Paid 4K for my adjustable bed and bed frame in March 2021 bed frame has been broken since June not one person has led me into the right direction on how to get this fixed through warranty!!! All the numbers are wrong. Never buy from mattress firmUpdate 3 weeks later after being a total of months being screwed around no results! Will be contacting a lawyer for this unbelievable on how this whole situation has been handled! Wife is 7 monts pregnant and can’t get the bed frame fixed

Mr. Garcia help us get our mattress. He was fantastic and friendly. He was able to get us a good deal and tailor the delivery time to a time when we would be home. As for the store itself, it is very clean and accessible. They have all the accessories you would need to make a bed comfortable and keep it clean. Overall it was a very good experience.

I recently went in to buy an adjustable bed frame. Ramon was the primary salesperson and he was very helpful. He asked questions and listened to my responses. He did not try to push me toward a more expensive model than what I wanted, but he did show me the features that came at each price range, which was helpful in my decision. At the end of the visit, I got just what I wanted and he got me a good price. My only issue was partly my own doing in that I wanted to take it on the spot and install it myself. It turned out to be heavier and more difficult than I understood it would it be. But in the end I got it done and am happy.Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this store to a friend.

Went in just to look for a new mattress and ended up spending just under $900 for an AMAZING hybrid mattress with an adjustable frame! The guy who helped us was super nice, informative and got us a fantastic deal! We decided on delivery service where they will actually come and set up our new bed and haul away our old set up. Very friendly.. The car dealer of beds... Honestly got our business because of the attention to our needs vs. the local competition didnt even acknowledge we were there. Only bad experience was they dont deliver to our area 81050 where the competition delivers all the time so Ill have to make a special trip back for my purchase.

The sales lady I cant remember her name because Im bad with names but she did amazing answered all the questions gave us additional information gave us space to talk but came and checked on us regularly she was great. The store could of had more in stock and could of been bigger for the area it is supplying.

My goodness.... I honestly cannot believe the service I just got from the Pueblo Matress Firm!!!! Not only did Charles hook me up with a Charlotte bed, but an obstacle came in the way that Charles more than made right for me. I rarely see companies going above and beyond like the Pueblo location just did for me, definitely coming back!

I was in need of a mattress, and had only ever inherited from family so I didnt know how to shop for mattresses. Jaime was very helpful in providing Sleep 101 information, as another reviewer put it. Jaime suggested several different mattresses based on my preferences and sleep habits, and left me so I could try them without feeling pressured or pushed towards any particular model or brand. Jaime also suggested different frames due to my current living situation and pest control, and suggested mattress covers to protect against pests. I definitely recommend going to Mattress Firm!

Jaime was very helpful with all of our questions and getting us the best deal. We were glad to be able to buy something and take it home with us instead of having to wait for it to be ordered. Quick and easy!

This is a one stop store! Jaime was VERY helpful, taking us through sleep 101. (My term) Which type of bed is most comfortable, soft, medium or hard. Then the extras to really get you comfortable. Adjustable beds, raise the head, foot, massage, etc. Foam, hybrid, springs... They have it all! The delivery charge includes taking away your old bed. In a few relaxing hours we had decided and expect delivery in a couple days. The whole experience was really enjoyable, even the bottled water. They also have a Lego table for kids. We cant recommend this store highly enough!!

Charlie was great he got me the best deal possible on a queensize mattress and boxspring for my dad and because they didnt have it in stock this was late on friday afternoon he got me free delivery for the following Monday and everthing went great price was great service was great very satisfied with everything thanks Brian Copeland.
