Store has items reasonably priced and is well stocked and clean. it’s also a good size store with a lot of space nothing crammed . the store may not be located in the best area but don’t judge it by that. The cashier rang me out was nice and polite.

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to and that includes grocery stores in remote parts of developing countries. The place is a crowded, disorganized mess with poor selection. Skip it and go somewhere else.

Good place to shop, cheaper than the other markets. But they move thing around a lot. You get lost to find items you want. And there are no clerks to help. Plus if their flyer has a sale item make sure it comes off at the register, or you will be paying regular price

I went shopping today and every register was open and I was glad to see that. Other Walmarts that I have shopped at only a couple registers were open and the rest was you check yourself out I dont like that. I like speaking to the people that work. I feel like Im working there without the pay check. Im a people person.

Well I shouldve taken images of this supermarket it wouldve been more descriptive. What I like only about this Price Rite is the price for certain products I do find in other markets is that theyre more affordable and the store is closer for a quick grab and go. It usually gets packed at the first of ever month. The produce needs to be upgraded or at least closely monitored. Some of them appeared as defective and in decay. This could be COVID19 related due to supply and demand. You know everyone is going for the goods.I wouldnt buy seafood here Ive done that before and instantly regretted it after cooking it. Fresh fish shouldnt be hard to find in Rhode Island especially being so close to the water. Youll find some generic products and popular products here but not all of them are here.

I just recently went to this store n so many of their items are either expired or set to expire very soon this month. thats highly unacceptable as I am pregnant n brought home things that couldve been completely FRESH if they would upkeep their products. No one wants to have to check the expiration of every item they are purchasing just to make sure it isnt expired or has time before expiration unless its milk. I will b reporting them ASAP!

Got chased down by worker demanding to know if i was going to pay for a paper grocery bag. It was 5 ¢ and i planned to of course. But he failed to give me the chance to even bring it to the register. Also the employees there tend to be rude and unhelpful as they were during this visit.

Really cheap grocery store and probably the easiest one to get to if you live in Fed Hill. The selection is surprisingly good for a Price Rite, especially the produce. They even have seafood and deli counters, and sell the ends/rinds on discount. It’s usually clean and the prices are good. Would recommend checking the dates, items don’t always get rotated correctly. It gets crazy busy on the 1st.

Early morning is the best time to shop

They will hire anybody just to fill in, but gives poor service, and the whole store is just unorganized. you cant find things where they should be and find it in a random place or not at all.

While I wouldn’t recommend buying the produce there, it’s worth shopping there for the Hispanic foods they offer. Their prices are reasonable for most goods and they have similar selection as the other major markets. But, if your idea of shopping includes visually appealing surroundings, you may want to go elsewhere.

I was at this store earlier today with my grandma. Mind you she only speaks Spanish. We buy everything we need and we head to cashier my grandma just follows what the lady in front of her did. The cashier that works at number 11 was very rude and was discriminating my grandmother and telling her that she was very close. When in fact she was not she was six feet apart from the person in front of her. She did exactly what the lady in front of her did. Which was only get a little bit more closer. I just shrug it off because I thought she was probably having a bad day. After we get out of line I hear her thanking the other person for listening and not being like us. When I’m fact she knows that my grandma didn’t know English. It was terrible experience. Never coming again.

However, its clean (esp compared to the pricerite in johnston- good lord that place is gross but cheaper!) &there is a great selection of every thing from produce to meats to seafood to baked goods. You name it, they probably have it. The pricerite in johnston is filthy &they dont have nearly the selection of this location. Reccomend.

Its a great place for me. The prices are out of this world reasonable. The managers are so helpful. They lead you right to the item you are looking for. There are surprises in there that arrive unexpectedly. Be sure to stock up on them they go away quick.so close to home and clean

Nice, big, clean store. The deli staff were very helpful. They have a seafood section with lobster and other fresh seafood. As a family with a budget, this is a great place to shop.

I love price rite! Best prices on organic whole milk. Do not visit the first week of the month if possible, its packed. There are lots of organic options and very low prices. There chicken and pork are always great.

The closing manager was very rude as was the security guard. I go to college up here and I was not aware they closed at 9. I only went there because stop and shop was on strike. Now I walk in at 8:59 and the security guard goes “you have 1 minute”. Like I’m supposed to know what that means so obviously I ask him “what do you mean 1 minute?” He just responds with a he same rude response with an attitude. I had no clue they were closing. Then the manager comes and starts closing up the doors(I’m still in it) and says that we can either shop in 1 minute or leave. An attitude right away mind you. I was curious so I asked why they weren’t open later especially since all the business that stop and shop wasn’t doing(since they were on strike). It was a good question. You know for business standards. Well the rude manager just goes “because I’m tired and I’m closing so deal with it!” Again with an attitude. Obviously this annoys me. So I get a bit more hostile. Like saying how they should just hire more people and what not he just kept giving me a rude agitated tone. Highly do not recommend going to this place. Will also be calling tomorrow to complain about this.

This is my supermarket of choice. Produce department has great selection, quality and prices. That can be said of most departments. The brand name selections can be limited, but the large and varied international brands, as well as top quality store brands, more than makes up for it. Meats are great too! Last but not least, they always have plenty of cashiers on duty, unusual in this day and age. It can be very busy at times, but the lines move quickly and the lanes are almost always fully open.

I was going there for a while, and things were fine, but one day a cashier was rude to me. i was going there because it was walking distance convenient.. but that cashier was an idiot, im going to a different grocery store with cashiers who pay better attentionit was a shame because i rather liked lots of their food selections

This Price Rite is okay. Usually packed at all times of the day, week and month. Especially the first couple days of the month. The employees arent always nice but try to be. It can get disorganized at times. I try not to come here too often. Only when I need something quick. Also the check out lines are insanely long even for the 12 items or less lines. If anything those are longer. You can wait up to an hour to pay for your food. (So frozen foods can melt) So go when you have nothing else planned for the day and have all the time in the world to stand in line.

Drove by market. We use this market in our town of Johnston. Very competitive pricing selection is great also.

Huge and such an awesome selection. But the neighborhood is very tough and the store shows its protection with no regards. It feels line cattle ranching when you cash out and only one exit to go and come from was very nerve racking

They have lots of parking, friendly employees, lots of Spanish products, and ok prices. they dont have bags unless you buy them so if you dont want to buy bags bring your own bags. I guess they get the truck on Tuesdays as because they didnt have a lot of things I went there for. But when there stocked up good places to shop for people who like Spanish or cultural food.

I like this store, pricing is on point for the most part. Sometimes there is a pretty bad smell up in the front near produce. I dont know that they focus as much as the other stores do on quality. But overall, mostly a good spot to stretch a buck.

I like priced right because the prices are so much cheaper . I go to another market and I find that for the same item its either over $1.50 more and its also getting better by carrying a lot more products lately. I find that the staff is always very helpful and if you dont have a vehicle there also rides outside to provide you a way to get home with your shopping which for me is a big help

Price Rite is a wonderful alternative to those other large chain grocery stores, if you are looking to save money. One of my favorite aspects of Price Rite is the large produce section.

If you are visiting Yale this is a convenient place to stay. Fine rooms. A bit old fashion in terms of decor, but it works.

I mean its price rite... So its a little bit of the wild wild west. Customer Service is a 50/50 chance depending on who you talk to. Selection is awful. Produce is very hit or miss. Dont be surprised if you see produce not ripe ready to eat or worse rotten fruits and vegetables. But for the money you CANT complain! You can you get a gallon of Organic Milk for the price of regular Milk at Stop N Shop... Just make sure you check the date.

Always friendly. Run out of stock of items sometimes but get it back in a few weeks. Like the idahoan potatoes in a bag. My family loves those and it sticks when they run out

Produce section can be so-so at times in regards to quality and availability. The rest is is as expected from a store this size. Whats good about this store is the Hispanic products available, which could be due to the neighborhood its in.

I love Price Rite on Valley st in Providence RI. Its a big store with a large quantity of food products. Its clean and the prices are low. The reason for me giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the fruits and Vegetables need to be more fresh, and sometimes cetain meats will be in the fridge that need to be removed its brown instead of red. To me that indicates its bad, but other then that I give the market 4 stars. They also have an employee named Carol at store 371. She is an extremely excellent employee!!!!she packs everything in the carriage very neat and fast she also has excellent customer service and is very, very nice and helpful to customers. I like to see people like her doing and excellent job as an employee. If I had a business Id definitely hire her. Excellent Job Carol keep up the good work you really deserve a higher pay.Thanks for your help.

Fruit and vegetable sections are good. They have Jamaican Bun and Hard-dough here. Only grocery store I have found it.

Clean, good food, good selection, good service, super prices. Includes a good selection of international foods as well as your standard grocery needs. Sometimes the lines get long during peak shopping times.

To many people cashiers slow

I only buy fruits on this placemost of the time the fruits are so fresh and cheap.

Price Rite has the freshest cold cuts at a fraction of the cost . They carry Dilusso salami which is now hard to find.

I feel the prices are fair, geared towards the less economically able, but you can find brand names for much cheaper than else where. If you spread your shopping like we do, its worth its bi-weekly stop.

Great prices on your faves.Have never had an issue with any cashier even on the craziest seeming days. Looks like pretty good management.If youre in a rush, avoid on the 1st& 16th of the month for obvious reasons 😀
