I went in at the end of the day with some questions about my new iPhone 13 pro. A very polite man came over apologized and asked us to wait as there were a few people ahead of us. After a period of time Will came back to us to help. I had many questions and he made every effort to help me without getting frustrated. As he was answering my questions he brought me up to date on their phones and watches. Finally when we were all done I decided to buy a new Samsung from him. He apologized but said his shift ended 15 min ago and he could not sell me a watch. He never once mentioned he was on his own time. He offered to turn us over to the other employee but I refused. I am buying the watch only from him. Will went out of his way to help me and that is something I will not forget.

Ive been to this store several times. The last time I was helped by the agent Kory. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me. He explained everything out and took his time. I really appreciate having someone who genuinely seems to care about giving good service. Thank you Kory!

Leading the pack was Kory, who was patient, friendly, professional and represented Verizon extremely well. It was because of Kory that I will be moving more of my business to Verizon.

Needed to go in to upgrade our plan to add more data. Had good timing and only had to wait about 3 minutes. Aiayah(?) was very helpful. She listened to us and explained options well, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to get us upgraded and at no additional cost! Due to the nature of usually spending a lot of time with each customer and only 2-3 employees working at a time, sometimes you could have to wait a while but I haven’t had that happen at this location in 3 visits. Overall, very satisfied with location, cleanliness and set-up of store and service received.

My husband and I both had good experiences( on two separate occasions) here. The store manager, Alaina, helped both of us set up our new phones and stayed two hours after her shift.
