I came into the store with several questions. And came away with detailed answers to everything. David was an utmost professional and was one my best interactions at a T-Mobile Store. I highly recommend anyone visiting this location for any questions or concerns. Ask for David on arrival.
I am a first time customer at T-Mobile and Ariana was very helpful helping me and my family set up our plan. She was very attentive to us while also multitasking with others. She provided excellent service and made us feel more than welcomed to come back. She even apologized many times because she felt that she was taking a while but actually was very fast with the process! Will definitely come back again so she can continue assisting us with great service!

Save yourself time and energy. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. We were met with rude employees (Kyle) and they were not able to help us. Instead, they told us to call customer service to resolve our issue. When we went home and called customer service, they said they could only help us in-store. And we went back and were met with rude comments on top of no help, yet again. We went to T-Mobile at providence place mall instead. If I could give 0 stars, I would. So frustrating.

This was one of the best TMobile customer service experiences in my life! I wanted to make sure to share how wonderfully helpful, professional and knowledgeable the workers in the store were when I came in with a broken phone and needed to transfer everything to a new phone. Iliana *spelling? spent so much time going over prices and different offers and kindly answered all of my millions of questions. She was able to work with me to find the right one and made it easy, which I cannot tell you how much I appreciate. They were able to transfer all my stuff to new phone and made everything a breeze! Marvin was knowledgable about best protective phone cases and gear to avoid another damaged phone situation, and John was training was helpful too. I always dread situations like these, but the professional care and kindness went a long way and made my experience! Thank you to you all for the help and Iliana is the best!

Have never had a bad experience as a sprint customer at this store. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful..now that T Moble and Sprint have merged, you get the same customer service. I truly like this particular store..Everyone working their knows their stuff..you are always greeted when you come in. Until something happens this will always be my store of choice. Been coming here approximately 3 yrs or so..

Will never step foot in this location again. Most disrespectful employees I’ve dealt with. Speaking loudly and over you, foul language, and discussing attitude. As for the manager how he handles his situation is no better that might be the main reason his employees believe they can do and say as they please towards their customers. I witnessed moments before being “helped” the manager was super disrespectful towards a NEW customer dismissing him using foul language to go to another store because no one was going to help him there. No mask on the sales floor and when asked to put mask back on got ignored. The front of their store not cleaned “Just had snowstorm” not shoveled or salted. Ughh I can go on and on and i was only in that store for less than 30 min.

I went there at 8:15 on at night and the store closes at 9pm. There was one other customer in the store. But the employee locked the door and said they were closed. And just turned around walked away. Pure laziness by this guy.

Very disappointed customer service is terrible.Went there to ask simple questions about the service and barely got any answers.All the employees just hanging around just like a Party not professional at all.One of them even took his face mask off while I was there just a shame.Last time I will step in that store Corporate should look into that store.

Please be careful dealing with this location. Dealt with the employee Grant and the manager Robert Pierce. Do not accept free promotional devices or even free protective covers for the phones. They tell you its free but your monthly bills will beg to differ. Then you go to the store and they cant help you. Zero accountability. Dont get scammed. There are plenty of other sprint stores. This location is awaiting consumer class action lawsuit AND/OR an investigation by BBB. AVOID!!
The manager at this location is rude, was unwilling to help me with a problem caused in HIS store and literally turned me the other way. One of his former reps made a mistake with my contract and he was no where close to helping me thru it. I called the district manager... Nothing. I had to call Sprint Account Services and have them cancel my line all together. I’m officially leaving Sprint after 15+ years of service. Disgrace I tell you. If I could give a quarter of a star, I would.

The manager provides good customer service and work in a timely fashion to get you out as soon as possible, especially when you have things to do,if not he will give you the heads up if they are running behind, which I like that as well.
Store experience bad had a experience employee talking loud over you saying they don’t have service you to activate phone or can’t assist to call customer service with you to assist them or you to activate phone and was still being talked loud to and talk over too it was 👎

First I must say its a pleasure dealing with this location. As a Lvl: 29 Pokémon Go player, I highly recommend making this a (must stop Poke Spot ! ✨) The Store has a designated charge station for players who need a quick power boost.In addition to the Pokémon Go charging convenience, the staff is everything you could want in a helpful sprint store. They work hard to maximize your dollar and too teach you a new feauture or two. This usually gives me something uplifting to talk about when conversations turn blue.I guess you could say they found the key to success . They ensure that I am knowledgeable and confident in my device and services. I am treated like they acuatlly like me. I am not only a consumer but a welcomed friend that comes in for advise . We all need some one to lean on. This Sprint store again is a pleasure and really hits home with me . I recommend you do your business with them .oh and before I forget ! Last but not Least the store is well stocked and the staff keeps it Clean!!! . Eye candy opposed to a cluttered eye sore !
Poor communication. Employees aren’t well informed on Sprint policies and seen lost. They left me entangled disputing $200 for returning a phone within 14 day return, with hours on the phone with Sprint.
