My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience here! Kofi is so courteous, genuine, and helpful. He really made all the difference when it came to giving us a positive impression of the brand and the products. We have been looking to purchase a Lovesac Sactional for a few years now, and we finally decided to go for it! Very happy we decided to do it here.

After 3 visits to the showroom, I finally ordered our sectional. Kofi was the sales associate that helped me that day and he was wonderful! He helped me with decisions and the ordering process. I’m sure I would have ordered sooner had he been at one of my earlier visits.

The staff are friendly. However, there was an issue where days after our purchase they claimed the payment did not go through and therefore did not order the pieces. However the charge still went through a week and a half later. Plus the order was incorrect to begin with. Call center does not pick up or call back after leaving multiple messages. The chat people only contact the store from which the purchase was made, they do not attempt to help you themselves. And after finally asking for a refund, days later still no confirmation of a refund being processed.After checking online, I read the reviews, which to sum up are if you have no issues you will be happy. But if there are any issues, you will have a hard time no matter what this issue is, ranging from deliveries being damaged, late, or incorrect to orders being incorrect or not entered. And one review went as far to say they had to file a police report since they were not refunded their money. And people have trouble finding help as we did through the call center, store, and the chat box. Please be careful when dealing with this company!

Super straight forward and almost too easy. Very friendly but not salesman-pushy. Best sales experience I’ve had in a while.

Kofi was kind, quick and easy to work with even over the phone. We offered me better financing offer than the website did but I haven’t gotten any paperwork outlining the terms of the financing— so that’s a bit worrisome. We ordered the couch one week ago and the discount is better now, so I’d like to look into a price adjustment. I’m hoping we don’t run into issues doing that.

I am amazed how quickly my sofa came. Kofi, at the store I went to, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Lovesac products. He took his time to explain each step of ordering, getting the product and even offered to help assemble, virtually, the sofa when it came time to do it. A very amazing experience!

Kofi at Princeton (NJ) Marketplace Lovesac made our sactional purchase a fun and easy one. We had such a great experience that we purchased two! Kofi was extremely knowledgeable about the different configurations, options, and specifications. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. He was fantastic with our two young children, too. His communication regarding order updates after we left the store were very helpful. He even offered to FaceTime with us once our sactionals arrive! Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Lovesac was hands down one of the easiest and most efficient furniture purchase I have ever made. The sales representative was incredibly helpful in helping my wife and I to decide on the style, fill of the cushions and color. She even gave us a demonstration on how easy it is to set up. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure!

Five stars for the staff at this showroom. Marlene helped us during our appointment and placed our initial order for our sactional. Kofi helped me over the phone after we realized we needed a few more components. Both Marlene and Kofi were courteous, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Horrendous customer service. They charged me twice for a transaction and now I have been fighting for over two months for them to credit my account which they admitted was their error. Their management is not present and customer service does not exist in their culture. As a publicly traded company, you would think this would be a key focus for them. Perhaps the issue starts with the top which in my opinion should all be fired. Im filing a formal compliant with the BBB as a well as a police report for theft since they sold money from me and have yet to return it back. STAY AWAY.
