They continually raise your price and force insurance fees you don’t want. Also if you buy their lock they will have access to your unit. They’ve accessed my unit and added rat poisoning to the back corners at some point.

In 2.5 years working with Riley and his team, I’ve only had very positive experiences. When my payment info didn’t go through, they called to let me know days in advance of the deadline so I wasn’t charged late fees= Awesome customer service! The site is secure, clean, and well-maintained. They responded quickly to all my inquiries via phone and email. Simple to get in and out of the contract. Prorated my last month and returned charges to my card before I left their office.

Scott was wonderful to work with. Super helpful and understanding. I never experienced any problems during my time there. Safe and clean facility. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Overall, weve had a positive experience at Bear River Storage. Weve had our units (one climate controlled and one of the larger non climate controlled) for 3 months so far and weve been mostly satisfied so far. Some of the pluses are the security of on-site management, the new, clean, well kept grounds and the rodent control measures.The management is very approachable and responsive to questions and concerns. One concern that we did bring to their attention is a problem of dust accumulation by our non climate control unit. Dust is a usual problem, but the way part of the site is constructed, when the wind blows, dust and debris seems to collect in certain areas and unfortunately, our non climate controlled unit happens to be in one of those areas. Spoke to the manager and he said he would take extra steps to ensure that he would work to remove the debris and work on the seal of the door. Well see if this alleviates the excessive dust & debris problem.We really like the climate controlled units as they are inside a door accessed hallway and thus are very clean as well as being secure. There are security cameras all over the site.We also found the prices to be competitive with their competition as well.Finally, we also discovered they also will transport your belongings if you are moving. This was an unexpected plus and well be using their services once we have purchased another home out of state in the near future.

This facility is CLEAN and accessible. The staff are very helpful. When we needed to down-size the unit we rented, they made it easy to switch to a smaller unit for a few months. Then we switched back when we needed more space. We saved money. They have units that are climate controlled, so we dont worry about storing things over the summer. Its a great place to rent a unit for families with college students. You can probably find cheaper places to rent from, but it would be hard to find a better one. I am willing to pay a little for cleanliness, security, and a great staff.

Had my camp trailer there for over a year, no problems at all. Staff is great to work with and the facilities are in a good location and secure. Would use them again for sure!

Bear River Storage was an excellent choice for storage. I really like the staff right when I walked in the door. They were very easy to work with. The units are very nice and clean with easy access. My brother moved her from Texas and had a moving truck to unload. I couldn’t help my brother because I had to work and we couldn’t get help. The owners of the storage were supper kind and helped my brother unload the truck. My brother and I were so great full for their generosity. We will continue to use this storage and recommend anyone who wants a very friendly trust worthy storage.

We had to establish unit rentals ahead of our move -- without a personal visit or one-on-one with staff. the result was extraordinary. the manager worked with us, and ended up recommending a different arrangement of units which proved to be much better than we had originally planned. He prepared the units, gate pass, and keys before we arrived so that my family, who moved us, just had to drive in, unload, and go. Continued follow-up has ensured our complete satisfaction. A marvelous experience. We highly recommend Bear River Storage to anyone. (Our only regret was that we didnt realize they were also a U-Haul facility. We ended up delivering our empty trucks miles away when, I suspect, we could have turned them in right there.)

Bear River Storage is a really nice facility. It is clean and secure. I love that it is climate controlled! The roll-up door makes moving even very large pieces of furniture really easy. The staff that I have met are all very professional and personable. It is a new and well-care for facility.

Bear River Storage has been really great. It was easy to reserve the kind of storage unit we wanted. They send an email reminder a few weeks before each bill is due (which is a life saver for me) and have online billing. The security is complete with cameras and a fence around the facility. They even allow you to choose your own PIN (which you use to get past the fence). Even the locks to the individual units are nifty things that are more difficult to pick than the standard.

They had everything we needed to move available in their office. They have u-hauls on site, packaging, locks, mattress covers, boxes, etc. Everything is clean and well maintained. The place is brand new and everything is up to date, yet the pricing was still very competitive even compared to some older, run down facilities.

The facility is so clean and access hours are great for me. They use locks that cannot be removed with traditional bolt cutters which adds to the overall security. I feel like I get more here for the same price everyone else is asking.

Having sold our large house and receiving short notice to go to Japan for a couple years, we anxiously researched the need and source for long-term, air-conditioned storage. Bear River came to our attention and has been nothing but a great decision.The two spaces we rented were clean, easily accessed, yet had a strong sense of security. I would totally recommend using Bear River Storage. They are clean storage facility and the gal that runs it is quite helpful. The only problem is, they are expensive and only open M-F other wise they would have been a 5.

These are some good guys. In a pinch for some RV parking away from the Uhaul extortionists they stayed open a few minutes longer for me to arrive and gave me a good price for a space on their lot. Very happy with the service.

What a great change of pace in a storage facility! Looking for a more central location for my landscape equipment, I stumbled across Bear River Storage. The rates are fair, and the customer service is outstanding. I have used my past storage facility for the past 13 years with ok service, but they didnt even try to keep me when I told them I was moving. I was welcomed with open (and very secure) arms! I will use these guys for the next 13 years!

My husband and I were looking for a climate controlled storage unit and found Bear River Storage. We were welcomed by friendly staff Everytime we went into the office. They helped us finf exactly what we needed to fit our stuff while we were between homes.The facilities are new and clean, the locks are not ones that can be easily broken into, and the location is great! After a month in the climate control we had little to no dust on our stuff which was great!If we ever have anything else to store, whether its for a move or for long term storage, we are coming back to Bear River! It was worth it driving back and forth to Spanish Fork!

At first we thought the facility was great, but we kept our stuff there for three months and while moving out discovered rat and mouse feces and pee all over our clothes and in the boxes and basically all over everything. I DO NOT recommend this place unless they take care of the rat and mouse problem.

I recently got a unit at Bear River Storage and it has been a great experience. They have onsite Uhaul, which made moving into the unit simple and fast! Riley Sorensen the Store Manager is the nicest guy Ive met! I needed help moving some of my heavy things off the truck and he was the first to jump in and offer help! The unit is very nice and easy to get too, the wide roadway made moving a large truck in and out so simple. Thanks to all the team at Bear River Storage, you guys are the best!
