My groomsmen and I ordered our suits in April of this year for an August 1st wedding. I called several times for updates and was given the runaround every time. They couldn’t seem to locate my order then magically found it. After all of this aggravation and confusion, the Groom Store finally ordered our suits on June 29th. The suits took 3 weeks to come in and each of my groomsman spent over an hour inside the store getting marked up for alterations. None of the staff was on the same page and communication with them was terrible. Every time we went to the store there were other people making similar complaintsRoger is very unprofessional. He yelled at me over the phone when I was rightfully frustrated about not having a suit 1 week before my wedding. He told me “you can’t handle the truth” after giving me a long explanation about why he waited 4 months to order our suits. Also, when I was getting marked up for alterations 1 week before the wedding day, I was told that it would take 2 weeks for alterations to be made. I asked for Roger to voice my concern about this. He tried to ignore me by telling another employee he was in a meeting (I could see him sitting alone at his desk). Once he came down he greeted me with a very rude and unprofessional tone rather than reassuring met my suit would be ready for my wedding.Upon receiving our suits a couple days before the wedding, they were not pressed and we weren’t given the ties or pocket squares that we ordered, adding to my frustration. The suits were decent quality and the alterations came out good. The price was right at less than $200 to own a new suit. However, the aggravation was not worth the deal. I guess “you get what you pay for.”
We were there 5 months ago to start getting everything started for our wedding. We were told 2 months ago that the person we were working with was no longer with the company and all of our info was gone.Went in today (with an attitude) to try and get it all figured out.The team there not only calmed me down, found our info and completely changed the situation around. We walked out with shoes, hats, sizes, and multiple options for our suits just in case something were to happen
Friendly service, Professionals at what they do, Highly recommend
My fiancé and I went looking for his tuxedo and it was the easiest and most seamless experience ever! Thank you to Nathan for his help and making it a fun and memorable time! Would 10/10 recommend!
Such an awesome store not only are the employees friendly and patient but they make u feel at home and not like ur buying a tux Amanda the manager is also awesome and will help with all ur needs that there might be If ur not buying here ur at the wrong place !!! Thanks guys
Excellent service nice professionalism! Thank you! A+++
Everybody was very helpful. The first fittings were very close to exactly right just a few minor adjustments.
From the second my fiancee and I walked into the store, I knew that we had found a knowledgeable and caring group of professionals that would take our thoughts and make them into a reality. The different suit choices presented to us along with accessories and shoes created an overall experience that exceeded our expectations. The wedding team there ultimately took the stress away from us and allowed me to breathe and focus on everything else going on with the wedding, which we both really really appreciated and would highly recommend to anybody in the search for wedding suits. On top of the fantastic service, I would ask anybody why they would want to rent something rather than owning it for less? Overall a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back to shop for myself later on!
My wife and I had an amazing wedding in Punta Cana, DR thanks to the staff at the groom store at Franklin Rogers. We couldnt have done better without all of their expert help and fantastic tailor who helped us achieve the look we dreamed of.
In searching for a place to rent suits or tuxes, it generally comes down to how MUCH you want to spend to have something that has been previously used, for one night. Yes, everybody would have looked uniform, but does that also mean they look their best? My (now) husband and I went into Franklin Rogers about 6 months before our wedding to browse their suit rental options. Upon asking, their response was that they do not rent suits but rather sell them at comparable or cheaper prices. We were presented with a ton of different options that covered different price ranges and quality of the suits. We left the store after this first appointment feeling like at least one part of the wedding was safely in somebody elses hands. Fast forward to a few days after our last groomsman was sized, I received a call from one of the wedding staff to inform me that they had tried to place the order but the suits we had chosen were back-ordered to a date that was too close to our wedding date, but they had still gone and placed the order with an upgraded suit line that was of higher quality but the same style and color, to keep the look that we wanted but alleviate some of the unnecessary stress. Fast forward again about five months, and our wedding party looked better than I could have imagined, but the most memorable part was the genuine service we received from everybody at Franklin Rogers. Small businesses really do it better sometimes!!
Roger and Becky are God sent. Beyond satisfied with their service and accommodations. If you are getting married or need to be a showstopper there is only 1 place you should go; The Groom Store!
Terrible, unorganized service. I had 9 members of the bridal party to to the groom store and every single one had issues, from the suits not fitting correctly to alterations never being done. The shirt color was wrong after being corrected twice! Accessories took a long time to come in. None of the employees know what is happening.
Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Good prices. They also validate parking. All around, Ive had a good experience with this place.
Phenomenal customer service I called in even though I was not a customer I was styling a wedding and I had no idea how to style a bowtie or tie it i usually style the bride but this time I was asked to style the groom and the groomsmen I know I probably should have figured this out days prior to the day of the wedding but I had been busy preparing and I had run out of options and thought wow this tuxedo place might be able to help me learn how to tie a bowtie I called in they were more than happy to help me and told me to come on in and I was welcomed by the most friendliest gentleman that I have ever met in my life he was so sweet and had the most amazing purple suit on he showed me how to tie the bowtie let me practice twice and I had it ! I will literally never forget this for the rest of my life I am so thankful for that teaching moment they were so kind and caring and genuinely wanted to help me whether I was a customer or not my father passed when I was younger and I don’t have anyone to teach me these things so it really meant a lot to me
