Absolutely horrendous experience. Boss of the top floor pagoda - Tracey- completed treated me poorly. She was extremely rude and started talking about me disrespectfully with another customer. Completely lacked professionalism and gave no warning for when ear was going to be pierced. Did not give proper after care instructions for piercing, did not mention sale that was taking place, didn’t even offer the second option for piercing cleanser. DO NOT GO. Also placed ID on counter and completely forgot about it, another customer pointed it out - a huge liability that could’ve resulted in someone just taking my ID.Go to the downstairs Pagoda instead. It is a completely different experience. Everyone there is incredibly nice, sympathetic and patient. They will actually treat you like a person/customer. Ask for Keisha - she’s great!
Very good with piercing young children and infants ears ...
Using piercing guns is extremely dangerous and this should be illegal.
Very professional and nice people.I took my one daughter to get her ears pierced and they did an extremely well job that made me take my other daughter to them also. They did all the process very cleanly.I recommend everyone to go to this place.
Nice little place for me to buy myself little gifts here n there
A while ago, when I was about 7, I got my ears pierced at a piercing pagoda in CT. I think it was just the person piercing me, but they did one ear perfectly and the other at the bottom of my ear. After a few years of earrings weighing it down, my ear ripped from the bottom, so now I have a very weird and messed up looking ear. Fun 😆.
Do not go to this place. Went on a whim and got three piercings done. My ears blew up, itchy, red. I went to another Pagoda stand closer to me to have my ears looked at and they said this location doesnt even have a license to pierce upper ears. I went to the emergency room after giving it some time hoping it would go away on its own and found out I had a bacteria infection and an allergic reaction. I called today explaining my situation and all they said is that they pretty much cant do anything because I didnt purchase a warranty. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Now I am stuck with a medical bill. Thank you for your help.
Always able to buy children chains and pendants for an affordable price with the help of friendly staff. Thank you Mary Kathleen
