My friends and I just got our winterball dresses here!! They have the prettiest dresses. I got my prom dress here last year too!

We stopped in to look at bridesmaids dresses, and she was fantastic. She made us feel like she opened the store for us. She listened to my friend, the bride, and found dresses and styles that were beautiful and matched preferences. We didnt buy anything yet but she didnt make us feel guilty for that - instead, she gave an estimate for all our bridesmaids and told us to call back any time. We felt very comfortable with her.

I got my homecoming dress here. best selection in ri. good quality and reasonable prices. the sales rep was very nice.

Ohmygoodness. They have the most amazing selection of prom dresses. They basically have every color and style you can think of. My friends and I ended up getting all of our prom dresses here.

I recently heard of a horrorible experience a young lady experienced in your shop! I would like to preface this review by saying that I have NO CONNECTION to this young lady. Your store boasts about being so warm, welcoming and accommodating, that is a farce! This girl entered your shop so excited with the prospect of purchasing her first formal dress, and because she wasn’t the perfect size 2 your staff turned her away with a curt comment about not carrying her size! All they needed to do was help her choose a dress and offer to order it in the appropriate size!! Deplorable doesn’t begin to describe the behavior endured by this young girl! I learned of this story through social media and can only hope that your stores reputation is forever tainted!!

I literally fell in love with every single dress the moment I walked in the store. It is literally prom dress heaven in here.

I was ignored in the store. Staff didnt talk to me and werent doing anything. I was serious about buying a dress for a formal occassion in NYC. Spent my money elsewhere.

Spent $500 on a dress for my daughters prom . Went back 3 weeks before prom to have fitting(she was sick prior) was told not enough time to alter and we could not return dress ! NEVER AGAIN ......, Poor customer service. Will not return.
