I could not find an official sunglass hut survey so Ill just put my review here. I absolutely loved my experience at this Sunglass Hut. I have been searching for a pair of sunglasses for my boyfriend this whole summer went to countless shops and this specific Sunglass Hut was amazing (I went to atleast 4 before I came to this one). Nicole greeted us immediately and let me tell you this woman is amazing. She was personable, outgoing, and just overall one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very helpful with finding a good pair for my boyfriend. She pulled alot of styles and really seemed like she cared to make sure we walked out with something we loved. Our conversations were great and she just had the best personality. If you ever shop at this Sunglass Hut, let her help you find a pair of glasses.

Dont go to this place. Ver y bad help

This place is the worst customer service store I’ve ever been into in my life. When I went to return my sunglasses that I had never worn, Elizabeth, the awful manager/owner, took my sunglasses, scratched them while inspecting to clean, and then told me that I couldn’t return them because of scratch that she caused. I was a huge Sunglass Hut customer before this. I would never, ever go to them ever again besides to try on their glasses, get the model number, and order directly from the sunglass company itself (at a much steeper discount). I am also a war veteran, received the military discount, and she still treats her veteran customers extremely poorly. Highly unrecommended. Corporate has been contacted as well.
