Went to have some wheels installed that were mounted and balanced when they arrived to me. Got them installed end of day left and noticed really bad shaking came back and the guys balanced the wheels correctly for me. Next day noticed weird shaking so I went back again. They noticed I didnt have hub rings and suggested I order some. Came back with the rings and they were installed in no time free of charge which I was really thankful for. Now my car rides so smooth and looks incredible!! Big thank you to the Staff at Tire Warehouse and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Tire warehouse in Providence had been my go to location for the past three years, since I moved back to Rhode Island. I referred this location to almost everyone I knew since I started going there. Bob was an incredible manager, always went above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction, he truly ran this location as if it were his own. Most businesses and customers truly value that in an employee. No matter how shortstaffed or busy this location may have been, he’d go out of his way to make sure each and every customer was treated with respect and left with complete satisfaction. When he left this location must’ve completely fallen apart, whether it be lack of proper management, lack of customer service skills, lack of work ethic. I needed my tire serviced about a week ago, shop was closed on a Thursday afternoon, which I thought was a little odd however things happen so I get it. I stopped in last Friday before work and there wasn’t a car in the lot and somehow the manager told me the soonest he could fit me in was at 3:00, I leave work early and pull in at 2:45 and “Dan” the manager isn’t available and the poor guy at the desk knew nothing about my appointment, & had none of my information in the system for an appointment that day. Long story short, the guy managed to fit me in and the manager must’ve gotten back at some point and insisted on I needed at least two new tires because my car is a 4wd vehicle. I go to pay with a card and he claims the credit card machine is down so I had to go across the street and use an ATM for cash, I asked for a receipt and apparently the printer is down I go in for a slow leak three days later and again my info isn’t in the system. It makes me really wonder what kind of shop this guy is running if he’s only taking cash payments and not giving proper documentation after purchases. Someone needs to look into this location someone’s ruining its reputation by their own negligence and lack of proper management skills and integrity. I will never step foot in this location again!! And I refuse to refer anyone else to this location until it is investigated properly.

Came here with my friend for lexus high speed wheel balancing and he was charged $10 per tire. He refer me to this location and then 2 days later price changed to $15 per tire. I even called in before coming in and he said he will do the same price, then When I arrived he said, it’s $15 per tire if you wanna have the service done. Very Disappointed.

The professionalism and knowledge and respect he has for his customers keeps this location running. I’ve been to several other shops in the past, but from the moment I walked in the door of this location I knew I’d be taken care of professionally. Years ago before he took over, I’d heard several negatives about this shop, however since the first time I went in, Bobby has went above and beyond to make things right and bring this business to nothing less than 5 star service.. Such a positive impact on the business itself.

Stopped there the first time because theyre very close to my job & I needed air. They checked all 4 tires. I ended up stopping almost every other week needing air in the same tire. They checked all 4 tires each time with a smile and a have a great day. Finally had them replace the tire. They had it changed & I was on my way in a short amount of time. Just recently had same issue with a different tire. This time it was just a nail. These guys are always friendly, smiling and very efficient! The place may be small compared to other places but their customer service is EXTRA LARGE! This is my go to business for tires or any tire issue. I highly recommend Tire Warehouse!!

I had my car serviced by theyre shopped to mount new tires I had bought. After getting my car back shortly after the TPMS sensors light came on indicating a problem with the sensors. I took it back to the shop the very next day assuming it was a program issue and they could not figure out the problem and told me my sensors were faulty which is unlikely since i bought the car in 2017. I then had to take the car to Lexus to diagnose and they found that the rear sensors which were OEM had been replaced with aftermarket sensors that do not work with my car and on top of that programmed incorrectly. This is the first time the tires have been replaced on this car, indicating that Monroe had removed them and replaced them without telling me. The technician at Monroe tires did not say anything about replacing my sensors which is fraudulent and shady customer service. I spoke with a customer service rep at Monroe and they told me to get them fixed and submit the bill in for a claim. After doing so they are now refusing to pay because the diagnostics at Lexus did not state directly that the sensors were broken. I tried to explain that they were not broken because their shop had replaced them with aftermarket ones that did not work with my car. They were unwilling to listen to me further and accept any more evidence so now I am stuck with 150 dollar diagnostics bill from Lexus and 190 dollar bill from replacing the sensors at another trusted shop, and hours of my time wasted when this all could have been resolved easily at the shop had the technician been honest.

Went in because my tire had a slow leak. They checked it to be sure before doing any work and telling me what was wrong with the tire. Quickly they saw it needed a patch. I didnt even get to finish the episode of Leave it to Beaver the service was done so quick. Extremely quick and extremely friendly professional service! Will only recommend Tire Warehouse to everyone!

Im not really a review guy because usually I have nothing but bad experiences when I shop for anything. Unfortunately when I do leave reviews 9 out of 10 times theyre bad because customer service seems to be a dying art. My friends and I are gear heads so were always in need of new tires, and our tire retailer of choice use to be Town Fair Tires until they tried to screw us over sets of tires that we ordered. A friend referred me to Tire warehouse, so I went to check them out at the Elmwood Ave location in Providence and was approached at first by some rude employee that made it seem like my presence frustrated him. I was about to leave but the manager Bobby Marzilli intervened and actually helped me with the level of service I expect but never recieve. Since that day all my friends and I go there for all our tires and services. We have been dealing with Bobby for about a year and a half directly pretty much every time we go there and have never had any problems or been disrespected in any way. Last week me and a few of my friends went in for tires and not only did we receive an attitude from the young lady that was supposed to be serving us, but she was rude as Hell too. The icing on the cake was when we discussed this issue with another employee and he became defensive against us. I asked to speak to Bobby and was told that he was on vacation, and when I complained about being treated that way in comparison to how we are usually treated, his response was oh well, Bobs not here. I can guarantee you that we will never go there again to spend our money unless he is.

My dad and I stopped in today in the middle of a hectic day of errands to get a drywall screw out of his rear passenger side tire. On a Saturday morning, they got the screw out and the tire patched in less than an hour. The staff were personable and knowledgeable, and it made for a great turn out to an unfortunate circumstance. I highly recommend stopping in to this location if you ever need a patch, and their tire prices seemed pretty good as well. Well run place with great staff!

I bought 4 tires with so called lifetime warranty i went to get a tire plug due to a nail in it. I waited for one hour amd they did two cars that got there after me. I waste $40 of my work time. Couldnt wait any longer. If you want to buy there, thats fine just dont expect that they will actually going to do any job for free (warranty).

I called to confirm an hour later and the tires were put on very quickly while I ate lunch. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, I called a Tire Warehouse and they answered the phone, and told me I could come down immediately. They took my car in and patched my tire right away, I was out of there in 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional the price was extremely reasonable. Never got any services done here based on how I was treated on the phone alone. I am not familiar with cars and needed my tires replaced. The man on the phone was very rude and was rushing me. While he put me on hold, which he had just placed the phone done, I heard him say Ill be right with you, let me get rid of this chick quick... he came back on the phone, gave me a price and that was that. Needless to say, I did not bring my car here. Im not sure if the man was annoyed because I couldnt answer his questions about my car, like I said I wasnt familiar, hence why I called for help and service. I ended up finding another place where they were more than accommodating and appreciated my service. I see good reviews on here, and that may be, however, they need to work on how they handle their phone calls and customer service over the phone.
