They have dairy free ice cream and it was delicious. My waffle cone was so fresh that it was still warm, I was so excited. It is conveniently located.

Excellent ice cream cake. Best we have ever had. Sufficiently frozen to easily make the 45 minute drive home on a sunny 75 degree june day. Staff was prompt and efficient. Ample on street parking in the area to make for easy in and out access.

Jessica was very personable and professional today, as she delivered our order, for our church ice cream social. The waffle bowls were nice and fresh, and the ice cream was delicious, as it always is! There were several toppings to pick from, it was a great success and thank you for everything!

Courteous, fast service, social distancing and screens well in place, intelligent capacity limit, good choice of flavors, vibrant location. However, the flavors couldve been fresher, although this may be endemic to all Ben and Jerrys locations. The waffle cones were good too.

Small ice cream shop that is, not surprisingly, popular with the college crowd. Not much sitting room. We usually take our ice cream to go.

Everything is great except the straws dont work after u have about 3/4th of the milkshake u ordered. Paper straws are great idea to be green. But did they make sure they work?

A few indoor seating options are available. Ben & Jerrys is pricey, typical for high-end ice cream. Empower-mint cone was great.

We didnt get his name but we had an awesome man helping us he had dreads. He went above and beyond to help us with our order, on top of that we accidentally left our keys there he immediately ran after us down the street to give it back. So kind and helpful!

Ice cream was good but the workers were rude . As soon as my boyfriend and i stepped in two employees yelled at us 5 CUSTOMERS AT A TIME but didnt tell us they were at the limit and there were two customers there in the shop.

Its alright. Ice cream isnt much different from what you can buy in store though. Place is cramped and chairs and tables sticky. No bathrooms either. But ice cream isnt bad and staff is friendly

A must to try is the cookie cookie shake. The location is small but its perfect and also amazing customer service.A+

Aside From the obvious which was that it was amazing the care they took to ensure that my son with an allergy was completely safe and everything he chose was amazing I really appreciated how careful they were!

I mean... Its Been and Jerrys. The unit itself could use some cleaning, but the product is amazing.

Its no secret that Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream is some of the best ever. This shop is at a perfect spot up Thayer, and is sure to make you crave the ice cream flavors you love.

A nice place to sit down and enjoy a reasonable quality ice cream...until one of the homeless gentleman walked in and stayed there with his bags of stuff.

We come here every so often to get ice cream if we are in the mood for Ben and Jerrys. My husband and I like the banana splits. I had a cake done here for his birthday because he loves Phish Food. I was really disappointed with the size of the cake for the money they charge. It was a bit outrageous. This small cake was $35. The cake itself wasnt all that great. I believe they forgot to add sugar the the whipped cream outter layer as it was extremely bitter and not even the least bit sweet. It had to be a mistake because I cannot imagine a single person enjoying the chemical taste it left. I definitely wouldnt come here again for an ice cream cake. Ill stick to Dairy Queen or Carvel instead.
