Great furniture but, everything is order made in Denmark 🇩🇰... takes at least 4 months to deliver.

I bought an expensive sectional Sofa. It has three sections held together with clips. We found that each section height varies slightly and when put together it looks uneven. We called the store multiple times and they gave us excuses. First they said floor might be uneven and when we insisted on someone inspecting they said that the sections are manufactured in different locations and hence the height difference. I paid $16k for the sofa and expected better quality for the price.

Beautiful high-end furniture. We purchased a bar table and two stools online and despite the pandemic, the delivery was within reasonable time for imported made-to-order furniture (usually 12 - 16 weeks ETA). They put in effort to deliver before the end of 2020, allowing us to celebrate the new year with our new shiny furniture.The customer service is very responsive (about 24 hours on weekdays). They will make sure everything is right. We wish they would have a few more options to resolve small issues but it seems they have some restrictions in what they can do as a franchise. This is the only shortcoming that we have experienced, and we hope they can think of more environmentally friendly ways (beyond a gift card) to correct minor damage than ordering a replacement part.All-in-all, we are very happy with this store.

Note a year latter our bed broke and Marianne was very helpful even though, I was very cruel to her the year prior. If your going there use her.

Modern, high touch and expensive furniture, lighting, and decorations. I like the style, but I am not sure why this trend should be getting such high markup. The designs use mass produced and mechanically fabricated parts. There is very little individual touch. Why do modern design pieces get such high retail price?Shop is nicely laid out and lit.

Furniture store from Denmark...!Very impressive customer service.If you are looking for a high end new furniture different than the traditional of course with a hint of wow factor, give it a chance.

The design is great but product quality is very poor as is after sales support. Our dining table leaf arrived damaged, the replacement leaf came damaged and all this took over 6 months. Finally, a chair broke within 2 months and still awaiting replacement. Slow and poor quality, bad customer service and support, despite the design.

To buy a $20. Bird plaque you need my life history and info....well, Bo no mo. Too bad, I really liked shopping thete, too. NEVER AGAIN.
