Horrible experience. They have you pick a time slot on the website, pay up front, and then you show up to find out that the time slot you selected was never available and it autofilled you into a random slot two weeks out. Such a joke and an embarrassingly bad business. I called multiple times to make sure everything was ready to go but could not ever get ahold of anyone at the store after waiting on hold for hours. After wasting my time and showing up at my selected time slot only to figure out I was randomly placed two weeks out they werent even able to cancel my purchase. Needed manager approval or something and now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card. I instead went to Rhino lining in Sandy. They picked up the phone immediately, amazing customer service, excellent product and service. Could not have had a better experience. Please dont waste your time with UHAUL. Rhino Lining is better in every way.

U-Haul was a beacon of hope when I had to move suddenly and desperately needed storage space. I got 2 lockers for half the expected price, along with much-needed boxes and supplies I needed at the last minute. The guys there were a big help for the occasion when my door entry code wouldnt work and they fixed the problem for me. They made the move very convenient for me at a time of great stress. Certainly an oasis in the desert!!!

Set an appointment 3 weeks out for my vehicle to get its wiring harness installed. When I showed up they told me it couldn’t be done. No compensation or consideration. Terrible experienceWould not recommend

No problems at all, moved a car long distance with the trailer.

Very bad experience. First when I called to make a reservation to get a tow hitch put on my vehicle they said my car will be able to my trailer. So I go in today and the guy told me my car which is a 6 cyl Santa Fe limited ultimate tow rate 5600 can not pull my trailer ( 2019 Winnebago Minnie drop Md 170s ) Which has a gross vehicle weight of 4000 lbs I talk to my dealer and they said my car can pull my trailer and I also talk to another RV dealer that also sell hitches and also said my car can pull my trailer

Waited 18 minutes on hold to ask about getting a trailer hitch installed.

Very poor customer service. They leave you on hold forever then offer no help. Only referring you to their web site which is useless.

The worst customer relations I’ve ever seen I’m my life. I had to schedule my hitch installation a week ahead, and by the day of my appointment they did not had the part and never called me to let me know. After taking the day off work to get this done I end up not working, not having the hitch installed and loosing money!Don’t waste your time. Go find somebody else to do this job.

Im sure the place was good enough...I went to get propane refilled..as far as that went, the experience was fine. But they had such a small area, and so very many rental trucks available, that I almost couldnt drive onto the lot, and driving off the lot was extremely dangerous. The trucks were parked in the exit, facing away from the street so that the back box of the truck blocked the view of the road. Going around these trucks required me to be in the travel lame of traffic on the street before I could see any approaching vehicles. This made my experience very sub-optimal.

There is bad customer service, horrible customer services, then there is this place. scheduled wiring with their supposed pro (or ex con, it was hard to tell). When I got their he tried to force me to purchase their brake controller (I had my own). He claimed that it wasnt meant to be removed. I explained that the part was designed to be removed (says so on the part). Not only did he refuse the install, he wouldnt even sell me the part.Then he called ahead to other uhaul locations, lying saying that I was trying to do an install in a van with a gas leak ..Never had an experience like this in my entire life.

So I booked a 26’ truck from theses guys and my apt was for 1 pm pickup little did I know that 15 after 1 pm they canceled my booking without any call or email and by the time I got there to get my booking they had told me all there trucks were already booked out to others when I asked why they didn’t call before canceling it they told me they where short staffed far warning to others who need a Uhaul from these A-HOLES call if you going to be late!!!!

Poor customer service for half the job done. I had them put a trailer light kit on and all they did was plug it in and stuff it under my back mat. They are suppose to run the wire to the trailer hitch and mount it. Now I have to hang it out the back of the car and close the hatch on it...

Though they were very busy they were very attentive. I recommend this place of business.

Dustin @ Provo UHAUL, rocks! He installed a new trailer hitch and wiring with the right ball on my SUV, and when I called about a problem with my trailer and the new SUV lights, Dustin had me bring both my SUV and trailer in to examine the problem. He then took the time to find the problem in the trailer, not his work on the SUV, and fixed 3 different shorts and problems with the trailer lighting. He spent time with new electrical connections and wrapping the wires with electrical tape. He went way above and beyond the normal level of service and did this all in time for some weekend SUV and Waverunner trailer fun. I would recommend Dustin and Provo UHAUL Trailer Hitch Super Center to anyone who needs hitch and trailer installation or just great hitch and trailer repair and wiring help. BAD SERVICE!!! Have been waiting for the tow hitch!!! Not like in past it was very good service to install a new tow hitch in very short time!!!! Today it is long to wait for 2nd weeks!!!! still not install yet!!!
