This Walmart is very clean and well kept. They also provide with face-mask and sanitizer at the entrance. They also have subway, nail place inside. Ample of parking space right in the front

This Walmart hires minors and schedules them out of their availabilities to then get mad at them and ultimately terminate them for not being able to show up. Will have minors stock shelves without proper equipment of box cutters or being able to use ladders to reach higher shelves/top stock, causing them to climb shelves and pry open ducktaped boxes with their bare hands. When an associate gets talked about and bullied in the department they cannot report it safely because the managers will tell the associates and your confidentiality will go out of the window. Associates constantly judge and bully others here. You are constantly talked about behind your back when working here and not taken seriously if you’re a minor. They made a minor work off of the clock, during school hours, under a coaches numbers and only “warned” the coach, despite them breaking 3 codes, and then gave the minor a point for doing so.If you are sick or injured they will reprimand you for it and choose to not care.

Store is okay but the people working could care less of the patrens but the pharmacy is good the are always helpful and always busy

Getting everything on your own is ok,but if you need them to open something up, I end up being there for about 40 minutes Had to ask the 6th staff. I will try to stay away from this walmart

Messy, rude, dont bother asking a question. You will be told no English and then see that associate holding a English conversation about who over dosed this week .I travel for work and visit many locations this hands down is the worst .ITEMS are locked up and you wait 29 minutes for a employee and get no one .the theft is crazy .This store must be loosing tons of money

They are doing their best to keep the chaos at a minimum and keep items on the Shelf. The place looks okay but there seriously needs to be more open registers. I will not use a self-checkout and I am really sick of people trying to steer me towards them

The workers was on there phones and was very rude or they was singing very loud and pretty much walking together talking. Not helpful at all.

The workers were okay, but they were severely understaffed. If they got paid livable wages and were treated like humans, Im sure the workers would have had enough incentive to work harder much less show up.

Come on! Good prices and always some Walmartians to look at. Got some great clearance deals too.

This location is not a supercenter with a grocery market. Not really a bad thing, just unfortunate because the nearest one of those is all the way out in Johnston. I only took one star off because they tend to be out of stock on so many things all of the time. And this issue predates the pandemic, but has certainly been exasperated by it. All in all not a bad spot. Dont come to this one if you want to pay cash. They only have 3 registers that take it right now and those are never all open.

We enjoyed our lunch,our server was pleasant, food was good and we topped it off with some pumpkin cheesecake yummy.

Carts dont work properly. Employees talking on cell phones while working totally ignoring customers that need assistance. Shelves are not stocked on shelves with products still on pallets in the aisles still wrapped in shrink wrap.

The place never has what you need it shows another stock obviously and its a mess.

It is always a pleasant experience, I love shopping at Walmart !!

Wal-Mart on post road Warwick, RI, USA has the best stocked shelves, cleanest store and nicest associates of any Wal-Mart you will go too. Definitely check out the outdoor section and solar lighting section and selections. Plus there is a bank and McDonalds in the plaza as well. Every customer Ive encountered has been more than friendly and pleasant as well. Stop in you wont regret it.

If I can give zero stars I would. The people who work here are disrespectful and the place is always a mess. I wouldnt bother shopping here this Walmart is unsanitary. The staff doesnt care at all. Thats why this place is called the ghetto Walmart. Lots of people call it that. I wouldnt work here or shop here. This place is a disgrace.

I love walmart...what i dont like is how u guys only have tops 3 cashiers.. You make people scan their own items, thats lame I dont get paid by Walmart to scan my items.. Also this walmart sells out of all the good stuff super faster then other Walmart I been too..maybe you guys should restock more often

Is this Walmart closing? Every time I go they have people stocking, blocking shoppers and dont even think of asking for any help! They are always out of stock and or lacking what other locations have in abundance. OH and gonee are the says when you ask CS if they can check a different location for your desired item..

Room was nice and comfortable and service was friendly. Breakfast was like you local convenience store. Would stay again though. Keeping the coffee out during the day and night would be a boost.

Organization isnt their strong point neither is using the speaker system.Also, they check receipts of customers on they way out which is a lawsuit waiting to happen given that other Wal-Mart locations do not. Its biased treatment to the area and demographics. Sadly, they think thats an effective effort at loss prevention.Also, while standing in line at customer service I witnessed what I can only imagine was illegal activity in the restroom area with a bunch of college aged kids. None of the employees noticed or cared. It was super awkward to say the least.

I have all my medicine filled the staff there are wonderful they are alway very polite and very helpful .Some of ur floor people are not very helpful some are even rude i shop there alot and i dont like rude. If i had they name i would report cuz u dont need rude workinf on your floor.

The Walmart itself is fine, the employees dont care about doing theyre jobs as well as you would think. And the other customers are less than nice. Needless to say I park far back to avoid getting hit, dinged and or dented.

The guy Mike who was in charge of the store on sunday september 5th told me over the phone that it was ok if I didnt shop there anymore, so guess what Mike?! Ill never shop in any Walmart again. Will never go to this walmart again. Things ringing up incorrectly at self check out. We asked for a manager waited and the same person came back to void the item? So no manager was there or couldnt be bothered. Visibly irritated we were walking to the exit the woman at the door instead of checking our receipt said if we had an attitude to take it with us. Employee almost starting a fist fight at the door with the attitude SHE gave us i was so appalled. I have never seen such incompetent rude staff. I am writing a strongly worded letter to corporate. This was unacceptable. I dont care if its walmart. I was personally disrespected by the staff here.

Walmart has just about everything. For example I just bought a phone and the store didnt have a case for it. I asked if it was out of stock, the clerk said that they couldnt get that model yet. Guess what? Walmart had it and cheaper. Most times I start my shopping at Walmart, if its not there then I seek alternative stores.

Walmart turned the power off to the outside vending machines from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am at store 3301. After raising the everyday low price from of 50¢ a can to 75¢. I am homeless, jobless, and directly impacted by this, along with 25 of my peers. Walmart has done nothing to help the homeless in the area, Walmart, biggest retail chain since Sears, the EVERYDAY LOW PRICE, lower then a lowrider doing the limbo In a subway drain pipe.

Today not body help me at sporting goods section after ask for help 3 times and wait for about 45 minutes, ending leave without i want from the lock counter... Most of the time them give me hard time at the doors when I leaving with the receipt chek up and all my purchase. Unfortunately I feel like I been getting bad treatment by employer 👎🖕 but the store self is perfect!!!!

Someone once called this Walmart the ghetto mart to me and I didnt understand why until I went! Customer service isnt a thing here! You can tell employees dont want to be there and they are rude! Lines are long most of the time, limited stock on items, shelves never fully stocked, not much variety in products... I hate this Walmart and go here for convenience only when I HAVE to.

Went to the self checkout area, but was told that I had to use ONLY a credit/debit card and I had to stand in the cashiers line, which was over a half hour wait, for 2 items that took me 5-7 mins to get...Shame on you Walmart for NOT accepting Cash in at least 1 of the self checkouts

This is a good WalMart with a decent selection and is very good for quick shopping. Of course, the Super Walmarts have a much larger variety of items and groceries, however, I rate this WalMart highly because the staff are courteous and helpful, it is conveniently located, and I can buy just about anything I need here.

Amazing store and amazing staff. All of the employees Ive encountered had masks on and was happy to assist me. I felt great when the great workers came to me and asked if I needed help with anything. Imagine the cashier over charge items! You better check your receipt before you leave. Then you have to come back take the long line for money back from the customer service. In this holiday season! How much you time value???? Without a sorry or any kind words!!!!

I have to give mad props to this Walmart’s curbside pickup! We ordered online & picked the time we wanted to pick up the items. We drove into the lot, parked & within 30-60 seconds the employee was putting our order in the car. If you strapped for time, this is a huge time saver & a really great convenience.

Went in there to cash a check they only charge 50cent something I did not know best place to go and cash your check and shop for house hold stuff.

They wont let me exchange item I had tags and recipe because it was over 90 days

Parked at Walmart in providence RI on their property under their surveillance. I went into the store for one item and came out moments later to men chopping apart my exhaust system to steal my catalytic converters.. Walmart has failed to provide me a safe and pleasant shopping experience, the opposite of what the recording says when you call there number and I am disgusted in there response to help or fix the negligence of their security and efforts to protect their customers from vandalism, and malicious damaging theft.

This Wal-Mart should be featured on worst places in America. I tried getting ahold of Electronics for two hours in total, being hung up on twice. After I walked into the store I had a representative outright lie to me after saying they searched the system for the product I was after. The subway here however is constantly fresh and delicious.
