Had a great experience. The customer service and speed as well as accuracy plus fun and kind vibe is what made it a great experience. I believe his name was Nathan did everything by the book to helping me with my membership renewal to asking if I wanted to pre order and what to be expected. 100/10 great job Nathan i appreciate you, I hope the game stop and the community does too. I wont waste time with the list of times game stop has ripped me off. Instead Ill warn parents, this company is designed to take advantage of people who dont know any better. They nickel and dime people for unnecessary insurance policies, scare people into pre-orders for products that arent scarce, and care little for the customers. ANY store is better than game stop. Walmart, Target, Amazon, Id rather buy a used copy from a homeless person hiding under a sewer grate. They are shady in there dealings and only damage the gaming industry as a whole.

Went in to trade in an iPhone. I had cleared all my info off and threw out my sim card because I was switching companies. The guy at the counter told me since he couldnt get through the activation process on the phone he couldnt accept it. I took it to Best Buy, got the same money I would have gotten as a pro member with no paid membership and no hassle about it not being active. I will just trade to Best Buy from now on.

Super knowledgeable staff. Everyone is always very kind even to my young son who can be quite precocious. They help me find games and collectibles they dont immediately have in stock.

I went the other day to gamestop to get a birthday present and I picked out a xbox 360 call of duty black ops 2 and metal gear solid along with grand theft auto 5 an I just have to say what an amazing experience I had here the employee was very nice and helpful he found us just what we needed and made sure when got it. Long story short great experience and if you need games, consoles or even collectables check out gamestop!!! (I also reccomend the call of duty black ops series and the modern warfare trilogy if you have not yet played it.)

Iv had 2 complications at this Gamestop in little over a week. First time i bought over $100 in used games and equipment and when i got home i found the salesmen forgot to put the games in. So had to drive 30 minutes round trip to get what i came to buy. Then today, I had them order me a copy of dark souls 2. Came the next day awesome. Go in to quick pick it up. Took me 30 minutes to even talk to a sales men to get my game. Then it took another 15 to apply my pro membership and i finally had to pay with cash because i was tired of waiting. So it took me about 45 minutes to buy a game. A game that was reserved for me when i got in. I would stay away from this store

I traded in an Xbox for an Xbox the controller they tried toSell me was used to wipe my Xbox and the employees told me themselves they did not test the controller and lo and behold it didn’t work.

GameStop is GameStop youre going to get the same results if you go in to buy sell or trade-in like any other store however, I advise anyone not to go to that store in particular. Customer service there is horrific. They dont explain thing in the correct order or give you the proper information needed for anything you ask about. They just stand around acting like idiots. If necessary by all means go to the other GameStop at the Prescott Gateway Mall, there a bit more professional and they know what theyre doing in terms of customer service.

They tried to keep my cover art and give me dummy cases which Im not a fan of on top of the trying to sell you everything you dont need

Kinda ok place, they never clean their discs though, got the division preowed and ive never seen a disc more dirty than that one. make sure you check the disc before you leave though.

Without a doudt the worse gamestop. The woman who works there will stand outside and smoke while chatting to an employee from the Big Lots. If shes working alone and you go up, she gets angry and aggressive and tells you not to go in until shes ready. Shell ask What do you want? And dont for the love of god pre order anything there. Its tighter then air port security. I have on two occasions had to show my drivers license and the card I pre ordered with and even then they were very suspicious. Seriously?

Tried to return a game and the kidcsay we dont do pc games. I telk him thats b.s. and then he says I can but I need to call . He doesnt do anything so when I get upset he says ill kick you out. So as Im leaving he says dobt you want your refund? He was wrong and he knew it. Save your money go somewhere else. Too many places to buy and trade used games for these school kids in gamestop to harass you.
