High end place with low end prices. Not fancy and expensive place. But they have heart and compassion and do not stop until the customer is satisfied. These people are so unprofessional I dropped my car off to them at 12pm FOUR TIMES and went to pick up my car at 6-7pm all FOUR TIMES and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. Nobody called me to tell me about a delay in time or anything. I got told after the third time my price would change and he’d do the job cheaper. THE LAST AND FINAL TIME HE DID NOTHING AND HAD A MILLION AND ONE EXCUSES. Not to mention nobody called me to tell me that my car was not going to be fixed after a whole day of waiting. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I REALLY REALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE TO GET ANY WORK DONE.

I stopped going to this place because they dont bother to greet or acknowledge you unless I guess its there ppl. I hear lots of complaints lately anyway place seems to have gone downhill in recent years.

Diego and his crew are friendly and very knowledgeable about any make and model and do the job efficiently and effectively at a reasonable price. They always can get you in when you call which is a plus and not the dealer attitude and close to hospital which makes it convenient if have to drop off for work . Used them several times and never had a problem with the work performed !!

Great workers. Do the job at a decent price. The only thing I dont like is when you walk in, no one really greets or acknowledge you. I was standing around for about 15 to 20 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed any assistance. Maybe its a language barrier issue. Not sure. But work on the part of acknowledging patrons and it will be a 5 star place.

Didnt install wheel bearing properly and had to return to shop shortly after first visit. Their solution was to cut out the dust/water shield from my brand new wheel bearing, guessing Ill have to replace it in a year or so because of that. Also while placing my car on their lift they were not careful and my car slipped off the lift causing some undercarriage damage. Would never go back here. Only redeeeming qualities are the low price and quick turn around, but you get what you pay for...

Ive been taking my car there since almost 6 years ago ... Very trust worthy .. The big boss Diego always takes great care of me !! He handles his staff well and his business !!! It does get busy, but I dont mind the wait !! I always recommend him to anyone I know with minimal or max car problems .! Top of the line service.

Ive been to Diegos a couple of times. His prices are pretty low, but the actual work done is not that great. The first time, I got the passengers front light replaced for aesthetic reasons, but afterwards the blinker ended up clicking much faster than it was supposed to and I found out from another mechanic that something was off with the circuit and part of the light wasnt working. The blinker functioned normally before this.The other time, I had them replace my starter, but my gas depleted much faster than it normally did. I ended up going to a different mechanic to get my car fixed without creating more problems.Also, if you cant speak Spanish at all, prepare to be treated like a 2nd rate customer.

I drove my car in and when they finished the job I couldnt drive off had tow my running car that didnt run after they touched it . My car is still not right had to have some go over there work and they found a cable disconnected and checking to see if they actually did the work
