Had a note 10+ screen replaced. Then phone wouldnt charge. Went there in middle of a snow storm, but apparently, only person that could fix it is the same person that repaired it. Of course, thats not acceptable.Went to Warwick mall, found another place called The Fix... They had phone back to me in under 30 minutes, and around 30.00 because of a loose connection.So, if they screw up, make sure same guy is working that originally fixed it.Im not going back. 😡

Was almost ready to give up and buy a new phone after 5 different repair shops wouldnt even look at my iPhone 8 plus when i told them it kept restarting and shutting off by itself but the 2 nice guys i saw yesterday at this store were ready to help and they fixed it no problem and now it works like its brand new. If somethings wrong with your phone this is the place to go, these guys are the best. If your experience wasnt good with these guys, you were probably a rude customer that needs to learn some manners 🤷🏾‍♂️ all Im saying.

My coworker told me about this place after hearing that I broke my iPhone screen. He told me it was in front of the MAC store, so it was easy to find. Akbar was very helpful and fixed my screen within 15 minutes, super quick.

I needed my screen to be taken off to remove a trapped sim card. They explained that it was likely for the screen to break during the removal, but with careful work, they were able to remove the screen intact. Not having to replace the screen saved me a lot of money. Great work, nice and very helpful people! Highly recommended!

Went in to have a cracked screen fixed. They were the second cheapest I could find but also the only ones that had the part in stock and did the work immediately. After my phone was fixed it did act a bit strange but the software adjusted and everything functioned normally within a couple days except for my speakerphone.My speakerphone caused feedback on the other callers end. So I went back in a few days later and they fixed this too. They found a noise suppression setting that needed to be turned off. They showed me how to fix it if it happens again and were friendly the whole time. I also forgot a Parker Jotter, which is a ~$10 steel pen, there and they kept aside for me. Hasan and Intigam helped me the most but the other employees are cool too, I highly recommend their services.

I went there looking for a screen protector for my phone and the guy working there told me they only had glass ones and there $25 but told me due to your phone edge you should get a plastic one but they said they didnt have any. And Im just happy and it felt so good that someone actually had honesty and instead of just selling me a product and take $25 of my hard earned cash that wouldnt have the best protection for my phone he directed me another store which did have the screen protector.

Allen suggested that I buy a better case - didnt try to sell me one - just made the suggestion. No upsell pressure. Hopefully I wont have to go back again! Will DEFINITELY recommend them!!

Got my iPhone 8 repaired there. Not great :/1. Noticeable resolution drop, and no, the screen I had before was not the original one but a fixed on too, so to have a comparable decrease in resolution is really pathetic. Asked the guy and he just said it doesn’t effect the performance.2. Touch screen lag time, especially evident when texting and gaming. Some of the letters just don’t register and anyone who doesn’t type at grandma speed will notice. Especially bad for letters close to the edge like l,m,n,a and space.3. Broke fast. I had the same glass screen protector on and the screen only lasted 2 weeks before it cracked in the corner and 3 weeks before a big crack ran through. The previous two screens with the same protector lasted 10 months+4. Price. I spent $129 to get it fixed here, very pricey especially considering the quality of the screen. I had a much more quality repair for $60 before.IN CONCLUSION: just spend $20 extra and get it fixed at official apple, This is NOT worth it. In total I will have to spend $260 in ONE MONTH to maintain my phone, very disappointed and kinda angry.Edit: now my phone lights up randomly in my pocket and touch sensitivity is so bad I dialed three random numbers just by putting it in my pocket

Fast and affordable. I had to get the charging port replaced on my iPhone5 fast - the phone would not take a charge at all. The gentleman at the kiosk fixed it in about 20 minutes and it only cost me $40. Back up and running in no time. I would absolutely go there again for cell phone repairs.

Great Service! Went to fix a broken screen on my Sony Xperia z5 compact and they replaced it within an hour. When it turned out the screen they had in stock wasnt the correct one for my device they changed it back for no charge.

On this gloomy, Friday evening, just before closing; I met Intigam, this wonderful individual who would change the course of my day for the better. Earlier I had been all throughout the mall waiting (hours) for an appointment I had made with an Apple “genius”. My phone screen was broken and I need a repair or a replacement. The Apple “genius” sadly informed me that my phone was irreparable and that I would have to pay an obscene amount of money for a new one. I left the store. Upon leaving I walked right into the “iFix & Repair” station, where I saw my phones salvation. I walked right up to Intigam, who, with a smile, told me exactly what was wrong with my phone and how he could fix it, easily and for a very reasonable price. We had a lite but very interesting conversion while I waited. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about what he does. He made me feel really good about getting my phone fixed via a third party and I know for sure I’ll be back if need be, in the future. Much love!
