Stopping here at 9:45 pm, the gentleman behind the counter had his mask under his chin instead of covering his face. I get it, but not okay during a pandemic and mandatory mask mandate. Otherwise, quick, convenient and friendly staff. Just wear the mask correctly so we can stop wearing masks sooner.
I was in the store last night getting ready to walk up to the counter and one of the employees went to grab his jacket and all I could smell was the strong odor of marijuana. He must be new cause I dont recognize him. Just a very bad experience.

Wow, cashier didnt say a word as he waited on a customer with no mask and was coughing. Cashier failed to sanitize counter after as well. When I asked why he didnt refuse him service he told me he couldnt. UNACCEPTABLE!

Clean, Nice Staff, Typical holiday. Place can get super busy sometimes. Used to have the best car wash around, then they upgraded to a worse wash. Its quicker but poor quality wash.
Staff is usually friendly. They are willing to help if you are just willing to ask for it. Hot food isnt always fresh would be my only complaint. They do have a Redbox and automatic carwash on site.
Even when it is very busy, the staff are friendly and efficient. Coffee is always full and hot!
Ive lived in Prior Lake for almost three years and I have never felt so racially targeted and picked on at any place of business in the surrounding area. The staff Chris the Assistant manager and Malani a cashier. On one particular day, I asked Malini to put 19 dollars on pump 13, when I went to pump my gas no gas came out. I went in and asked Malini to place 19 on 13 and this lady told me, You told me to put 13 on pump 19. I then said I didnt say that, can you put my 19 dollars on pump 13. I then seen her manager Chris thee next day and told him, he just stared at me stone faced like he didnt care how his staff spoke to customers.On a different occasion, the same low life manager Chris didnt give me what I paid for and then told me he wasnt giving me a refund nor what I purchased. I demanded my money or the police to be called. When i made a statement that I enjoyed going to Kwik Trip his staff commented and said I like Kwik Trip better too. They have bad customer service and piss poor mentalities.The sad thing about it is that the staff racially target the African Americans for no reason. When I made a complaint on Malini, Chris the manager just rolled his eyes at me. Then when he failed to give me what I paid for when I threatened to call the police thats when he gave me a refund. After not giving me what I purchased that totaled 1.69 he told me that he had to review the cameras. And i was not receiving what i purchased. At the end of the day, I got my refund on the purchase that was never given to me. I just would like to share because if their having any more issues on their shifts thats because how they treat their customers. I have never experienced that much disdain, but what do you expect coming from cashiers and customer service retail managers. I shouldnt have to come to a gas station and ask more than once to be treated with respect from gas station workers smh.
Seems to have alot of new employees. Should focus on working, not on CELL PHONES. I work in the service industry myself, would NEVER have my phone out while at work. VERY RUDE!!
