I really really recommend this store if you are looking to get nice shoes and helpful staff. Every time I go in the employees are always really kind and helpful. I went in today and the guy that helped me was so nice and easy to talk to. They are obviously salesman so yes they do try and get you to purchase other things but they arent overly pushy and Ive honestly purchased two of there shoe care items because the employees were just so great!

I’ve have been shopping shoes for a couple of weeks and went in to this location a couple times as I am picky. Just want to spend my money smartly. Clint was always super helpful and patient. He even remembered my name on my second visit. I really appreciated that and just wanted to let everyone know that this place has great people and great service and are not about the money. I finally came out of my comfort zone and spent alot of money on shoes. Chad (store manager) helped me get just the right shoes. Question? Can I bring them back the next day if the fit dieant seem quite right?

A professional shoe store in Pueblo. If you have hard to fit feet you should shop here and Red Wing. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I have been a longtime Nike/Jordan customer, but recent feet pain/bunion led me to start looking at other options. My experience at Tradehome was absolutely amazing. The owner educated me on some things about feet health and shoe wear, and the customer service was second to none. He even gave the boots I was wearing (not purchased there) a quick clean up and shine. Left with a pair of “Brooks” and a pair of “On’s”. I will definitely be back.

Best service I have ever had! The man that helped me, explained all the types/brands of shoes, what they are good for, and found the best shoes for working out, and my specific needs. I ended up with a brand I had never tried but absolutely love! I also bought a pair of brooks. I have wore brooks before however never knew different styles had different functions! So happy! I am sure my gym trips will be so much more comfortable now! Thanks to the fabfreakintastic staff that work here! ( I did not ask the mans name, but he said he was going to be the store manager, as the current lady was leaving)I will be buying more shoes here!

The help and service at tradehome in Pueblo was amazing, I appreciated it so much. Especially Adam who was patient with my returning shoes and helping me with some different ones.

I bought shoes here, the man that sold me the shoes told me they were guaranteed for a year. I didnt like how tight they were on my feet so I took them back a month after buying them and the manager wouldnt take them back. He told me if he took them back he wouldnt get his whole bonus. Obviously this guy doesnt understand how to run a business and I will never shop at this specific location again. If I could give it zero starts I would just because of the manager.

Had a hard time getting shes fixed from vendor and trade homes stepped up made it right. The manager Ava and her staff are reall winners. They have a customer for life.

I gave them a 1star..and they removed it.. I just skip the Pueblo mall...and drive to Spring or buy on Amazon..
