starts just fine without any hesitations. Messed with my heater setting inside the cab. My stereo was reset. Tries telling me one of their machines to do the alignment blew up. Like really how does a computer blow up?

I go ahead with the oil change, After oil change is completed an hour later technician comes and notifies me that they cannont Rotate the tires .. as result they hook up the oil chane at no charge for the time and inconvenience . i will come back

Bought tires for 2 vehicles about 8 months ago. Best price in town, and they did alignments and threw in road hazard warranties!I returned this week because two tires were wearing unevenly. They re-aligned the vehicle and then offered to replace the worn ones for nothing! Thats customer service!Thanks!

If you want unneeded high priced work done on you car to a substandard level this is the place you are looking for. I had suspension work done at my mechanics today, so after completion of the work I went to Tire Liquidators for a simple alignment. Shortly after dropping it off I received a call telling me that my steering pitman arm, my steering idler arm and both inner tie rod ends were bad. Knowing this is a very common scam used by alignment shops I told them just do the alignment and thats it. I called my mechanic and informed him he told me he had looked at them that morning and they were fine. I informed the front desk clerk that I dont appreciate having someone try to scam me, his reply was that at least I saved $50 on the work. My reply was I would have rather paid the money than been lied to. I then drove straight back to my mechanic who put my Tahoe back up on the lift and re-inspected the steering system finding no issues. The good news is that my steering wheel is no long aligned so Ill have to find someone to correct that. It is very sad that when you try to keep your money with a local business they try to scam you. Went there and asked them to do a complete look over of my car. They quoted around 1000$ for everything that needed to be done on it. After two weeks went to pick it up and it was 1500$ they didnt replace a driving light but did a 250$ restoration on them, drove off the lot and brakes were locking up and abs light was on. They looked at again said there was a short in the wire and that a ball barring needed to be replaced for another 450$. Leaving there I still needed work done, a light and dealt with a rude dude. Took it for a second opinion they fixed my light, plugged in my disconnected abs sensor for free and test drove and looked at the bar rings that were fine. Wouldnt recommend and wont be going back.

Been dealing with them for over a year now, all I want is a car that drives straight down the road and isnt going to kill me one day but after over $2000 later it really just doesnt seem like they care at all. It gets really old hearing that they dont know why the car is doing that or dont know how they missed that. Like my left ball joint that broke on me after them having the car to fix 5 times at their shop. I thought I was gonna prevent a breakdown. Guess the jokes on me. Now this last time they tried telling me its a motor mount that bad. Hmmm, last I knew a motor mount isnt going to put a bunch of play in the steering wheel. Dont get trapped in warranties like I did.

This use to be my only trusted and frequent visitation for light auto care and tire services. Unfortunately previous management and techs had really put me in a crunch with the way they last did things on my personal vehicle and it was a more than frustrating ordeal considering the profession I’m in which involves being on the road a lot and relying on my car to get the job done. I came in yesterday for a resolution on what had been done wrong on my car and account and being the end of the day I knew no work could be done but here I am this morning with them fitting me in to their already busy schedule to get me taken care of in this emergency. Their new management and techs make the word competent a complete understatement. Lucas immediately knew what had been done wrong by simply listening to me and inspecting my vehicle. He is so clear with his information and explanations and is genuinely caring for his customers. He gave me the best possible deal to fix the problem that occurred and I couldn’t be happier. It is refreshing to know I’ll be coming back here as regular customer and I’m so relieved to have a reliable tire and alignment service. Weight off my shoulders for sure so thank you Lucas and all the staff and techs who are expertly making this possible.
Very sloppy work.I received an oil change on my truck from firestone and the next day there was a puddle of oil staining my garage floor. I brought it back, and it turns out they accidently drained oil into my skid plate. Instead of taking off the 4 bolts to clean it, they gave it back to me without telling me. Their service manager apologized and offered me my next oil change free saying it wouldnt happen again.When I brought it back for my next oil change, the exact same thing happened. Ive never had this issue changing my own oil, or with anyone else. But now after firestone, I have 2 large oil stains in my garage due to very sloppy work even when it would have been a very simple solution. I do not trust their work and do not reccomend them.
These people sold us substandard tires at a better tire price. My husband only got 15,000 miles on a 20,000 mile set of tires. We were told by 2 different employees that the new tires would be covered by warranties. When we went in to have the tires replaced they the wanted to charge us $500 for two new tires, the same crap tires that they had sold us before. I got 2 other estimates for 4 new, good tires, 50,000+ miles, for less than $1,000. The guy had the excuse that the employees we talked to no longer worked there. He also implied that because I was a woman I should just have my husband call him. We will never do business there again.
Don’t bother making an appointment time, it doesn’t mean anything to them. My car never did get in for an oil change and I was told “it’s just how it is with this stuff” and that isn’t an acceptable customer service response.
Just so you know months ago I bought A (1) pirelli 215/50/17 cinturatto for $270 there... just bought two for $303 at a tire shop in mesa so they basically charged double for that tire. Keep in mind next time you buy from there
