Haiden is very skilled and professional at what she does. I broke my screen on my iphone XR. she patiently explained my options, prices, and also was honest about whether she can get it done that day or the next business day. Theryre not a lot of employees working there so i appreciated the honesty. I came back and purchased a wire to connect my iphone to my macbook pro. Haiden was able to transfer my data/contacts/apps etc. from my old phone to the new phone! I made a mistake with my old phone when transferring b/c I couldnt see the screen and i accidentally hit dont trust this system when the upload process took place. But Haiden saved me for under $40! thats awesome and she was patient, articulate, and persistent in keeping me up to date.I will be going here every single time when something bad happens (God forbid) to my iphone or macbook pro. I’ve taken a few phones here and an iPad to have the screen fixed they are always polite and professional. I recently took my husbands iPad in that wouldn’t charge, and instead of just taking my iPad and repairing it they told me they’d hang on to the iPad and try to back it up for me then suggested that I buy a new one, because the repairs would cost the same as buying a new iPad. I went in the store with a problem i doubted could be solved. mike was able to retrieve priceless photographs & put them all on a flash drive even though the phone is not useable. im an older lady, not very skilled in technology; he was so polite & patient. if there were more stars for the rating i wouldnt hesitate to give them a 10+.

Update: a year later the phone still reports battery capacity as 100%. And recently they fixed my HP calculator, which had a couple non-working keys.The guy knows his stuff. Three months ago, he replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 and I no-longer need to charge it twice/day. Battery capacity is still reported as 100%.

Brought in my 2016 iPad Pro 9.7 for a battery and scfeen replacement. I was informed of the presence of certain delicate connections that could break and render the device unusable. They left the decision up to me whether to attempt the repair or not. Since it was no longer my primary device, I decided to let them atempt the repair. Dropped it off on a Monday and had it back 3 days later with a successful repair. I highly recommend these fine folks. Exceeded this customers expectations.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I brought in my phone to get a new screen replaced on my iPhone 8 about 6 months ago. First they said it should take 4-5 hours if I paid $20 they could do it over an hour. 20 minutes later I get a call that they are done. I felt taken advantage of. within a few months I stared getting a faded line on the side of my phone. No biggie. In July 2020 I wanted to Upgrade my phone Verizon said who ever fixed this phone did a horrible job and really did a number on it and sent it back said it was worthless. I would never go there again nor would I recommend this place. Stay away

Mike was so very helpful! He tried to find a replacement screen for my ancient tablet. This particular models out of stock right now, but Mike gave me all the info I need to keep looking, plus he said I can always bring it back in from time to time and Fix-It will check its sources. Then he was able to adjust my laptop with one click and threw in enhancing my screen icons. NO CHARGE!! This place is terrific. Im a very satisfied customer. Glad we have Fix-It in Prescott.

I went in for a battery replacement....given they had the time, they had it done within an hour, and everything was great. Later I found out they could have me with potential connection issues with the phone and seemed happy to help. I have not taken them up on that yet, but will when needed.I would recommend them based on my experience!

The display on my Pixel 2 phone went dead. I could hear message notifications so I knew the phone worked but no display. Sprint told me it would be unlikely they could transfer my data from the old phone to a new one without a working display. The guy at the Sprint store recommended Fixit Mobile. It was a Saturday morning, so I was not expecting much help. I was on call for the weekend and didnt want to buy a new phone.Brian at Fixit Mobile was fantastic! He had a new display in stock and he had a working phone back to me in under a hour. On top of that, he was a really nice guy to talk to.

They are Awesome! The camera has been shaking when you try to take a photo for the past few months. We just finished paying her phone off. I was considering getting a new i phone, but her phone works great except for the camera.The reviews are great for them so I took a chance, and boy I am glad I did !I went in and paid for a new camera for her phone. They tried 3 different screens but it still didnt work.I was worried because I didnt want to purchase a new phone from my carrier (I dont need a giant phone and could care less about the latest bells and whistles)I am happy they have a great selection of refurbished phones. The Pros:-Dropped it off around 1pm and got it back the same day.-Price was the best I could find and it looked good as new.-The next day the screen was acting up and I brought back to see if they could do anything. They replaced the screen again and put on a screen protector for free, didnt hassle me at all. Seems to work fine so far. Great service.The Cons:-The second replacement screen has a blue/green tint overall and a more noticeable blue tint spot at the bottom of the screen. Not sure if Ill bother them anymore to fix it though (it may be the screen protector).-I had to pry a bit to find out a basic replacement was $109. They were coming from a good place trying to protect my investment by offering a good protection plan and extras, but it would have been nice to be given all the options up front.Overall they were great and I would work with them again based on the service and price.

Highly recommend this company!!! Great spot to have your cell phone repaired! With several Apple devices in my house I decided to go with their family plan which has come in so useful. I have fixed 3 screens, 2 batteries and have also got some of their screen protectors and other gadgets.

So I looked online at their Website and found pricing that looked great. Drove to the store and asked how much for a screen repair on an iPhone 6s, to my surprise the guy says $258!? WTH?! Your site clearly states $50! That is if you have our protection warranty. I told him I can get it done at Apple for $149! He says we not only replace the screen, we water test it and replace the case. I dont need that. That is our service we offer. I go home and look at their site again, it does say $50 for the protected replacement but also says $109 otherwise for the 6s. These guys are rip offs and need to be reported. Ill handle that too! PS: their site also claims they price match any repairs, never offered it!!! Just saying.....Beware!

Ive been here several times. Most recently for tempered glass on an Apple watch, an iPhone 6s and a 6 plus. On the Apple watch the glass was not a flush fit owing to the watch not being completely flat on the top. This is an Apple watch issue, not a glass or installation issue. In fact I had tried once before to install a glass screen protector on the watch myself with the same result but thought I had done it wrong, which is why I took it to Tech Rehab for them to try. I was not charged for the glass and was advised to contact Apple for a possible replacement since Im still under warranty. I may try that. The two iPhone glass screen protectors were installed beautifully, not a speck of dust or bubble in sight, and the lines are clean and perfect! I am extremely pleased with the result and the warranty provided. I can highly recommend these professionals, they are polite and experienced. The shop is fun and easy to get to, right downtown. Id have no hesitation using them again!

Firstly, Im not one that typically leaves reviews whether they be good or not so good. But I had to make an exception for the guys (and ladies, though I didnt see any) at Tech Rehab. I sent my daughter in to repair a cracked screen on her phone. After shopping around, I discovered they had the best deal available, even though I have insurance through my cell carrier, they still offered a way better deal. We were happy with the results.A few months later, and this is the main reason I am writing a review, I had an issue with a brand new Apple lap top. Best Buy wanted to take my lap top, send it away for repairs and gave me an estimate of a three week wait. I wasnt thrilled with this option so off to Tech Rehab I went to see what solutions they could offer. Chris was the employee that I dealt with and this guy knows his stuff! It came down to two options. One cost around $250. The second option cost $35 but only if he was able to track down the parts he needed. Chris made phone calls on my behalf and he wasnt having any luck finding the parts. I realize and appreciate that he must have spent a good amount of his valuable time making these calls. He kept at it and he finally managed to track down the parts needed to fix my lap top in New York. I fully realize that he didnt need to do this, yet he went out of his way to do so. Chris went way above and beyond to help me out and I truly appreciate that he did so. The cherry on top? I kept my lap top while waiting for the parts to arrive which only took a week by mail. He called me when the parts arrived, I brought my lap top in, and the actual repair took about ten minutes. My sincere thanks to you Chris! I love the guys at Tec Rehab. Love them. Like in an awkward but totally platonic way. Their fast and friendly service has helped through many tec troubles. Weve had several phones repaired in the past and most recently after an iPhone 6 went swimming (wind, umbrella, hand, pool) we were in need of a new phone. They gave us a great deal on a Galaxy S7 and got us up and running again. A refreshing environment there as well. Casual yet professional in a multi-use office space. The girl (my wife) in the corner is really pretty too! Love the convenient location downtown. If I have to travel more than a mile for something I get grumpy. Tec Rehab doesnt make me grumpy.
