Bought a can of Nestle Nutrament drink and turns out it expired 7 months. Can’t wait to sue them if I get sick. Also, they never give back you full change. If your change is $1.58, they will give you back $1.50. Ridiculous, they must really need that 8 cents.
I just got out of buying from this store, with the intention of never coming back, and here is why:We were just two people waiting in line. there was an old woman ahead of me. I was waiting in line when I noticed the cashier lady arguing with an old woman over something very insignificant.The old woman was having issues scanning her card, the system rejected the transaction once. then the cashier with a bad attitude told her that her card had no money.The old woman responded: thats inposible I do have money! the cashier lady said: look lady, you have to click on cash first and then try again. but she said it with bad attitude and arrogance. long story short, the old lady got upsad and left the store without saying a word.Then was my turn... so I had four items but decided to ran quickly to get 3 more items. when I got back the cashier already had a total of $16.65 worth of stuff, plus the other 3 that were not yet scanned. So I asked her: how much is this? ..how about this?, and so on. was when I asked her: You know what, can you please scan everything again so I can see the total?Then I said to her that I was only going to buy the first items but not the other 3, and reminded her to scan everything all over again. then she started it with me with the same attitude and arrogance she had with the old woman.After she scaned the items again, the total amount of everything turned out to be: $8.43, she not just tried to scam me but worst of all she mistreated me very bad over of a few dollars she tried to take from me. then we got into an argument with the way she responded, because she told me: hey listen, the dollar store is just arround the corner, you can go there if you want. and also, if you want to talk with the owner of the store, he will be here tomorrow.Then an employee stepped in and say to her, hey! stop, calm down, and he said to me: is okay, is okay, just ignore her.The conclusion of this story is that nobody apologized to me. too bad I cant give less than 1 star. If someone goes to this store, I would advise them to check carefully the change this woman gives you. but better yet, do not go to this store.For those who work as cashiers, always remember to respect buyers, to respect customers, and smile at them if you can. and remember that customers are the priority, especially on these days of solidarity.WHAT A RUDE LADY, SHE NEEDS SOME SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. AND ALSO LEARN TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS, OR RESPECT PEOPLE IN GENERAL.
