The kid with the cross earring working there was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Gave dirty looks and was beyond rude and it ended up being because they knew someone I used to. Not okay and completely unprofessional and will never give my money to this business again. He should be let go.

Very cute place

I love this store. One of the few that have some truly interesting southwestern home furnishings. From wall art to decorative pillows. Added an amazing lamp to my guest room. Staff is helpful and attentive. I will be back to add to the decorative flair of my new home.

Since the new ownership has taken over the store, it has become one of our favorite shops. They have a beautiful selection of authentic Native American jewelry and pottery but also some very cool and unique souvenirs and home decor. A great place to go if you are visiting Prescott.

These guys have something for everyone. Native American jewelry, art in the back room, rugs, blankets, mugs, some furniture, jalapeno chocolates, scorpion candy, collector knives, hats, t-shirts... If your looking for something to bring home as a gift, this is a good choice.

Knowledgeable friendly staff knows how to be available to answer any question and at the same time giving the customer space to browse and meander around the store. Their selection of interesting merchandise is an eclectic mix that reflects both the artistic and western heritages that is Prescott. Prices are competetive with similar stores/ merchandise around town.

Horrible customer service. The manager (blonde older lady) was beyond rude to my family today and refused my 6 year old son of using the restroom. We have visited this store for years and our children look forward to purchasing something special when we visit for our annual Pumpkin Patch weekend to Prescott. Oddly enough I had used their restroom a few years ago when I was pregnant w our daughter and today when our son mentioned he was about to pee his pants she refused us. Of course being Momma Bear I let her know I would be contacting the owner and writing a review and not purchasing from their store again. I could understand an adult not being able to use the restroom as we can clearly hold our bladders, but a child!?! Anyways just make sure no child has to use the restroom while visiting this store. :)

Jewerly, Indian art, and gift shop is how I would describe this place. My wife and I were looking for a gift for someone and one of the ladys that worked here was following us around eyeing everything we did. It felt really weird and made the experience uncomfortable.
