Scott helped us retrieve some lost files on our Mac. He was very professional and knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like the non-techie that I am. Id recommend him to anyone.

Scott helped fix my computer a couple days ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I have worked with other PC shops in RI and SE Mass in the past, and Scott was definitely the best out of all of them.

Inconsistent results with these guys, unfortunately. Once good experience in the past for a virus scan and repair. Recent experience bad. Discussed a detailed, sequential at the outset to minimize cost for my old Mac which I was thinking about replacing, but then they did not go according to plan due to ?miscommunication between the two guys, and lack of communication with me. They also missed in their early diagnostic plan to boost the RAM. It ended up costing me close to $300 and >1 week to essentially increase the RAM, which I could have ordered and installed for

I have had very wonderful associations with Tech Medic. Scott Frazier is an extremely knowledgeable tech guru. He has solved numerous technical questions for me. Most recently, he found a way for me to tie into my smartphone as a hotspot for my laptop when I am in my part-time apartment in a city away from my cable provider. His clever solution is literally saving me thousands of dollars. On top of his great and useful skills, he is a thoughtful, prompt, kind and trustworthy human being.Perhaps best of all, I have confidence that he or one of his two expert employees will be just a phone call and visit away should I find myself in difficulty with any piece of IT equipment.
