8/5/21Our Costco visit was excellent. We got all the items we needed and a few were on special. The store was clean and moderately busy. Also many shoppers were wearing masks. MASKS as of this review date are NOT mandatory. As always all employees were very friendly.Blessings, John

Always shop at Costco. Have had a membership for 10 years+. Having 4 kids, saving $ on everyday items and groceries is a must! Im not one to usually write a review. But felt it was needed for this unjust situation.There was a sale advertised in store on a display. The ad was for only 5 days. The sale had ended 2 days prior yet the sign was still up. We didnt realize that the sale date had expired on the item. Who looks at the tiny print on a sign with the price. Especially when the sign is hung approximately 3 feet above your head on a tall shelf. In the store, at the time I was at the check out purchasing the item, the sign said &699.99With $100.00 off membership saving. Making the item (sing in big bold print clearly stated the final price) $599.99.The item DIDNT ring up for the sale because the sign should of been taken down by the employees. But it was obviously missed!! My point, and reason for leaving this review....... The manager should of honored the price that was still on the shelf..... (I even went and took pictures before they removed it!) The manager however did not honor the sale that was mistakenly left up still 2 days later and we ended up having to pay the extra $100.00! This is something that I feel was the stores fault and the price should of been honored as it was still up!! Poor customer service and a very dissatisfying long time customer here! I thought Costco stood for more, but was proven wrong by how management handled this!thi sorry, First picture image is flipped. But the bottom of the picture is the top of my high bun. Showing how high the sign was up on the shelf, and how u cant even see the 5 day window of the sale!!

I just wont go there. The place is very busy and usually a super spreading event. Few people wearing masks and Costco is the headquarters for Karens. My Aunt insisted I got a membership under her business membership. So reluctantly I went in. The customer service was rude and didnt listen so I walked away. My Aunt was persistent so I went back. The customer service was better and I was allowed to receive a membership. I shopped around and was informed at the register they dont except my card. So I walked out not purchasing anything and it was a complete waste of time. What business like Costco doesnt except certain cards? Oh well Im good and have never returned. Let the Karens and super spreaders roam around while I shop at better locations.

I love Costco ! Th workers are really nice, its always pack, its better to go in the evening 6:00pm less people.

They need to have a line for 10 items or less were you can use cash or charge dont like the new system with all the charge machines and the lines if I have just a few items and I want to use cash so I dont go in as much I spend my money elsewhere

Nice staff, very clean, and they have everything you will ever need. I took a random picture of their entertainment center options, which looked to be of really good quality. Also, their pizza is 10/10.

Very busy, parking can be pretty busy sometimes, but always Costco quality and service is outstanding! Today Crystal in optometry helped pick out 3 new frames and proper lenses, AND fixed my old pair. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant to work. It was a great experience!

Thursday afternoon is a great time to move through the store with ease. If youre grabbing a hot pizza to take home, I usually put my order in just before hitting the last isles upfront and the pharmacy area.

Always enjoy going there shopping,getting gas and propane.Wish they would take my Mastercard.

I bought pellets for my stove.I loaded one bag (40 lbs) and a worker showed up and asked how many I wanted, 12 I said and he loaded my cart. The cashier was nice. After unloading into my car I was starting to push the cart back. Here comes another worker, and away goes the cart.Thanks, it was a nice trip.

I really like the size of everything for the price you know! Its like pure entertainment just walking around looking at everything and comparing what you know the prices to be for a lot smaller amounts of product, and like more than two to three four five dollars less for more. I think you should pay the 60 dollars for the year or whatever it is and enjoy your year of saving upto that $60 - and then some. And I have cool stuff like look at this picture I cant find this at Walmart -

Best Costco in town. If you need bulk foods or just a baller track suit this is the place to go. We love getting pizza here on our way back from panning for gold. Friendly helpful staff make every visit nice and I appreciate they are health conscious

Well what can I say about this Costco.... its similar to all of the other ones. Friendly staff, nicely stocked, and has a huge gas station.

Love Costco but its insane here to the point you can barely walk down an isle. Long overdue for a second location in Prescott. The self checkout for few items is great though, very helpful.

Went to get dog food that my vet recommend for my dog so he can loose weight (5 lbs). While I was there I picked up mixed nuts & dawn.

Some of the food vendors that serve you samples there wear their mask below their mouth and some below the nose. So while they are making your sample and standing their waiting for you they can breath, sneeze and cough on your food. I spoke with the store manager she said she would take care of it. Before i left 30mins had went by i went pass the vendors again and still no change. If your going to wear a mask then why not wear it properly?

We go to Costco for my husbands hearing aids to be serviced. As for shopping we cant buy in bulk as we are fulltime rvers and have limited space. We had a nice drive here from Quartzsite about 140 miles one way. Came up the mountain from Congress on the long windy road to what looked like the historical district of Prescott. Beautiful homes there, reminded us of home - Coburg Oregon.

Great room, friendly and helpful staff. Only issue I had was the floors looked clean but turned our feet black. Would definitely stay again in future.

Found everything I wanted and then some. Im going back tomorrow

I always like going to Costco. I purchase in bulk and usually find everything I need. The employees are polite and helpful. Plus, good gas prices.

Quick - cheap

I had to return an undercooked whole chicken. Bothersome to go all the way back just for that. I did not buy another. Afraid to take a chance again.

Asked the bagger for boxes because I have a pickup truck with a two seater cab. He put all 18 items in one box. I am a petite 66 year old woman. I couldnt even lift the box out of the basket to the back of truck bed!!! A gentleman in the parking lot helped. The box broke, which then broke the olive bottle and cracked the yogurt canister!!!! I believe this Costco needs to train their employees how to box up product so its easy to lift and not heavy !!!! AND I need to pay attention when I finish paying to how the product is packed in the cart!

Id give them 5 stars if they had certain things all the time that I do find at other Costcos.

They are well stocked and the check out associates are friendly and efficient.

Costco great as always but they are limiting 1 pkg toilet paper and paper towels per customer.

What can I say its Costco. Costco is having a nice run on 100% Cotton Hawaiian style shirts. I have purchased 3 of them. Cottons not always easy to find these days.

I used the gas station only, 24 cars can fill at same time fast no long lines

I’m truly shocked and disappointed. I typically have a great experience at Costco and receive great customer service. But tonight I had a very different experience. Tonight I got to experience employees making rude comments to one another about me in the clothing department. They were making comments about how I was looking through the clothes as if you’re not supposed to actually shop the clothes and look through them in order to find the size that you need. Mind you, I always return things to their original place because I have worked retail in the past so I understand. However, it is never okay to make inappropriate comments about a customer especially when they can hear you. But the worst part was when I went and got gas and was greeted by yet another rude employee who this time actually had the audacity to make a rude comment right In front of me. She said something along the lines of “I can’t stand all of these people always on their phones.” Frankly it was none of her business but yes I choose to be on my phone when I get gas because I am a young woman and I was by myself so I prefer to be on the phone with someone for safety purposes and I have every right to do so without enduring a rude and unnecessary comment from an employee. She then proceeded to instruct me on how to pump gas into my car in a condescending and irritated manner, as if I’ve never put gas in my car before... Both of these situations were so incredibly unprofessional. I would like to make note that I usually receive great customer service from the friendly greeters and receipt checkers and employees at checkout so that’s why I am just so disappointed by these few other employees. Truly hope to not have to experience this again, please do better.This took place 05/20/21 between 7:00pm and 8:15pm. I wasn’t able to get the names of the employees that I had a bad experience with.

We are so glad to be back. We missed shopping there. Once again, we live within driving distance to Costco.

Shopping was fine but they were out of toilet paper and paper towels

Sold out of paper towels and Kirkland toilet paper. Bakery section finished. But they had everything else I was looking for. As usual, very long lines even for a Wednesday morning, but the self-checkout lines moved quickly.

This is a great Costco. So many items available here that are not available at my hometown Costco

Employees at Costco are the best!!! Sure wish all businesses had such happy people working for me. My only issue is that I could really use a map of the store or aisles that are clearly marked. It would save me time and I wouldnt have to bother an employee for help. Otherwise you are the best!!

Great selection on a very busy day, they are set up to get you checked out fast. Wish they had more handicapped spaces. Had to park quite aways from entry, I have difficulty walking distance.

Costco is a great company! This store is run well and Ive always had quick professional experiences with any of the staff Ive talked to.

Costco is great, but parking at the Prescott store is extremely frustrating. People stop to wait for a space when no one is pulling out, backing cars out onto the highway. We know this is not Costcos fault, but we have started going to Walmart much more often to avoid the Costco parking lot craziness.

Some of the workers are ehh. Other than that great place to shop and be a member! Thank you Costco!

Love this store. Since I live out of town, we have our regular products that we stock up on. But we also find newly discovered foods and products each time we go! Never disappointed. Bought several large items and appliances here, also. And we definitely fill up on gas because the prices are the lowest here. Membership fee pays for itself.

You cant beat the value you get at Costco. You have to get used to buying in bulk but it saves you a lot of money. Their meats and seafood are among the best. Check out Costco Travel for some great deals.

Hearing aid service folks were great. Gasoline tank filled up. Just amortizing membership expense down. Puzzled why stock keeps climbing, though.

Always helpful and polite!My adult daughter had a medical emergency while we were there. It took less than a minute for an employee to notice and come to offer help. The manager offered to call and ambulance and said it would be at no charge to us. With no seating available because of covid, they made space on a flatbed and helped her sit down. They brought water and ice packs to help her cool off and breathe easier. When she was good to leave, they brought a mobility cart, helped get her seated, then drove it to our car for us.Thank you so much to the manager - Im so sorry I dont remember his name. He was so kind and helpful!

Overcrowded because this town has grown so much its bursting at the seams. The people who work there are usually extremely kind though.

Costco is ways fun for me. There are a few things I always get, because no other place will have the things in bulk and not expensive. Plus its an adventure in walking around, watching all the other people have a look also. Always clean. And the set ice is always good.

Fast as usual. Currently you do not have to have a mask to enter and shop.

Costco doesn’t always have what I like to call as normal blu collar items. It caters mostly to the all organic market and there clothes sizes tend to be on the smaller scale. But it it extremely nice to see that they are now no longer mandating masks and they have seating to eat now.

I tried to return a dish washer, called customer service 3 times, assured logistics will contact me in 48 hours for 3 times, no one even bothered to call. Two weeks so far no one even bothered get back to a customer.

God bless costco. If it werent for some of the things that they carry we would be without a lot of the things that we love and weve gone through thick and thin with Costco and thank you thank them for holding up the their quality.

Always try to fill up with their gas and diesel for our vehicles. Best rates in town. Also love some of the food items, pet care food and products.

It could’ve just been my experience at the pharmacy, but today when I went in there the technician who was ringing me up and checking me out at the pharmacy counter was pretty rude and dismissive. I’ve never really been into Costco before so I got slightly confused by the pharmacy line (I thought it was for the hearing center).When I tried paying with my card she kind of scoffed at me saying ‘we don’t except MasterCard’ which again, I’ve never really been in there so I didn’t know this. I had to use a different card which is no problem it’s just her overall attitude and demeanor was not pleasant. I’m sure the store is great for everything else though but the pharmacy left something to be desired. I’ll stick with my regular pharmacy (mine was out of what was needed hence me going to Costco).

I got my avocados, mangoes and pillows that I wanted. I was then out the door quick! Great visit.

For the most noone, 5 stars.annoying .However, discontinuation of products is annoying. Eg. Black Velvet whisky and Canadian Club whisky. And noone in the store knows why. Tubs of pretzels is another example.

Look its gets hectic inside there and Im sure thats just a Costco thing. But you see my husband and me have stressed out looks because we couldnt find a babysitter, we got 3 kids running around us. DONT STOP US TO TALK ABOUT BECOMING AN EXECUTIVE MEMBERS. I just want to make it out live with out ripping any heads off.

Very clean and organized store.

Usually I love Costco, but I deeply dislike this particular store. The pharmacy staff is not helpful, and the employees dont wear masks. Would not recommend to anyone. There arent other stores nearby, so you might be out of luck.

Its a great Costco and the only one in our area, so its a necessity. The built a new gas station up on the hill behind it which is big, easy to use, and so much better than the old one. It can get crowded and handicapped parking is usually packed but all in all its a clean, friendly, fully stocked warehouse.

No matter when you go there it is always packed. Not enough parking and traffic flow is terrible. For a warehouse store there are very few bargains. Staff are not to helpful and not very friendly either.

Been Costco member for 10 + years ...becoming very dissatisfied. Some prices in Costco are higher than grocery store prices. Example: 6 avocados at Costco $1.20 something each... grocery store (yes, on sale) .89 cents each. Half gallon of 1/2 & 12 - granted, it isnt the same label name ( who really cares) Costco: $4.98, WalMart:$4.14 Not a huge difference but WalMart doesnt charge a minimum of $60 membership fee to shop there. Many names brand labels are gone and replaced with Costco generic brand...Kirkland....and not much savings at all on the Kirkland brand. I would expect, upon paying a good price for a membership, that I would save good money, especially on generic brand merchandise....not so. Many sales at grocery stores are better pricing than Costco prices. I think they try and justify the prices by claiming organic, which really doesnt matter too much a lot of items. Not too impressed anymore.

Most of the employees are working so hard and fast theyre on the Run. They are more than happy to stop and help you even if they have to walk you 2 what youre looking for. I cant believe how fast they get you through the cashier lines. Good experience, love to go there.

Came to Costco to renew my executive membership only to find out that they eliminated all the variety of toppings, such as onions for hotdogs and supreme for pizza.Top from the food court absolutely horrible I think I will be canceling my membership and never shopping with a Costco again due to their ignorance.

Great place to get large quantities of whatever you need/want. Especially love that I can get Daves Killer Bread in a 2 pack for about a dollar more than 1 loaf at the grocery store. They also have rotisserie chickens that arent cornish game hen sized...😁. And, now that Instacart is available, you dont even have to go get groceries. You can have them delivered...Amazing!

Busy, but good Covid precautions implemented, everyone masked (although there are always those that push it down under the nose, once in the door). Enjoyed all the new items, and they were all stocked up, it looked like.

Fojol brothers is a fun, unique place to visit. Not only is the food great, but most of the entertainment is a blast. Every single person that Ive asked so far said that the food is delicious, and I agree. Stop in, you wont be sorry. Cmon with the rotis already guys.

Costco is my favorite place to shop, but dont go as often as I wood like because of the distance to travel

This is my first negative experience about Costco products and service. Usually top tier, but as the saying goes if its to good to be true ... in this case there ink refills are worthless as you get non stop irritating messages from the printer about ink be empty with newly filled ink. Its as waste of time and money. I made a major mistake by having 6 cartridges refilled. If you try this option despite this warning, I would recommend trying just a set so you dont throw your money away like i did.
