I recently went into the Pueblo, Colorado Sleep number store to redeem some of my rewards that I have been saving from the inner circle and the gentleman that helped me was wonderful! He helped me purchase a new vericool mattress pad with all my rewards, so I ended up paying only $82.00 bucks after all my rewards were taken off !! I cant wait until I get my new mattress pad and I will definitely be returning to purchase more products from this store in the future.

We were in the market for a better bed. We went to the Pueblo Colorado Sleep Number store. What a great experience. Michelle was our salesperson. We never felt pressured or rushed. She is very knowledgeable and gave suggestions for which bed might best suit us. We didn’t make a decision that day but told Michelle we needed to think about this. Nonetheless, she had sent us our mapping etc. We went in the next day to actually buy the bed. Great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend people in Southern Colorado to shop this store.

Excellent service and products, but was glad I shopped around found a great bed with adjustable frame pillows, remote, same memory foam if not better 15 year warranty ect at Denver matress firm for half of one bed at sleep number. Their service was great here, but such an outrageous price, Sleep number quoted me over $4k just for matress and base, I only paid $2K at Denver matress for a doctors choice Euro elite matress (felt like heaven), adjustable matress base, remote, water proof cover and pillows with delivery and removal of old bed. My mom also got the same but temperpedic with hers and mine was still a better deal on 2 fantastic top grade mattresses than sleep numbers.

Gabe Trujillo helped a friend and I purchase new sheets. He also helped my friend h get more info on a bed. My bed frame needs a lower base. He gave me info I needed for a base.

The sales rep was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and my husband and I were joking around worh each other amd she was joining in. On all basis she was by far the best sales person i have came across.

Junk beds if I could give no stars I would.. I tried to love it but in the end we needed up returning it and going with purple mattress and couldnt be happier the purple blows sleep number away in all aspects. Bottom line sleep number is a over priced air bed! How these people have gotten away with selling junk for so long is beyond me I have slept better on a Walmart air mattress! Dont fall for the fancy commercials and false claims of a better night sleep like me and my wife did you will be disappointed. Hope this helps others make the right decision.

We spent over $6000 on a bed. It was supposed to be delivered today, but we got a call 4 hours before it was supposed to arrive that there was no product in Colorado. Customer service said they could deliver one three weeks from now, but seeing as how we didnt have another bed to sleep on, that was not an option. The store employees said there was nothing they could do. We canceled our order and went elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone other than these people. Theyre awful.

If I could give a negative star I would!!! Do not order a bed from this place!! Bad business, they say you will get your bed that you spent a lot of money on in 2 weeks. That is not true!! The day of delivery after changing around your life the cancel it and say they don’t know when you will get it!! On top of that the customer services is no help! There are lots of good better priced beds out there, do not waste your money or time on this place!!

The salesperson, Robbie, was very helpful even at a time when another customer was making a purchase. As she helped them with their paperwork, she would periodically check on us and offer to answer any questions. Their was no pressure to decide or buy, just a very relaxing opportunity to try out the product. We did decide to buy one, after taking a lunch break for discussion time, and as she did our paperwork, another couple arrived and she treated them with the same courteous service.

We heard about the sleep number bed on T.V. We thought it was a hoax (deception) Until we tested the beds out in the store OH MY GOSH the beds were very wonderful wow.. We ended up buying a bed (i8 360 smart bed) Yes the bed(s) are expensive but Soooo worth it; you have to try them out and see for your self. the staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and not pushy... I highly recommend this store

After 3 months I honestly feel I hate this bed. I bought a floor model, so there was no 90 day guarantee. My hip and legs hurt, I constantly adjust the pressures. A waste of $1800. The quality of materials are not impressive either. Just a reinforced air matress wrapped in foam. If you don’t have 6k to spend on the ultra thick mattress with all the features, just go buy a mattress from Sam’s Club. Less money and you’ll feel better.
