Horrible customer service. Even more horrible return policy. They use a 3rd party company that does not actually return your money. Pandora does not hold themselves accountable for your hard earned money. I do not recommend them at all.

I walked into Pandora Providence tonight around 7pm with the intention of purchasing a bracelet and some charms for myself. I have been coming to Pandora for years and love the products, however, I was extremely disappointed by the staff at tonight’s visit. This was my virst visit to this location and I was not greeted upon walking in- not a hello. I walked around looking at the displays hoping for one of the staff to greet me, or say “let me know if you have any questions” but instead 4 employees gathered in the middle of the display section and were discussing a customer who was in earlier in the day and how he had asked to see charms and did not make a purchase and this made me very reluctant to ask for assistance. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
