I live in Los Angeles and had to order two full beds over the phone for my kids moving into college. Jim was amazing!!! I told him exactly what I needed and that my daughter had a medical issue with a broken back. Both my kids LOVE their beds and say they are so comfortable!! This is huge!! Jim hit the right beds right on the nose!! The delivery was on time and super easy! I highly recommend Jim at Princeton Mattress!!

I would highly recommend Princeton Mattress. Janeen was so knowledgeable & patient in helping us to find the right bed. She was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process, to keep us updated after we made the purchase. The delivery went smoothly & quickly. The guys were super nice & personable. The bed felt a little harder than it did in the store but I slept great for my first night! All around the customer service was AMAZING! Thank you again for everything!

Walked into princeton mattress and immediately felt comfortable...besides all the beds the Manager Jeanine was not pushy but there when you needed help..Jeanine was very informative with her knowledge of the mattresses. Very personable person I am glad we made our purchase through Jeanine!!

Great selection, pleasant and knowledgeable sales staff, on-time delivery. Too bad about the manager. If you don’t have to interact with her, you will have a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, I spoke with her twice, by phone, and I still have a bad taste in my mouth, thus the 2-star review.
