Some workers there are very good and some will do anything to get you to pay ...they even sell in different colors than you need just to get the deal done Mathew the assistant manager will back them up in any costAs long as you are buying they will be great if upu would need assistance after....they wont even respondPitty

Its overall a good store. A lot of mid century modern stuff. Liked their marble and bruss stuff. Store is a little small. Style is a little different from Crate&Barrel. The staff there is very nice. The only thing I want to complain about is the location. Not very convenient and hard to park. Feeling like if you located something like Garden city you would get more people.

Horrible customer service. interacted with 4 associate. all paid no attention to the mid twenty male, asian kid in gym clothes. but yet the 2 late 40s white female got full conversations and one on one customer service while i stand there needing help getting snappy one word answers. all were extremely tasked orientated and couldn’t break away fast enough.one went so far as to touch the fur on my jacket, coming extremely closer to me and continued to follow me even tho i tried 2x to make it know u are way to close.icing on the cake was product was not marked the same as online, good thing i doubled checked. went back in to correct it, had to wait for the associate to finish with her task before helping me.even tho i did get my price corrected i got zero apologies zero care in the world for wasting my time.EVERYONE DOUBLE CHECK ONLINE PRICES!

Bought one item in my life from these folk, a floor model dining room chair. After paying $85 for it I came home and after use realized the legs wobble. Upon examination I realize not all leg screws can even be screwed in (bad machining?). But instead of them sending it back, they sold as a floor model and now they tell me “sorry, as-is.” Classy. Never again.

Purchased a sofa ‘during the best deal of the year’ only to have it marked down within 2 weeks (while I was still waiting on delivery). This is a $2000 sofa. Sofa took nearly 2 months. White glove delivery (which is an additional charge) was a joke- the sofa arrived uncovered in a dirty truck and was delivered by two dirty dudes. The sofa itself looked beautiful initially. I could not use it for 6 months due to a home renovation. Within a few months of use, the sofa started making noise. Also, there were weird random pieces of fabric hanging from the underside. The cushions constantly become misshapen and need to be removed from their covers. The tweed is starting to pill within 8 months of use. A part broke off of the sleeper sofa portion. The whole thing makes a horrible creaking noise each time I sit on it (I am 150lb). I have no children. I am rarely home to even use the sofa. It sounds like it’s 10 years old. I reported the issue to West Elm and their customer service has been atrocious. I have had to escalate things and they are finally addressing the issue, but still making a very big deal about the date I filed the complaint, etc. Apparently it’s OK for their stuff to bust in the first year.

Lots of pretty things. Nice made furniture and chairs. Visited the Providence location. Customer service was great. Ann was wonderful and very patient with us. I kept changing my mind on the color I wanted for a couch. Will visit again to make a purchase.
