I recently bought a Porsche 996 and brought it to D & F as they came highly recommended from a friend. I wanted a general inspection to prevent larger repairs down the line. Duarte was excellent and invited me to look under the car and pointed out issues that I should take care of later in the year or next spring. None were in need of immediate attention but would need to be repaired before I take the car out again next spring. He essentially went over the whole car with me from paint, body, electronics, engine and transmission. Overall, very impressed and the ballpark prices we discussed were very reasonable. I have owned several high-end German cars and can tell you they can be very expensive to own. Finding the right mechanic is a vital part of owning these cars.....

One of the most humble and intelligent mechanics you will come across. My car broke down near his shop, and within a couple of hours he made my family and I mobile again. After today’s experience, I recommend him to anyone who needs repairs. That being said, I have found someone who will have my business going forward. I have a relatively new Audi and took it to Warwick for recalls. My engine light went on and I asked them to take a look. $500 later, I got in my car and 5 minutes later the engine light went back on. Went back and the cost now to repair was $4000 plus. I said to give me the keys and headed over to Duarte. Hes done lots of work for me on my past vehicles. He is straight shooting and fair. I felt like i was fleeced at Audi!! Never going back to Audi.

I have been here with a few of my cars as it was a local shop for me but everytime i was greeted with sarcasm and attitude First time i had my car overheating fixed and after fixing it my heat no longer worked duarte and jimmy didnt fix the problem instead They told me its the type of car i have its like owning a lamborghini and i should sell it! another time i went there again sarcasm attitude and with a different car i was told by duarte that i should sell the car while it still runs good??? Thats the last thing anyone who is a dedicated owner of a porsche bmw audi or Mercedes owner wants to hear coming from a so called foreign car specialist who should be fixing your car for you instead of trying to make you feel bad about owning a foreign car and insisting you sell it! I now bring my car to elite auto in warwick there customer service has got to be the best ive ever experienced its better than the dealer(yes that good) they even send you pictures or videos of the cars problem so you know exzacly whats going on they have loaner cars ..i was hesitant at first to bring my car somewhere else but it was a very smart move!

As Duarte started in the business he became the youngest Master Porsche mechanic in New England. They also work on BMW, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz. But will also work on other foreign and domestic Vehicles as well.

Very difficult to find such good mechanics and affordable prices. You dont have no choice but to keep bringing your car for repairs: Audi,Mercedes, B&W,Volvo,Porsche, etc.
