Boot Barn is a good place to get you boots. They also sell clothes and really nice cowboy hats.

The service here was just right, attentive but not overbearing. She asked if we needed help then left us to our browsing as we like to shop on our own without a salesperson hoovering around constantly. She checked in with us regularly and was always friendly. Found everything we needed except for boots for the wife. They have an incredibly small selection of, frankly, pretty ugly womens boots. Actual riding boots for women were non-existent here. Seriously guys the place is called BOOT Barn! Shouldnt you have boots? That is very disappointing. A great place to go in get sized then order your boots from an online supplier.

Prices high nice quality in what your looking for

I had ordered a pair of Boots on the internet for CHRISTMAS 2019. When I RECEIVED them they were too Small and I got 2 pairs of the same boots. I sent 1 pair back. I had 90 days to take them to the store in Pueblo Colorado. I live 100+miles away. I needed to go to Pueblo anyway. They did not have the same style boots so Boot Barn ordered a pair and sent them to my address. I really liked them. I wore them for a couple months and the sole on the Toe of left boot broke off. I called Boot Barn. They had to get them from a different store. I went to Pueblo. I had to go there for other items. The Manager had the there. We exchanged the boots. She was real nice about me getting the boots. I was Really PLEASED with this EXPERIENCE. That is why I gave BOOT BARN all the STARS FOR EXCELLENCE !!! OH, did I TELL YOU she is expecting a BABY BOY in AUGUST 2020 !!! I HOPE WHO EVER READS THIS WILL PRAY FOR A GREAT DELIVERY OF HER AND HER BABY BOY. LET US NOT FORGET HER HUSBAND ALSO !!!THANKS AGAIN !!!

Great. They will order the exact ones that you want. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality.

Very helpful staff and very polite. Spent a couple of hours in the store figuring things out for my sons birthday and they didnt say anything to me about walking around the store for so long. I definitely recommend this store.

Got my kicks at Pueblo Mall Boot Barn. Best bang for my buck. A pair of Chippewa steel toe loggers. The best part was it was cheaper than all the point and click places and I got them the same day! I know wild right? Real humans helped me in real time even when it came time to pay! Thank you Boot Barn folks, for good service, good product and price.

Staff was beyond helpful.

A friend who is also a person of color and I walked into boot barn to just walk through because it was a quicker way to my car. Immediately when we walk in we are greeted by an employee. Mind you there are like 15 other customers (all Caucasian)and other Caucasian customers that kept going into the store after us but this man follows us around the store makes sure that we find out way out.

Sad face. They only had a couple pairs of boots in my size (11). Neither were cute at all. Never had a sales person ask if I needed anything so I dont know if they would have had more in the back.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I received a order of boots from the store that we’re wrong. Customer service was terrible trying to order them was near impossible the associates are not knowledgeable in products or in ordering them. After waiting an hour to order them, I had to call to see if they were in the store. When they were in I went into the store only to see the wrong boots were shipped. Now I have to wait again, associates still were uncertain on the process of reordering them. So they inform me that I will receive a call the next morning, after waiting til 2:30 pm I called only to hear they are busy and will call them later. It really should not be this big of a chase to get what I am PAYING for !!!!
