No idea about the Walmart but its a.great staging area for mountain biking in the region. There is a trail system close by that is awesome. Cant wait to come back and park while riding.

Live in Flagstaff went for a ride to so something different. Realized that my sunglasses were in car we were in the truck. Stopped and got another pair for truck. Associates that work in this Walmart are so friendly.

This Walmart is nice and Clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Not as busy & not as crowded as a lot of other Walmart’s I’ve been too. Bathrooms are clean, costumer service line was a little slow, but the staff was still friendly & helpful.

Although they are out of a lot of my necessities, this is still one of my favorites. They keep the store clean and usually well stocked (when they figure out the issues at the docs itll be better). The employees are kind and courteous.

Walmart is great for the basics but do not have many of the brands that we like.

I worked there for 8 years. It was very family orientated for the 1st 5-6 yes. Then it didnt seem so much anymore. When you go in there and you have a question or want to know where a certain item is and everyone you ask is either, I dont know, or they wont take you to the item that your searching for. You need to take care of the customers. You make sure they leave with a smile on there face.

You need new door greeters. The ones at this particular store have NO customer service skills. Very rude. And need to smile instead smirk. It would give the store a whole new face lift if your door greeters could be I like more friendly and courteous.

Better stocked and less busy than the PV location

It looked like they were short- staffed. I went for lube&oil change. They told me to expect a 1 1/2 hour wait. After that time had passed, I went looking for someone to ask if it was finished. Unfortunately, they didnt seem to have a system for letting you know they were finished with the job. There was no one who could be found at the service desk, nor in the back room, nor in the tire storage area. No one was in sight anywhere. I finally touched a button at the reception desk to summon someone, and an associate finally appeared. She had to look in all the likely places to locate my paperwork and key. She finally located them. It would have been nice to have been called or to have received a text or something!

Always out of everything. Weekend nights theres only self checkouts and any other day the lines take forever. I shop here for the convenience, not the experience.

Wish they had more employees and more stock. But always good buys. I like shopping here

We had an older gentleman by the name of Jack, do our checkout. He was very patient with us and such a great team member for Walmart. This guy should be your next Wslmart Ambassador.

I love this place! They have almost everything you need. Wish they had a fresh meat butcher shop. Close and convenient. The Pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2 pm which always throws me off.

I prefer this Walmart to the one in Prescott Valley. Better stocked and organized. Few people wearing masks though.

A lot of employees wandering around but only 1 cashier, the shelves were half stocked in some areas and in others, they were completely out of the items I was looking for. Sams club really needs to come back.

I found this place to be very clean and have a very friendly staff. It had groceries, goods, and self check out. Nice and easy to shop there.

Quick in and out before they closed. Dislike the fact that theyre no longer a 24/7 hour store! (Minus a few holidays throughout the year where they close early or arent open.) Now our community doesnt have anything open except a gas station or 2. Such a bummer! 😞

This is a cleaner and more organized store than the other location in Prescott..... But most of the people that work at both locations are super helpful and I can always find what I am looking for..... Walmart is just a good place for what you need!!!

This review is for the Vision Center only as this is our preferred Walmart.Myself, my wife, my mother, and my mother-in-law having been using Walmart vision centers for 6 years. This was the first time using the one in Prescott. In 6 years we have not had a problem getting our Pupil Distance. My wife and I shelled out 120.00 to get our prescriptions updated. I informed all 3 staff members we dealt with that we needed all our info to order glasses online, same as our family has done for 6 years, in 2 states, and at 5 other Wal-Mart locations. We were polite, courteous, and nothing but gushing about Wal-Mart vision centers. The staff left the PD off our paper work. When we got home and I realized what happened I called in and asked for help. The woman on the phone was rude and curt to the point that I had to hang up before I became rude. This was our first and only time we will be using this vision center. Again 5 other locations, and Sams clubs too, have not had this issue.

On 8/14 at 9:00 I called customer service to ask about whether your store had an item in stock. The woman who answered customer service hung up on me immediately. I called back and she slurred her words and told me very rudely they do not have the item I needed and proceeded to hang up on me again. Worst most unprofessional service Ive ever received!

Empty shelves, one cashier, and self checks dont do cash. Not to mention the slow associate working them couldnt keep up.Walmart no longer cares about the customer... Only greed for money

Its a bit smaller than the Walmart near my house but still good merchandise at good prices. What I hate about all of its stores Ive been in, is they are now doing stocking during the day and the aisles are filled with boxes. Sure can make it hard to move around and the stores look so junkie!

We love picking up our groceries here! Especially love Mark who brings our groceries out to us! Very nice young man!!

David in the Auto Center was THE BEST!!! They were trying to close when we pulled in to air up a tire. Ended up having a huge leak. He patched the tire and went above & beyond to help us. Well be back to have him replace all four.THANK YOU SO MUCH, DAVID ✌

Its Walmart. There is Walmart; Supercenters, Grocery, and regular Walmart. But as far as Ive noticed, they are all set up the same.The difference lies between the people who work there and the people who are there to collect a check every week.There was a mixture of both here, just like every other Walmart. Spot the workers for help, ignore the collectors.Over good experience, shopped there several times during my stay.

What can I say... its walmart. I avoid at all costs, but if I must... they do typically have what I need.

Every time I go here they only have old cashiers working. Not that i mind how old someone is, however they really need to pick up the pace! My god they are slower than molasses, I worked at grocery store and we were timed on how fast we scanned items.

One cashier one a busy day. Also, product that was on clearance the store refused to honor the price that was on the shelf foe the product.

Stopped by toget a fewthings on my visit to Prescott. We were greeted with a smil and a hello. The store was very clean and better stocked than my normal store in Chino Hills Ca. Really enjoyed shopping there.

Vast Superstore with almost everything you need!Theres a Pharmacy here and a Home and Garden Centre attached which means you could spend loads of time here.Staff were approachable and friendly.Prices generally competitive along with special offers.

Its a Walmart for sure. there is alot to choose from and not enough staff to point you in the right direction.

I went to the Vision Center to pick up my new glasses. They were perfect when I put them on and the lady that helped me adjusted my sunglasses that I had just purchased a few months ago. I told Robert that the Dr. Told me I needed to come back to have a test where they dilate your eyes. I assumed it was further testing for my eyes. Robert got me into the pre Dr visit room and did the glaucoma air pressure test on both if my eyes. That isnt what I needed. I was too tired to argue with him and had other places to go. I was a bit upset that he didnt look at the Drs. notes, to see what I needed. He had my chart right in front of him. He put no effort into researching my case. Otherwise the Dr and all of the girls have been wonderful! Have been getting my glasses at Wal Mart for the past 10 or 12 years and have had very few issues. I am very pleased with my new glasses.

The staff were literally the nicest people Ive ever met who worked at Walmart. Because I work in Prescott part-time I called Prescott Walmart. I had tire rot and was concerned about driving on the highway. The Tucson Walmart wouldnt even answer the phone. I had to call back twice before someone picked up the phone. The Tucson Walmart said they were too busy to change one tire. They wanted me to wait to bring my SUV in until the following week. Everyone keeps telling me to lighten up when it comes to customer service in Tucson. Frankly, I think Tucson Walmart needs to take a lesson from Prescott Walmart on how to give proper customer service!

Listen big places like this ruin it for the little guy... Help support your community.... JMO

Different then back home, but the associates were very helpful. I didnt like the Christmas and Thanksgiving stuff together. We just finished Halloween. Its going to be like this for awhile.

Poorly run store. Never enough checkers, but plenty of employees pushing carts around picking groceries, who... seem to always be in front of what you need. Today 10:30 am. 2 checkers both lines 8-10 deep. So forced to use self checkout, there should be some sort of cash back reward for us doing Walmarts employees job for them. Greedy corporation!

I mean, its a Walmart... Its what youd expect. Staff is pretty friendly, bathrooms and store seem regularly cleaned, not much of anything to dislike in my personal experiences.

Ok only 2 stars this time NOT 5. I am handicapped and usually use one of WMs motorized carts and the Handicap cashiers. I am unable to go around the bag area to pick up my purchases. I depend on the cashier to hand them to ME or put them in the cart. 3bags never made it back into my basket. At this time I depend on a driver, usually one of my grown children or spouse. I 📞 back right away but home is 20 + miles away so I knew I would have to wait a day or so. I called and after finding my purchases still w the cashier the customer service person logged them in a book and told me to bring back my receipt for a credit. Ok but I was left with needing to find my items again. Told me this is how WM does it because sooomany people leave stuff behind. Cashiers need to be better trained about making sure ALL bags are picked up even during rush hours. No appology from staff. If a cashier chooses to work the ck outs with the Handicap signs THEY are fully responsible for getting bags into the motorized cart AND asking the person if they NEED help. This 👩 had already moved on to the next person. Very disappointed.

I am a huge believer in customer service. Walmart is always great when youre looking for a low price, but not always known for having the best customer service. That is except for this store, where on three different shopping occasions Ive had three amazing customer service experiences. On my most recent trip I was looking for a barbecue grill, something inexpensive, because it was Memorial Day weekend, and I found a great deal on a filet mignon that I really wanted enjoy at one of the lakes around the area. Cindy in the garden center looked for 20 minutes until she found one for me hidden behind some other grills in the patio area. As she said, she didnt want me to have to miss out on my steak on the holiday. Its rare to find service that good even at high price stores . Youll find the store is always exceptionally clean well-stocked, and full of very helpful staff

Writing this review just to let you guys know that one of your employees from self check out by the trading cards receives cash from a customer, to get notified when the card vendor arrives. Remove the cards til this nonsense stops.

Clean and not crowded 🙂

No carts, customers not wearing masks, and very empty shelves, hardly any employees and pallets after pallets of stock just sitting there unopened.The clerk that checked us out was so nice and helpful to us. And so I asked why no help, why unopened stock everywhere and she said that they get way to many call ins and just no shows, everyday. Check out lines where up to 10 plus deep.I think the GM, needs to do some hiring and cut out the dead wood, as they say.
