Dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I remembered seeing this place in my neighborhood so I stopped to see if my phone could be fixed.Angel assisted me and replaced my glass in 15 minutes. He also offered me a discount on a screen protector. Yay Angel!!I never had to replace my screen b4, so I am not sure the going rate. However, even if I did pay a bit more, it was well worth the convenience and service. Highly recommend. Thanks Angel!

I went to this store today to get my iphone screen fixed. It took about 20 minutes. The customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Had to redo my review, spent $70 for a diagnosis-- the guy tried a different battery in my sons galaxy S6 and then gave no diagnosis other than the battery wasnt the problem. When I returned the phone to my son he pointed out that glue was hanging out of the back of the phone and on the front of the phone in the upper left corner the screen was pried open or something because a portion of paint is now missing under the glass. I am not amused--the guy didnt have to know the problem (though for $70 in less than a half hour it would have been nice) but I would expect him to put the phone back together as though he cared even a little

If we could give in a negative 5 if we could. My daughter dropped off her Apple Watch three months ago to change the screen because she has a scratch in it. It was fully functional and was a cosmetic concern. They kept giving her the run around because they need a “piece” for her watch. Now she is $90 down - three months later and now has an broken Apple Watch that is missing a screen.

My Galaxy S9 literally got run over in a parking lot. Curved screen was done! Brought it to the shop on Wickenden Street on Saturday morning 7/10/21 and expected to be phoneless till like Monday...I was wrong.. They had it fixed in an hour!! Im a customer for life after this experience!!

Hopefully I won’t be breaking anymore iPhone 11 screens, but if I do I know exactly where to go!Cracked and smashed the top third of my iPhone earlier today, it was right where the front camera and earpiece are so I was really concerned and thought I might have to buy a new phone entirely. I live around the corner of We Fix It so I walked down, dropped my phone off, and it was fixed completely when I went back an hour later. It was ready sooner, but I had a work call.It was a little on the pricey side (normally $150 but was $190 because the camera had to be fixed) but to be fair, it’s a helluva lot cheaper than buying a replacement! Five stars.

Brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, was working completely fine. Upon pick up, the technician said it was overheating and there may be a motherboard problem, but I figured it would cool off and be fine. Less than an hour later, it would not charge, overheated as soon as turned on and shut down a minute later. Brought it into apple store that day and they confirmed it was broken beyond repair, so I had to replace it and turn in the broken phone.Went in a few days later when the manager was in, with the apple report, and they flat refused any sort of refund or help without seeing the original phone, despite the technician noting the problem and the proof of my apple store visit 2 hours after dropping the phone off with the documented issue. Why would I spend money on a screen repair if I got the phone replaced the same day, its no extra money and broke my apple warranty. I understand wanting to see the phone but the technician noted the problem when he returned it to me, and it makes no sense. I guess they save on the refund, so good for them.Would not recommend this business if you have another option, not worth the risk.

I had a phone issue at the worst possible time and they were able to fix it and get it back to me in record time (less than 45 mins) and did it right before they closed. The alternative would have been to pay over $200 bucks out of pocket for the deductible on a new phone. My issue issue was solved faster and for a more reasonable price. Problem solved. Problem staying solved.

Zack did a great job. Replaced the battery in one phone and installed a new screen and protector on another phone. I hope to get another two years out of each phone. Wickenden Street is a wonderful community of small businesses. Not a big box store in sight!

Great Service! My iPhone 6 needed a screen replacement. I casually mentioned that my car was being repaired too and that I would be walking. He offered to pick up my phone at my house, make the repair and bring it back!!! The fee for delivery was small, so I decided to take him up on his offer. He arrived on time, actually fixed the phone on the spot and it was working in under 10 minutes! It works perfectly! He was able to charge my credit card at my door... it was so nice for me! We Fix It replaced the screen on my iphone 11 only for the new screen to crack the next day for no reason. They will not replace the screen unless I pay full price. The parts they use must be terrible quality.

Sure convenient. But as far as the screens themselves seem to break easier than ones on Amazon. DIY or busy only bc they will fix your screen as much as possible, aeven though the screens go in less than a month sometimes. Spending so much with a place you think theyd see it your way when you bring in a faulty screen. But no he was sure to point out my phones tiny scratxh that he even admitted had nothing to do with the integrity of the damage. He just did it to cover his a** on a warranty. Go elsewhere and let the freshman learn the hard way

Overpriced. I spent $127 for a new screen of my iphone 8 plus, but from 3rd day of the new screen, it gets darker around the home button. I requested at least a partial refund, but the owner was only willing to change the screen. I figure it would be the same screen of same brand and the same issue will happen again, so I refused. I think they should tell the customers no refund policy before they do the work. Update on 5th day of the new screen: it starts to blink occasionally.

I called around and different places would not do it for me but I called we fix it and they were able to back up my data for me by using a new screen to allow me to log in and back up to icloud. Just wanted to give people a heads up. If it’s not fixed absolutely perfectly, ask them to do it again right then and there. Mine cost $120 and wasn’t aligned straight. I noticed it immediately, but didn’t think it was a big deal. The glass breaks 20x easier if it’s not on properly. My phone chipped and cracked again a couple weeks later while in my back pocket (in an otter box). He offered to fix it again for a “discounted” price of $100. I would also have to throw out a strong suggestion to the owner to wear face coverings.

This store was the only place that carried an S10 screen in store and was able to fix my phone the same day! My phone looks like it is brand new. They did an amazing job. Well worth every penny!

Its a real gamble and as others have said, unprofessional. They intake your device without any paperwork (I had to go back and explicitly asked for a receipt, which they did produce), and I receive no communication back. I called 1 week later, the person answering the phone said, call back tomorrow, I dont do the computers... Helpful. I called again a week later, and they insisted that they had called me and that it was not fixable. $75 later and I have my machine back.

I am very satisfied with the polite and quick service that was provided by the person I encountered. I will return to We Fix It if the need arises.

He Is literally my favorite, I have been going to him for quite a long time and as long as he is there I shall be too, I trust no one more with my phones. Just got my iPhone 11 Pro screen fixed here for 300$ the screen is not lined up with with the base..& my Face ID does not work & he wasn’t that pleasant.UPDATE.. I went back & the man took apart my screen & made it worse then what it was & refused to fix it! AFTER saying I had warranty.. very poor work & unprofessional!! It’s now blinking colors & the screen is lifted completely & smells of some type of paint!.. Not a trust worthy place!!! If my screen wasn’t fixable you shouldn’t have took my money!!! I have videos of him mocking me & proof of him breaking my phone further!! DO NOT COME HERE!

My daughter recommended WE FIX IT and let me just say the service was excellent and the repair was quick and efficient. I had the worst accident ever I was sick and spilled honey lemon tea on my make I took it to a mac genius bar store they told me to buy a new one. When I took it to him, he fixed it as good as new, and it took him only two weeks to fix everything and install a new keyboard, and he did it for me with a great price. I highly recommend the store. When I took it to the Apple Store the next day, they told me it would cost around $1000 to send it to the factory and repair it (this is almost the price of the laptop itself). Instead, I brought it to We Fix It. They fixed my computer completely in around an hour for a total of $80. Remarkable service and very reasonably priced.

Called on the phone to get the cost to get my tablet fixed. when showed up in store was quoted $120 higher. I asked about the discrepancy and the guy behind the counter got defensive and said he just told me the cost of the part not the repair. Dont think this is a very honest business practice to get people in the door.*this wasnt a misunderstanding*I called and asked you the price of getting my computer fixed - not the cost of spare parts. Your manager *deliberately* told me the cost of the part, which wasnt what I called about. It wasnt until literally when you started ringing up the bill that an additional $129 in labor was required to install the part. That- was purposefully deceptive.

When I asked about battery replacement, I was delighted to find that both screen and battery would take less than 20 minutes, and cost a small fraction of the cost of Apple Store. At this point, my only regret is ever going anywhere else to get my phone fixed. Seriously, if your phone needs serviced, get it done here.

I came into the store with a broken phone and my lost sanity, and I left with a friend and a phone that was better than new.Zack is AMAZING. However, I had some issues with functionality (unrelated to the new screen) and had to go back a few times - he took a comprehensive look and fixed it every single time without complaint.
