Honestly so great. Both women I worked with (for an Amazon return and for a sensitive document related to selling my house) were SO incredibly kind and helpful. It was so convenient that there was a notary just in the store as well. Seriously, most pleasant, painless, easy experience Ive ever had at a UPS store, and Im so grateful! Lots of people were in and out while I was handling my documents, and everyone had weird things with their shipping, and the store clerks were so helpful to everyone, and I was just so impressed. 10/10 would recommend.

Super awesome experience! I came in to do some returns for Amazon. The girl who helped me was super helpful and nice. I dont think its possible for my experience to have been any better it any faster. The whole thing barely took a minute. the location is easy to get to and very organized.

I did not know what to expect when i got there. It was definitely a pleasant surprise!Several people were in line, however, as people came in and out, they seemed to know the flow and have experienced coming before.I had no idea that this type of stellar service still existed! Wow!Sydney had no idea the most horrible experience i had just to get this particular box and now i had to figure out how to mail it properly to my niece, Sydney was a breath of fresh air to say the least because the ease of mailing it made up for it!The whole process was so simple! It was quick, efficient and affordable!Will i come again? Of course! Will i refer them to family and friends? Of course I will! I highly recommend The UPS Store!

The best experience! Sydney was perfect and so helpful. I just had the item I needed to ship and she showed me what options I had for packaging and how much they would be, then talked about the different shipping options and prices. She helped me make the best, informed decisions and was kind and professional the entire time. I will totally be going back to this place for all of my -ing needs, and hopefully Sydney will be on the clock and ready to help!

DONT USED THIS STORE!!! We sent an international package and we pay extra for an Insurance to make sure the package arrived save. The package wasnt delivered because they claim that taxes were not payed, something that they never disclosed before we pay $145 to deliver. This thing never happens if you use USPO. In the end the store and the 1800 number tell me that they cant help me. The package was lost, we lost the $145 and the Insurance we paid didnt cover. Please never used this Store!!

I have to tell the horrible experience I had in this store this past week. I used to send my packages to this store and I would pay $5 for each package with no problem to pick them up. I have problems with stolen packages at home that’s why I send them to a store so I can pick them up safely. From one day to another they added some new rules that includes paying $5 for each day that your package is there. I didn’t know of this new rule. It is not on their website, neither written in any place inside the store. Because of that reason I couldn’t get my packages because they are charging more than $50 for a little package that has been in their store for more than a day, now that it’s $5 per day. The content of the packages is not worth the amount of picking up fee they are charging me. I didn’t receive notices of the shipments so I could go and pick them up the same day they arrived which was an inconvenience. What surprises me is the lack of empathy and compassion that the employees have and mainly the manager of this store. I’m pregnant, I suffer with anxiety and depression which makes it very difficult to go to their location at any time. Mental illness is something serious and it can ruin your life pretty easily. Having all these difficulties I went a couple of days after the arrival of my packages, BUT still the manager did not want to change her mind. I ordered the content of the packages before I knew of their new rules, so I don’t find it fair that they do this. They kept my packages telling me that they were going to send them back to the shipper, which I don’t believe they will because they are so fishy. The first employee that I talked to about this said that they throw away the packages!!! Can you believe that?!!! They prefer to throw away the packages instead of charging you the $5 they used to charge because now they want to receive more money. The main manager told me that she explained my situation to even the owner, and that the owner wouldn’t do anything about it, she told me that they need more money that’s why they are charging more money, ridiculously per day and that those are the rules and f you if you didn’t know this. What surprises me is that seeing the comments here, the owner has answered many of them. If you’re the owner and read this please respond and hopefully it is not true what your main manager said about you.

My preferred UPS store! I tend to save my returns and end up with 10 at a time, and every single time the staff is so patient and kind. Not to mention this store is always so clean and organized, with minimal wait time! Addny was my associate today and was particularly helpful and patient as I came in 10 minutes to closing. Thanks for always being so great!

I had a great experience today with Savannah, Marin, Kennedy, and Josh!They were really kind and extremely helpful.Unfortunately, the mattress we were trying to ship was packed in a box that was way too big and would cost over $300. They gave me a few options and brainstormed ideas about how to make it cheaper.AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.They helped us purchase new boxes, pack it, tape it up, and ship it for under $160.They also did it with a smile on their faces (even though I told a few dumb dad jokes).Oh- AND they let us throw some dum-dum suckers into the box. Delish.Im definitely coming back.Thanks so much guys!

We had a package shipped via 2-day shipping from this store. When it didn’t arrive, we checked the tracking which said it was damaged. We called this store and left a message to see what had happened. No one called us back. We called again and they said they would check into it and call us back. No one called us back. We have left numerous messages to no avail. We finally called the national help center and got answers (but the contents of our package were lost.)So the moral of the story is NEVER, NEVER use this store to ship anything. They are not trustworthy. There is no customer service. Use FedEx, USPS or maybe a different UPS store.

I had an appointment today schedule online for Notary Services. I arrived 5 minutes early. The front desk person asked me to step to the side and wait and I saw him inform the Notary 2X that I was waiting. The notary didnt acknowledge me even though I was in his sightline. He was on the phone when I arrived and continued to take further phone calls and let me wait. After waiting 15 minutes and he began a conversation with another employee about something (still not acknowledging that I was waiting). At that point I called another UPS store about 3 miles away and asked if they could take my business and they said I didnt need to make an appointment and 4 Notaries were currently available to help. I left the store and cant recommend using their Notary Services. Go to the N University Store instead.

Amazing experience here today! I was immediately greeted by a friendly man who knew exactly what size envelope I needed and then he took care of everything for me. Packing it up and putting it all together. He just offered! It was amazing! I was in and out in about 2 minutes. If you can find who was working the front desk on May 16 at 12:00pm, you definitely need to tell him that he is doing an incredible job!

Will not try to ship from here again. I was going to ship from here for $65 until she found out it was a scope I was sending in for repair. She wouldnt even touch the box to hand it back to me. Went to the hub in Orem and shipped the same item for less than $20.

Showed up yesterday with an item to return. I didn’t have it taped up or the box cleaned off. One of the young male employees took it from me and told me he’d take care of the rest and I was good to go. Quickest mail return visit ever. Very impressed.

This is a great UPS Store and I have had hundreds of positive experiences interacting with the people that work at the store and with the owners (new & old). I have had a box there for a while now and the daily interaction is something most people don’t get to experience, and it’s too bad a few people have taken the time to explain how bad their single encounter was when every one of those bad reviews took place with the hater being at least 50% accountable and responsible for the experience.If you know what you want and have the ability to communicate your needs then you can have a great experience at this UPS store.

They were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They made dropping off my package really easy. I had a label sent to me from Amazon to return my package and they allowed me to print it there for free, plus they provided a shipping label envelope for you charge and without me asking so I didnt have to have packing tape to put it on. They explained how a tracking receipt could be helpful and offered it free of charge. They just need the experience very seem less and quick.

Sent a box via DHL to Moscow on 10/18/19. The process was quick and efficient...just one problem: the attendant filled in the incorrect information in a couple of places and the $300+ EXPRESS shipment is...well...not so express. Its been held up in SLC ever since. Still trying to work with DHL to get it right (today is 10/25/19). Definitely didnt get anywhere close to my $300+ in quality for this one. The one to Belgium a couple of days later went fine.

I will never send my packages here ever again!!! July 6th my package was delivered to this UPS store. At 10am I went in to pick it up. I asked for it and they couldnt find my package but knew that it had been scanned in. After the employees searched for a while they realized that they had left it on the counter right by where all the customers are. Earlier that day one of their customers had a stack of packages and they realized that he mustve mistaken my package for his and he took it. They called him and he said hed return it. Its been over 24 hours and still no sign of my package that has $3600 worth of items in it. I am shocked at how unprofessional and awful this UPS Store is. First why do you leave packages on the front counters? Second how do you let somebody walk out with a package that needs an ID and a signature to be taken out... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I had to ship a lot of stuff to my new location on the east coast because I could not fit everything into my car. This UPS store was extremely helpful. I brought about a cars load of various items and they did the boxing and packing. They even shipped my containers in their boxes. The whole process was surprisingly quick and the staff were very kind and willing to assist.

I first went to US postal to send an international package to Canada but they were horrid at helping me!! I walked out and went to UPS instead where they walked me through every step and got my package sent off. I wish I new the names of the employees because they had tremendous customer service! It was around noon on Friday! (Give that shift a raise).

I am appalled at how rude and unprofessionally I was treated here. The first young lady who I spoke to brushed me off, and yelled at me to check the packages in the back since she could not find mine. I do not feel comfortable knowing they let customers walk into the back where packages are located. I was dumbfounded, and stood there for a moment before a sweet little blonde girl gave me a number to call. I will not be shipping UPS anymore, as any random customer is apparently allowed to walk into the back and look at all the stored packages.

UPS is literally the worst mail service Ive ever used....and I lived in Ukraine for 2 years. If theres something wrong with the address they just take it back and attempt to update the address. Even though they have your phone number and email they choose to not tell you your package has been delayed or better yet ask you to correct the address, no the only way you find out your package has been delayed is the stupid package tracker thing. I wish UPS would die and FedEx would take care of shipping and handling.

I drop in occasionally to ship items that Im returning or that I sold online. Every time the staff has a can do attitude and they volunteer to tape the box up, put on the shipping label, etc. This is how customer service should be. Highly recommended.
