The Staff were very reliable and well informed. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of. When given a price price range they stayed within that range for the bed set that I asked for. I went into the Providence store today to select a new mattress with a credit I received via the warranty on my previous mattress. (Which btw the warranty process was also a great experience). Very outstanding value, and quality. I made my purchase at the Providence store, as I’ve just moved into town. The sales manager, Eric Berkey was very professional, extremely helpful, and went through a methodical process to insure I got what I needed. No high pressure sales, just getting at what I needed and showing me the options that fit my need. Such a great experience !!! My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a new mattress as we just had a baby and needed something a little bigger and more comfortable. We were greeted right away by Tasha and was offered to test out all different comfort levels of beds which really helped since we had no idea what we were looking for. They were really helpful with our price range as well, gave us a bunch of different options ! We ended up purchasing a super comfy bed and got a free adjustable bed frame which is worth $600 so that’s awesome. We loved Jordan and Tasha so much we ended up being in there just talking about stuff for about 45 minutes! Very nice people and very happy with our experience here. The store was welcoming and clean, and the customer service was great. I was in the store at a particular busy time the associate, Amanda, was great at handling multiple customers. Recently bought a mattress from his location. Went in there thinking my budget was ~700 but ended up spending a lot more. -_-The positives:There are a lot of mattresses available to test, and contrary to what other reviewers say the prices are right on them (you gotta open the folder, bud!) The sales person will likely be glad to talk you through all the mattress testings you can handle.The negative:The sales person will gladly talk you through all the testings. Recommendations Id seen said to test a mattress for at least 10 min, which makes sense considering how much they cost, but its hard to get comfortable when youre getting your ear talked off.

We had a great experience with the assistant manager, Eric. He was friendly and helpful and gave us a great deal. I definitely recommend visiting in store and asking for him!
