Three houses called three sisters.
Beautiful old wooden hotel. Our suite was wonderful, all exposed wood yet very comfortable with an excellent bath. The attention to detail shines through at this hotel,. From the welcome drinks to the warm rooms and complementary laptop to use. The staff in particular deserve a mention, not all Estonian customer service is as friendly and genuine as it is here. Highly recommended.
Lovely uniquely designed hotel.
One of the best hotels in town. Also the Söe restaurant very good
Excellent!
A welcoming boutique hotel with character: a place to be remembered with fondness. Coupled with a wintery old town Tallinn, The 3Sisters was a wonderfully romantic escape that felt like stepping back in time but with all the modern luxuries for comfort.
Went to their restaurant. The food was okay, but nothing special. Perhaps to complicated for my taste If one loves Nordic food with low acids and complicated base tastes, it might be worth exploring. Interior is very nice, service good and plenty of people around. So it has its fans. Did not stay in the hotel.
We had a delightful 5 days in Tallinn and were made very welcome by the super helpful staff at 3 Sisters. Room was lovely (and warm in January). Breakfast with options for Pancakes is highly recommended (and they have prosecco at the breakfast drinks bar!).
We were delighted to stay in this historic hotel. The room we had was fabulous, comfortable king size bed, excellent bathroom and many other conveniences, including a complementary welcome drink.Staff went above and beyond with directions to attractions offered, car parking and baggage assistance. It has a good location just inside the wall of the old town. A bonus was the best hotel breakfast ever. We didnt get a chance to dine in the evening, but it has a high quality restaurant on site. I highly recommend The Three Sisters as the ideal place to stay in Tallinn
Incredibly awful service. The receptionist has no idea how to treat their guests who pay fortune to spend their hotel.I asked the receptionist if I can have a look of their products. Such an arrangeant blond tall woman says ( you buy it or not?) I had to say that I need to have a look before I pay. Once I said no, she went (you’re welcome). An ironic disgusting attitude. Don’t waste your moment at this hotel最低のサービス。
Wonderful historic hotel Beautiful rooms .fantastic staff and an amazing restaurant I am truely amazed and love it here Quiet location in the heart of old town
Its a very nice hotel with special rooms, high quality and stylish. The restaurant is one of the better ones in Tallinn.
Beautifully restored room. Very friendly staff. Could use some AC in hot weather, usually not a problem in Tallinn. Great location in historical Old Town. Great food in the Breakfast Buffet. Modern bathroom facilities and good WiFi.
Cute hotel, situated on the quiet side of the Old Town. Lovely spacious rooms with a nice view on the St. Olafs church. The personnel is very welcoming and thoughtful. Lovely breakfast with a great variety is set in a beautiful room with a cozy sitting area.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very old but tastefully renovated. It is still quite noisy as sound insulation is poor. We were near the lift which is very loud. The garden area is lovely but bar service can be very slow
Perfectly located hotel with amazing staff. I personally loved the restaurant design. Rooms are spacious and very clean. It is within the old town area and 5 mins walk to the town hall, where all the action is going on. Breakfast was more than enough, it has prosecco in it. Coffee tastes good and staff are willing to bring you more than once. I would definitely stay there again.
As a travel agent: The Nordic style of this quaint hotel will enthrall you!At this hotel you can be assured clean excellent service. Its located off the cobble stoned path in the square and next to all the historical sites. The sleek slate floors, high ceilings, beautifully restored frescoes, which the owners found under several coats of paint and wallpaper.Be thrilled as you walk up and down the old wooden staircase with its 600-year-old beams. I was amazed as the staff welcomed me and took my luggage to the room at check in. No problems and just a nice atmosphere.Everything here is comfortable, pleasant and quaint. Each room has its own look and the history inside is fascinating. Its modern with all the enticements. Each and every room has free wifi and breakfast.
Nice boutique hotel. The rooms each seem to have a chatacter of their own. Off-season prices are quite good. On the downsides - rooms can be slightly worn.
The best experience ever. Rooms lovely and spacious. The breakfast is wonderful full of varieties, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Amazing! Old world class, charm and serviceIt is hard to find a hotel like this anymore.
Amazing staff,location and rooms
Enjoyable stay for 4 nights. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely staff who were very helpful.
Decent and quiet. Taxis always available.
Great position, good breakfast and first class service! We enjoy! We have car with us and there was private parking place.
Very clean and unique establishment! I’m overly impressed with the style of the room and courteous staff.
Very unique rooms in a historic building. The hotel has been graced by the royals.
Fabulous room, fabulous staff, great location, nice breakfast.
Nice place, especially the rooms which are not cookie-cutter, great location at entrance of old town
I think this was the friendliest, most welcoming staff Ive ever encountered. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was spotless and had not only a massive canopy bed, but a claw foot tub in the room - the tv could even be angled to catch up on the days news while floating in the tub. Breakfast was excellent and the little touches were very much appreciated (i.e. welcome drink, stack of books in the room, light in the wardrobe - I love the attention to detail). Everything was of a very high standard and we wish wed planned to stay in Tallinn for longer.
This Hotel is unique and wonderful. Great location, fascinating rooms. Freindly and helpful service.
Excellent hotel with great staff. Never did work out how the lights in the room worked though
Very nice, small hotell. Good service and great location in old town, Tallinn.
An excellent service, location and quality. Highly recommended.
Amazing hotel start to finish amazing experience. Great things dont always come cheap.
Exceptional service from the duty manager!! We booked a table for dinner for 6 people on a Sunday eve, before our ferry back to Helsinki . During dinner we got an sms from Nordic line (terrible - avoid) saying our ferry was cancelled. We were offered no alternatives and phones were not being manned due to it being a Sunday. We were a bit panicked because we had to get back to catch various international flights from Helsinki and all our belongings were there too. The incredibly helpful manager, Daniel / Tanel jumped into action and called around all the contacts and companies and found is the last seats on an alternative ferry (the last one leaving Estonia!!) and took our passports and credit cards and painstakingly booked each of us on and paid and checked us in !! It was extraordinary. We were able to enjoy our dinner without worrying and managed to make our flights. It was above and beyond normal customer service.
Nice, boutique hotel in the heart of Tallinn. Rooms vary in size and comfort greatly, so make sure you have something you feel OK about.
Perfect location, friendly staff, but we could not make wifi work in our room :(
Have been visiting Tallin for several times and have to say this hotel was perfect from every side. Helpfull stuff and fastastic room interior.Definitely will come back.
Fabulous hotel. Great service
The Three Sisters does not live up to the Relais & Châteaux brand and I think its status under that hotel chain should be reevaluated, though perhaps if I hadnt previously stayed at R&C hotels my expectations wouldnt have been so high. Still, its a very nice average hotel in a gorgeous city. The building itself is stunning and beautifully done. Our room, Junior Suite 28, was spacious and comfortable, though some of the furniture (couch and chair) were very worn and dated. The bed was large and comfortable enough, but did not have luxury bedding or pillows. The bathroom situation was a bit odd. There was the toilet room with a sink by the entrance to the room and a second bathroom with a tub, shower, and sink in the main part of the room. When we arrived, the toilet room had hand towels at the sink. By the 2nd of 4 nights, the towels were gone. When we asked the front desk why our towels were not replaced, we were told that each room gets one set of towels. We requested the towels be replaced and they finally were, but thats not something we should have to ask for. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and disappointing. When toilet paper was finished, they did not replace the rolls. Also, all of the towels have a hotels logo embroidered on them. I brought my own towel for my hair and left it hanging one day. There is a framed sign in the bathroom that hanging towels will not be replaced. Sure enough, my towel was taken. Im willing to take some of the blame because its a white towel (albeit, no logo and hanging). Getting the towel back was much more of a hassle than it should have been and although I got it back washed, that outcome was uncertain until it was in my hand, as they couldnt promise they would clean it (after mixing it in with all the hotel laundry).Breakfast was included in our rate. The offering did not vary day to day but had adequate variety. There was an option to order eggs or pancakes, but the cooking was inconsistent day to day. One day the eggs were delicious, the next they felt like rubber discs. The breakfast service was also inconsistent. When the juice ran out, I let the waitress know when I was back at my table. The juice was filled, but no one brought any to the table. If we ordered tea, a chipped teapot was delivered, but not poured. These are not traits of a luxury hotel. Also, and worst of all, I found hair in one of the breakfast salads. We did not eat in the restaurant for dinner because the menu was not appealing at all.As for location, the hotel is situated at the north end of Old Town next to Fat Margaret. It was far enough from the main square to be relatively quiet but close enough to walk to everything quickly, including areas outside of Old Town like Kalamaja. The Three Sisters is a perfectly adequate hotel. When we brought our complaints to the front desk, the staff seemed baffled as to how to respond. I think that as Estonias tourism grows, the finishing touches on service will make their way into the hotels.Right now, everything seems a bit unpolished and to call this hotel luxurious would be a stretch.
Beautiful buildingd but lacking character and atmosphere. Not somewhere to sit and chill out
Truly awful service, deceitful management. Had to move my family after one night, very bad experience.Went to the Telegraaf which was great!
Medieval style hotel with rather democratic price. And its in middle of Old Town!
Fabulous location within the Old Town; very helpful staff; excellent breakfast and dinner and walking distance to everything
Very nice hotel in the oldtown of Tallinn
Super tip hotel, 5*. Even the Queen was satisfied, as told)
NICE NICE BOUTIQUE HOTEL. WILL BE BACK AGAIN
Stopped there while touring the city. Seemed a pleasant place to stay.
Old building, fine surroundings, but my customers dont like the rooms--not big and inconvenient.
Nice hotel.
Interesting historical place
The place style is what I like, and like to stay in the room for the long time. Next time, still book this hotel, while visit Estonia again.
Nice

Top hotel
A very famous renovation hotel in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. This is a very small hotel with few rooms, but nicely furnished and very helpful staff will provide you with a comfortable time.As we can stay in the 10,000 yen level per night, cospa is not bad either. If you can stay, why not try to make a reservation thinking lucky?I think it is ideal as an overnight stay especially from Helsinki.
Cheap and good location
Rude reception staff and abusive behavior. The structure is beautiful, but the preparation to welcome the concierges clients is inappropriate. We are on our honeymoon, the room, the best: presidential suite. We arrive with a heart full of joy and the concierge asks us for a photocopy of the credit card and a proxy (in spite of sensitive data). Upon our refusal he denies us entry to the room already paid for. Do they offer us the termination of the contract and the return of the money? No. Only the ban on access to the room. How much do you want as bail? They asked us for 300 euros. As soon as we enter the suite, they call us asking us to present the credit card. The reason? They wanted to make sure that he had the same name and surname as those who were in the hotel (we had already given passports upon check in !!!). In short, treated like two thieves and two cheaters. The masterpiece was the next morning when we discovered an open bottle of wine in the mini-bar. We were sure they would charge us, in fact at checkout they first blocked us because they had to check the mini bar, and then they tried to charge us for the wine not drunk.Evidently, at the Three Sisters hotel they are nostalgic for the old KGB and, although Estonia is no longer Soviet, they maintain inquisitive and suspicious attitudes towards foreigners.
Atmospheric, amazing centuries-old history
The rating of the hotel does not correspond to reality.
Beautiful room, delicious breakfast. The whole building is lovely. The excellent attention. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel and in the city, which is beautiful. Its like being in a book of tales of princes and princesses
A very nice place in the city center, I took the suite and it was a great experience.
The hotel is located in a 15th-century building in the old town, very convenient. There is a tram and bus stop nearby. Many restaurants within walking distance. Great room, great breakfast. The staff speaks Russian.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is on top. Purity. Everything is super
Staying in one word could be described as excellent. Very nice staff, cozy room, great food in the restaurant where the tastes were beautifully matched.
A superb hotel, located in a sequence of 3 historic buildings on Pikk Street, the famous 3 sisters. Renovated with great taste, this is a very romantic establishment. Located in the medieval part of Tallinn, ideally placed to discover this beautiful city on foot, just a little away from the tourist heart, for a little more peace.
A hotel with a crazy charm. A building dating from 1624 ... in full of shop you will find in ceramic the facade of the 3 sistresses. And yes this hotel is an institution in Tallinn! The staff is at your disposal and your service, without doing too much. The class! The breakfast room is superb, with its original wooden ceiling!
Come to this very cozy hotel where we were welcomed by highly skilled and service minded staff. We got upgraded our room at no charge. We received a welcome drink in the room and the room was large and with a four poster bed. We took dinner there the first night and it was exquisitely delicious and the waitress told us about the food. The breakfast was very good .The hotel is very centrally located in the old town of Tallinn.
The architecture is characteristic of the period of construction, an interesting idea of the author, the safety to this day
Location is favorable. By going to the sea gates, you can reach Viru Center by tram No. 1 v 2
I must say that everything was in the name of maximum hospitality, from the hotel welcome to the room upgrade, to the restaurant. I will strongly recommend the stay in your structure to all the acquaintances and above all I will recommend them a visit to your restaurant, which deserves at least an evening.
We felt very comfortable during our stay. Very friendly attentive staff at the front desk, which rises at the appearance of the guest and always inquired about the wishes. Everything very clean and well-kept. Large air-conditioned rooms. Public parking in 5 minutes walk (Europark EP 29) for only 3.50 euros for 24 hours. Parking via App possible, so you save the walk to the machine. Dinner at the hotel not cheap, but very good. Great service in the evening. Breakfast rich. Unfortunately, the very young staff with the replacement of empty plates and above all with the clearing of the tables overwhelmed. If you have breakfast too late, you have to claim a lot first. Long wait for the second cup of coffee must be taken into account.
I liked the service and that is clean.
Super cool hotel! I love it there!
Reservation made but the chance of life that I had a serious health problem, so I canceled my reservation because I have no right to fly I contacted the hotel to expose my case and refund was refused, I love the understanding of the manager and his foutism, being not far from the cemetery. In short .... I am therefore a room owner from 23 to 27 May, and yes the hotel relets and wins twice on my back! and the top no comment of course, and get the bill is impossible ...... commercial sense to get the money then it s the ninth ..... Congratulations
Well located, good staff. The room was cold and the door to the shower broke down. Everything else is good.
Good à la carte restaurant, I recommend.
In the heart of the old town, charming hotel. classy and comfortable junior suite very spacious.Excellent hospitality in a place steeped in history.
