Its been a few a couple of years since our last visit. Usually, I have one of the entrΓ©es.But on this visit, I must confess I had the hamburger with fries π, and it just happened to be the best burger π that I had ever had. I know that may seem like an impossibility, but it is true π. I actually was left so pleasantly surprised, I was speechless. As always, the service and staff were excellent. ππ
German Motors is the best.I would not take my car anywhere else. The work is thorough and top qualityβbut there is also a streak of Yankee in their workβif it ainβt broke donβt fix it. Love them. And Tracy is as friendly as it gets.
Needed my car towed to a BMW tech and was referred to German Motors by two highly knowledgeable mechanics. Tracey answered my one call and was very helpful and personable. Once my BMW was dropped off by tow company the owner and a service tech met me outside and performed some basic diagnostics and were very straightforward w/me. Hopefully my car just needs some minor work, but regardless my initial instinct tells me Iβm in good hands at German Motors. Will post full review once repairs are finalized.
If you have a German car this is the place for specialty service! BMW, Porsche, Mercedes specialists. Have your car serviced by people that treat it as if it were there own! They are not like dealerships that simply replace parts they know how to diagnose automobile problems. Impeccable service for my classic BMWs.
I brought my Porsche Cayman S in for a track inspection and a brake flushing. When I came back to pick up my car, Gerry sat down with me to explain that Id opened my service manual to the oil change section, but then showed me a different section which recorded a recent brake flush I didnt know about (done during the CPO servicing just before I bought the car 9 months earlier). As a result, the car didnt need the brake system flush. His diligence saved me a couple hundred dollars. This seems to be the M.O. for German Motors. Theyre thorough and honest.
Service was friendly and professional. Much better alternative to dealer service.
German Motors is great. I own a 20 year old 911 and Im constantly working and updating the vehicle. The owner, Gerry, always walks me through any repairs needed and will even bring me into the bay and really explain what is going on and what needs to be done, without rushing and will answer any and all questions in a very open and honest manner. Being that I enjoy working on my own cars, he always allows me to try and tackle the job myself, which I sincerely appreciate. Id never bring my car to the dealership, as Id go broke. German Motors has very reasonable rates for dealing with very specialized vehicles that need specialized tools and scanning tools from Germany, which is not cheap!
The greatest find. My VW is my baby and they treat her that way. Superior Service
These guys are the best!

Great Service...highly knowledgeable on German Cars, esp. Porsches!
I have been coming to German motors since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago . I feel really good about bringing my car here because I know they will try their best to solve a problem and be fair. If you own a German car you should bring your car here.
I always feel when I take my car to German Motors, I will be treated fairly, my problem will be taken care of and it will be done in a timely and courteous manner. Nice to have confidence in the people that are caring for your car. Thanks
This is a garage that takes care of its customers. I needed help and had no appointment; I showed up at the opening hour and they found a way to slot my job in. This is typical. Its a great place.
A+ team of seasoned experts work here. They take care of my 1987 325is and 1995 M3, both of which require a team that is familiar with the older vehicles. Never steer me wrong and have helped out in a few significant jams. Tracy is awesome as well!
Great service & reasonable repairs, much less than dealerships!
I brought my Audi A6 to Inskip and was told a new battery was needed. The battery needed to be coded to the car. New battery installed now car not starting. Was told by German Auto no coding needed for battery.
I have had P and MB cars serviced here for many years. The service has always been excellent and the communication well above average. From tire mounting and balancing to transmission rebuilds, these are the people for your German car!
Provide excellent customer service in the office and great service on my vehicle at reasonable prices! Very happy with the experience.
Attentive, friendly and fair prices. Tracy is great too.
Fair prices, great service
Great work on my car
Never answer the phone and never call back when they say they will. Tried to take my car here multiple times
Great service and guys go check them out.
Have a German car? German Motors is the place to go for service. Hands down the best...
I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a used BMW I was purchasing here earlier this year. They were easy to get scheduled, and returned phone calls fairly quickly. I made clear the expectations of what I was looking for in the car. Being from the south, I know my definition of a rusty car is much different than someone from the northeast, but this caused some problems. The car was given a clean bill of health, save 2 suspension bushings. I purchased the car from the owner, and drove two days straight back home. Upon getting the car on a lift at home, I discovered a myriad of problems, including failing belts and pulleys, torn motor mounts, a fairly serious power steering leak, and most notably the shocks and struts had almost completely rusted through their housings in several spots. I spent several thousand dollars getting the car back in the shape I thought it was purchasing it in.After calling the owners and airing my grievances, they offered to write me a check for half of what I spent on the PPI. This was chump change compared to what I had spent out of pocket, but it was a nice gesture. Several months later, I still dont have that check. Ive given up, and wont be recommending any business to these guys unfortunately.
Great shop. Fully recommended.
Best around! Excellent service.
Avoid this place at all costs. Super expensive & the woman at the front desk is completely rude & shouldnβt have a job.
Very friendly and honest!
Lack of skills for customer service.
Good people
