Ive been with sprint for a while now. Obviously tmobile bought sprint. My wife and I have tried a few times to get our sim cards switched or change over to tmobile. Each time has been a long wait, people scheduled appointments, etc. Today we dealt with Levi. He was attentive, kind, caring, personable, the list goes on. My wife and I have a 19 month old daughter we brought in to the store today. He waved, talked to her, made her happy, was nice, gave her high five, and knuckles. He got us new phones ordered. Got us new sim cards in our old sprint phones while we wait for our new ones to be delivered. Multitasked amazingly, answered phones, helped us, helped fellow employees, all while smiling and being kind and happy. I dont write reviews very often. This might have been one of our best encounters with a business and a particular employee in a very very long time. Levi is the man and needs a raise. We had a very good time, and we received very good service in a situation that isnt always easy. Young kids can be hard to take out. He made it easy. Getting new phones and new plan can be hard. He made it easy. Changing cell phone companies can be hard, he made it easy. Way to go Levi!

I just wanted to say how Impressed I am with your employee Ryan in the Prescott Valley store by Aspen dental. My parents and I went in there three times and he was so helpful each time. He was able to help us when three other places we went to were not able. And it wasnt even his responsibility to do it. He just helped. The people who work here are amazing. I came in on Christmas Eve needing help putting new screen protectors on the new phones for my kids. Ryan was able to help us. Even though we didnt buy the protectors there they still assisted. Saved my butt big time. Thank you guys!!!

Tonight I went to T-Mobile Prescott Valley next to Safeway. For more than an hour Ryan W. Gave it all he had to fix a problem regarding an erroneous assignment of a phone number to my phone. It made it so I could not communicate with clients. It was an issue he did not create but despite that and through all the Apple security related I forgot my password road blocks, he spent time on the phone with Apple and in my phone to eventually fix the issue. Ryan is a real champion of what T mobile states they stand for Customer Service!!!. Thank you Ryan for not giving up on my phone tonight. Now I can work again tomorrow to continue to provide a living for my family.Howard

I had to go to this store three times trying to get my sims card working. On the third trip I feel I was treated very rudely and was told I was welcome to go to Verizon which I did with much better results. Stacey sarcastically told me “Thank you” as I left. May I also say that TMobile does not work well in Prescott Valley. Verizon is much better and I’m not constantly using up my data. I’ve used T Mobile for years and couldn’t believe the bad service and how I was treated.

The only person to deal with at this location is the young lady. The two gentlemen were worthless, offering wrong information, misleading clients, not completing orders and then blaming the clients for misinformation.

Called in to ask some questions about purchasing an item as a Christmas gift for someone who has tmobile(I’m not a customer) and male employee didn’t have many personable skills, didn’t seem very reliable /knowledgable about questions and didn’t seek more qualified coworkers for help. He had a very perturbed tone as though he didn’t care to listen to me, I never received a “have a good day, can I help you with anything else”, etc. just ended the call by saying yup and hanging up. As a non customer of TMobile, this experience solidified my want to seek any other mobile company than tmobile if I were to ever switch over from my current provider and not wanting to purchase any items at this location.

I had a great experience with my customer service agent at Tmobile in Prescott Valley. I became frustrated with trying to order watches online so I decided to stop in the store. Johan helped me from start to finish and totally took my frustration level down. Working with a real person is the way to go! Thanks Johan!

Ive been avoiding getting a new phone for a while but today my phone finally took a dump and I was left with no choice. I came into this store and the woman who helped me made the process very easy, understandable, and I was in and out of the store with a new phone within an hour. Very good experience, friendly employees, and wonderful service.

The face mask thing is lifted but I just got turned away from this store even though I was across town at the other location for not wearing a face mask and they wouldnt provide one.I asked if I could purchase my phone case from outside the door and they wouldnt sell it to me without a face mask on.

Simply dont go. Ive been to the store multiple times to do my upgrades and getting new phones and they were okay, not anything above and beyond. This last time will be my last at the store, they flat out told me they didnt have five models of phones and that no store carried any OnePlus phones and only had one of the most expensive phones available. After my wifes upgrade was done we went to the other Prescott store and was told they had the OnePlus 7 Pro and that the previous statement wasnt true. I wouldve rather given my business to the corporate store than this third party.

The Store is so pretty!! The group greet is awesome I have never been greeted that way anywhere else. The employees are all so friendly, laid back and very helpful. The store manager is super knowledgeable. I will definitely come back and recommend them to all my friends and family.

**SORRY IN ADVANCE, THIS IS SUPER LONG, BUT WORTH THE READ!**First and foremost, customer service makes all the difference when dealing with cellphone carriers! Often times you just get horrible customer service and end up getting off the phone or ending a text conversation, without your answer and feeling awful because the person on the other end was rude or short.Below, I state why I recommend T-Mobile in general. But I have to give a review for this particular location! They are AMAZING! As you will read below, T-Mobile has the best customer service out of all the carriers I’ve been with over the past 15-20 years. I’m going to throw a couple of names out to you all... Randall (manager) & Tiffani (manager), will do any and everything to ensure you get the plan and phone you need (and accessories), that works best for just you or you and your family. They will work with you for hours if needed. Which I feel awful about, but I took up about 3.5hrs of their time yesterday. Because I was having issues switching back to T-Mobile from Verizon. The issue was on Verizon’s end. And Tiffani and Randall were so helpful, patient and understanding. They never once tried to push me out the door like many carriers do. I am extremely grateful to them for going above and WAY beyond what they had to do for me and my family (9 lines). I was a prior T-Mobile customer and had transferred to Verizon so I could have my entire family on one plan (a couple were on Verizon and a couple with me on T-Mobile). I switched to Verizon thinking “oh they’re the best company, so I’ve been told”. And I was so very wrong. T-Mobile stands at number one over any other carrier I’ve been with over the years. THIS LOCATION... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You CANNOT go wrong here. Not only are Randall and Tiffani just amazingly kind and helpful people, but EVERYONE there is so kind. I’ve never been in a phone store where everyone working there was happy and kind. You WILL get this at this store. Guaranteed! And like I said, they go above and beyond what they have to do for you. They did everything they could for me to get the best discounts and accessories that they possibly could. And they’re genuine. They will be honest with you about the phones you’re interested in. As they definitely were with me. Go to this store ASAP! You won’t regret it for a second! :-)My review of T-Mobile in general:T-Mobile in general has THE best customer service, in-store, over the phone or via texting on their app or fb messenger. They do not leave you until they figure out a solution or get you what it is you’re requesting. I stand by this 100%! In the past 15-20 years, I’ve had sprint, Verizon, cricket, and my first company I was with was Alltel, back before they became AT&T. Hands down, T-Mobile is THE BEST. The customer service is outstanding, the prices are phenomenal and I’ve not had issues with their service since many many years ago, before they worked hard to do updates on their service. They just spent A LOT of money on updating their towers for better LTE connection everywhere! And as you probably know, they’re full 5G everywhere now as well. But that has to be with a 5G phone. Apple hasn’t released one yet, but I’m hoping for this year’s model to be 5G. But even with just my LTE... the speed is unbelievable. Anyway, I just wanted to say that you won’t regret that amazing things that T-Mobile has to offer you. I had switched from Verizon, which many people say is the “best”. But just because their prices are high does NOT AT ALL mean they’re the best. Since the moment I switched I had amazing service everywhere I went, even when driving in the mountain ranges near me. I highly recommend T-Mobile overall. And if you live in Prescott or Prescott Valley, AZ, you want to go to THIS store. It is not an “authorized dealer”. They are a CORPORATE store and can do MUCH MORE for you than the authorized dealers out there. And plus, I just love the people there! Just like with any T-Mobile employee... they have outstanding customer service.

Im giving this location 5* only because of 3 amazing employees.I went into Tmobile to get a Galaxy Watch and there was an issue doing so, so Randall had to call the support line and he was literally on the phone for 3 hours if not longer trying to work this issue out. By the time it was taken care of it was close to closing time and we were all tired so I went home. I was supposed to come back the following day to still get the promotion on the Galaxy Watches, buy one get one free. Customer care on the phone said I could come back and do so as long as it was within 24 hours of me buying the watch. Well I come back the next day to get the promotion and i was unable to do so. Jamir had to call the support line and try to get someone to fix this issue since I was still within my 24 hour mark to get the free watch. He had rude customer support agents on the phone that either hung up on him or kept him on hold for over half and hour and not willing to let him speak to a supervisor. So while he called back for the 3rd time, Chelsea stepped in and was also calling the support line and demanded to speak to a supervisor. She too, had rude agents that kept denying her request to speak to their bosses and finally Chelsea put them professionally in their place and got a supervisor. Long story short, these employees fought tooth and nail for me when the support didnt even care to honor their word from the previous night nor did they care to honor the promotion thats is available to ALL Tmobile customers.If it hadnt been for them I wouldnt have been able to get the promotion that the support was trying to deny me even though I have been a loyal customer for 13 years and 7 months.If anyone needs anything done and for people to actually care for you as their customer, go see one of these 3 awesome Tmobile employees.Thank you guys again for everything.

T-MOBILE has absolutely TERRIBLE service in the Prescott area. It works at home with wifi, but I often have NO SERVICE right in the middle of populated areas of town. Their claim that they have the most 4G is also quite false. Ive never had more than 1 bar of 4G service, which isnt even enough to make a phonecall. If you Live in the Tri-City area, I would seriously reconsider going with T-Mobile. Their customer service is fine, but their coverage is absolutely garbage.

Horrible had to wait over 45 minutes and had to leave there was 2 more people 3 people working there. Had to leave for a doctors appt. They need more people there helping people.
